Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam, das Essen war sehr gut und die Lage und Einrichtung ist auch sehr schön.👌🏾

Es ist einfach großartig dort. Die Locarion ein Traum mit Blick auf die untergehende Sonne. Essen ist lecker, Service nett.

Bedienung "ausbaufähig", Essen (Wurstsalat) so lala..., nicht schlecht aber auch keine Offenbarung

Lohnt sich wirklich. Essen gut und ordentliche Portion. Service super schnell und vorallem sehr freundlich. Terrasse am See schön gemacht

Wir waren zu viert dort und das Ambiente direkt am See ist natürlich schon toll. Hatten eine Vorspeise die wir vom Preis/Leidtungsverhältniss nicht wirklich angemessen fanden. Hauptspeise waren gut und preislich auch ok. Leider wurde bei der Abrechnung ein Fehler gemacht und 30€ zu viel berechnet. Da wir aber die Rechnung nicht kontrolliert haben, also selber Schuld, haben wir es erst am nächsten Tag bemerkt als wir uns über die Höhe der Rechnung unterhalten haben und sie mal angeschaut haben.

Top Lage, top Service, top Essen!

Waren heute zu zweit zum Mittagessen dort. Nach 60Min. warten kam das Essen, ok, das Restaurant war innen voll. Bei den Temperaturen saßen draußen keine weiteren Gäste. Hatte Lachsnudeln mit Limone. Angerichtet war es sehr ansprechend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Leider war das Gericht viel zu scharf!!! Es war seeeehr scharf, esse gerne scharf, aber das war der Wahnsinn. Mir tränten die Augen und die Zunge brannte mir Stunden später noch. Meine Begleitung probierte mein Gericht auch und empfand es auch als viiiiel zu scharf. Es war nicht genießbar. Ok, kann ja auch mal vorkommen. Jetzt kommt's: Nach 4 Gabeln, etwa 10 Nudeln, sprach ich die Bedienung darauf an. Dieser Herr meinte 5x (!) das könne nicht sein was ich da sage, sei halt etwas mit Pfeffer gewürzt, so scharf das gäbe es ja nicht. Es wurde mir unterstellt, dass das stimmt, was ich behauptete. Ich bat ihn mehrere Male doch eine Gabel voll zu probieren. Die weiteren Gäste um unseren Tisch wurden auch schon aufmerksam und schauten zu uns herüber, so angeregt war die Komunikation. Er nahm das Gericht komentarlos wieder mit. Ich wusste jetzt nicht wie es weiter geht, ob ich was neues bekomme, usw. Dann war wohl Schichtwechsel, da dieser Ober verschwunden war und ein anderer Mann bediente. Beim Bezahlen wurde uns der volle Betrag angerechnet. Ich sprach den jetzigen Ober, dieser war auf alle Fälle nett, auf den Vorfall an, der "wusste wohl" von gar nichts. Eine Wiedergutmachung oder einen Preisnachlass gab es trozdem nicht. Wir sollen es beim nächsten Besuch anmerken. Na dann ... bis zum nächstes Mal!

Empfehlenswertes "Haus am See". Leckere Speisen. Freundlicher Service. Gut besucht, daher immer vorher anrufen und reservieren.

Guter Kuchen freundliche Bedienung super Ausblick

Grundsätzlich ist ein Gasthaus am See ja mal ganz schön. Det Ser ist aber nicht sonderlich ansehnlich. Das Essen nicht so schlecht, aber auch nicht wirklich gut. Die Bedienung die ich angetroffen habe auch ok, aber auch eben nur ok. Es gibt nicht viel zu meckern, aber auch nichts besonderes hervorzuheben. Es ist aber gut besucht. Eben wegen der Lage am See. Deshalb nur durchschnittliche Bewertung. Ich kenne auch Menschen die diesen Ort lieben. Die Begründung, weil man sich hier gut zum Reden treffen kann ohne ständig vom Personal angesprochen zu werden.

Aus essen habe ich jetzt einfach mal bewertet, weil ich habe nichts dort gegessen keine Ahnung. Bestellt haben wir was zum trinken Einen Eiskaffee und den Kaffee? Bedient wurden wir am Anfang schnell. Aber dann kam niemand mehr. Ein Getränk und das Wasser schade, ich hätte gern 2 getrunken, aber in dem Fall sind wir halt gegangen.

Tolles Restaurant direkt am See. Essen sehr lecker. Ein weiterer Besuch ist fest eingeplant.

Super feine vegetarische Gerichte und ein wunderbarer Ausblick auf den See ❤️

Irrtümlich einen Gutschein bei diesem Restaurant bestellt, in der Annahme das es sich um das Restaurant, gleichen Namens in unserer Region ( Nähe Bremen) handelt. Ich habe 2x angeschrieben und den Sachverhalt ( das es sich um eine Verwechslung handelt) erklärt und um Stornierung gebeten...ohne Erfolg. Keine Antwort ..Nichts. Für mich ein Armutszeugnis wenn ein Restaurant einen 40€ Gutschein einbehält ohne Leistung. Sie müssen es ja nötig haben. Dieser Gutschein war als Geschenk gedacht...Vielen Dank

Wow...... 2mal schon gut gegessen.... Zwiebelrostbraten, und Wurstsalat. Tolle frische Biere , saubere Gläser, und eine Bedienung die auf "Zack" ist.

