The food there is great...no matter what...I can only recommend eating there...

As soon as you enter the "Soul Schorsch", you can't avoid slow down. Because just as quaint as the restaurant, the innkeeper is also cozy and doesn't let himself be disturbed. The calm atmosphere is contagious, but you shouldn't come here hungry, otherwise the mood could change. The souls are super tasty and original, the 100th soul on the menu, but is “only” the 99th. Totally recommended!

Order was cooked incorrectly and delivered despite the explicit description and number due to no German-speaking staff. No insight or credit for incorrect issue. No reaction was shown when asked to make the right food. Understanding German should be a given in order to run a restaurant in Germany. Hopefully no confusion between chicken and doggy in food!

So, This manager isn't really one...that's aggression personified and actually not worthy of running a restaurant.
