Great ambience - delicious food - great service at a fair price!

We had dinner with you today on the occasion of our wedding day, what can I write that you didn't know until now. We ate the slightly modified 6-course menu once and once the smoked salmon, the cod and the almond cake including the almond ice cream. Please please keep it up, for me it was a great movie, the service was very attentive and the chefs are true artists. For us, the taste experience was a real taste orgasm and the beautifully prepared plates were the icing on the cake. Thank you so much for the amazing food in your house.

Bereits vor 5 Monaten hatten wir für eine Familienfeier mit 18 Personen Mittagessen sowie Kaffeetafel vorbestellt. Das Ambiente im Schlosskarten war sehr schön, das Essen und Service gut, nur die Wartezeit von knapp zwei Stunden zwischen Vorspeise und Hauptgericht war inakzeptabel, während andere a-la-carte Gäste vorrangig bedient wurden. Besonders störte uns dann das Verhalten des Chefs, der ohne Bedauern oder eine Entschuldigung uns lapidar informierte, dass der Koch kurzfristig Urlaub genommen habe: Pech gehabt! Außerdem lief der Haushund frei zwischen und unter den Tischen herum und die Kinder wurden dann gerügt, weil sie mit hungrigen Magen und zum Zeitvertreib mit den Tier spielen wollten! Kinderfreundlichkeit und Wertschätzung des Gastes sieht anders aus!!

We landed by chance on the Winzerstube inn after the Christmas winter magic. Totally romantic get-together around the open fire with mulled wine and bratwurst and muted music. Everything was great and prepared with a lot of love and framed with imaginative lighting. Unfortunately the magic only takes place on December 27th and 28th, 2024, but if it happens again every year it is definitely worth a visit. Beautiful evening. 👍 We cannot therefore provide any information about the restaurant itself, as the restaurant was closed and the Winter Magic is an open-air event.

Surprising to have several couples and single people consume on the wooden floor of the terrace, raised I grant you, when they could humanly sit on chairs. “Reserviert, reserviert, reserviert” only the waiter tells us. We naturally moved on and, like others I hope, consumed in the town further down. The only positive thing about this in law is the proximity to the ruined castle.

Super nice economy. Cozy and inviting furnishings, nice service. I had a schnitzel with fries and lamb's lettuce. Everything about it tasted super delicious.
