There are two pieces of good news. The first. The “restaurant” Baan Thai is closed! I was there many years ago. The ambience is nice but you could easily forget the rest. But that's in the past! The second piece of good news is that the restaurant is reopening under new management. The “Wok” in Oberkirch is moving to this restaurant. It will reopen by mid-April, after renovations. Delicious food. I can especially recommend the Peking soup (order spicy), the Vietnamese spring rolls and the duck. I wish the new operators much success and many full and satisfied guests.

We really enjoyed our dinner here and would recommend if you are in the area. We ordered the schnitzel and the cream schnitzel as well as a mixed salad. The mixed salad and regular schnitzel were delicious and all tasted perfect. The cream schnitzel was slightly dry and did not come with a cream sauce but instead a gravy. It was nice but we were expecting the cream. Overall we would definitely eat here again!