Das Essen war höchstens durchschnittlich, die Kellner nicht sehr freundlich. Bspw. wurde nicht einmal gefragt, ob das Essen geschmeckt hat. Ein einheitliches Konzept bezüglich der Speißen scheint zu fehlen. Die Lage ist natürlich grandios, ebenso wie der Ausblick auf den See. Hier scheint man sich jedoch zu sehr darauf auszuruhen, so dass sich beim Rest zu wenig Mühe gegeben wird. Von einem weiteren Besuch zum Essen werde ich absehen.

Wir waren zu zweit an einem Sonntag zum Mittagessen hier. Das Restaurant war fast voll besetzt. Wir hatten nicht reserviert und obwohl das Personal sehr, sehr viel zu tun hatte, wurden wir sehr freundlich und zügig bedient. Das Essen hat uns beiden sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Ambiente ist echt schön und natürlich toll am See gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great restaurant with a beautiful location on the lake

An absolute five-star destination: The Haus am See in Zielfingen impresses us time and time again. We've enjoyed fantastic meals there several times – top quality in every course, and at truly fair prices. It's particularly child-friendly, with friendly staff who lovingly cater to all ages. The menu is balanced and varied – there's something for every taste, without compromising on quality. And the location? A stunning setting on the lake, making every meal special. We highly recommend the Haus am See and would gladly return – thank you for every wonderful experience!

I visited this restaurant today with my family while visiting from Chicago for the first time. Unfortunately, the waiter was unfriendly and told us we couldn’t sit outside by the lake. After we left, we saw other guests seated and served there, which felt very unfair and unwelcoming. Sadly, I cannot recommend this place.

Very nice location right on the lake. The staff was very friendly without being intrusive. The meat was very good. However, the appetizer (bruschetta) and salad could definitely be improved. The ingredients used were rather cheap; the tomatoes, for example, tasted mostly of water. I found the prices too high, but this lakeside restaurant has to stay afloat somehow 😀

This was my third time there this year and I have to say I haven't eaten this badly in a long time. There were four of us, and we had fish salad, a pasta dish, a turkey schnitzel with fries, and worst of all, tinder on dried-up !!! Potato salad with three careless lettuce leaves as decoration was really thrown in, there's no other way to describe it, it must have been there for a while... and last but not least, tasteless pasta with some kind of tomato sauce??!! We paid over 100 euros for that!!! Never again Maybe you should consider focusing on quality over quantity. Unfortunately, I have to say that a few weeks ago, I was there with a group of girls for a regular meeting, and it was similarly bad. Sorry, and I hope you won't see me again.

Terrace directly above the lake. Great spot. Unfortunately, the food wasn't that great. Ordered Swiss sausage salad with onions, pickles, Emmental cheese, tomatoes, and farmhouse bread. No pickles, and baguette instead of farmhouse bread. Everything was rather unloving. No apologies. We'll be back, but only for the atmosphere.

We were out on our motorcycle today and stopped at Zielfinger Lake. We also had lunch there. The food was delicious. Absolutely fantastic value for money. The staff was very polite and attentive. From the terrace, you can also see the lake. It was very beautiful and relaxing. We'll definitely go again.

Very nice restaurant with a terrace surrounding the Zielfingersee. Lawn with several comfortable chairs, also with a view of the lake. I only had a cappuccino, but it was delicious.

We arrived 10 minutes after the kitchen closed at lunch and didn't get anything to eat. Not even fries or sausage salad. I run a restaurant myself and don't send anyone away shortly after the kitchen officially closes. A smaller menu would be welcome, especially since the restaurant is open throughout the afternoon. Seeblick = gastronomy with little heart. What a shame

Food, ambience and service are great

The food was very good! But it was very loud, and despite the poor air quality and heat, no windows were open. But the food was fresh, quick, and really good.

Chilling by the lake and enjoying delicious food :-) A restaurant with a wonderful view of the lake. Solid cuisine, not top-notch, but certainly tasty and reasonably priced. Suitable both as a day trip restaurant (ideal if you can snag a spot on the terrace) with a simple snack, and for an evening out with appetizers and desserts. Advance reservations are recommended for groups.

Service was nice. Good view into the distance. But from the terrace into the lake, a sunken boat. Had a recommended strawberry cup. Unfortunately the strawberries were not fresh and were brown. Not worth the money for €8.20.

everything quite neat & authentically Italian. Unfortunately the boss & his team were a bit hectic. It was certainly well attended, but you don't have to let it hang out like that, it certainly won't make anything more efficient. If you can let that slide, then a visit is recommended.

A really beautiful place with a great ambience and a view of the lake. Particularly beautiful in the evening. The food was really tasty and the price was right here. Friendly service and all in all a really nice place to stay.

Wanted to take a break on the way through today to have lunch. The restaurant was well attended. After a while one of the waiters brought us the menu. Since we already knew what we wanted to order by then, we said when we brought the cards that we already knew what we wanted to order. The answer was in a mushy tone: "Me too." With that he left the menu with us and went to the next table. We then got up and left. It would have been enough for me if he had said something like: "OK, I'll come back later to take your order." So we forgot to leave money for 5 people there.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I wanted to have a coffee in this cafe/restaurant. On the terrace only a few tables were occupied or marked with a "reserved" sign and the rest were free. I went to the restaurant, all tables were free, only one table was occupied by two guests. I politely asked if I could have a coffee at a small table on the terrace. The male waiter asked if I wanted to eat something too. I answered "No", "but I would like a coffee". He said, "we don't have a free table. I said, "I could have the coffee here in the restaurant." He said he had to ask (maybe it was a head waiter he asked), "she just wants to drink coffee !"  The head waiter said to me, "We don't have a free table!" I repeated again, 'I could drink the coffee in here too."  Then the head waiter, with his Italian accent and unfriendly manner, assigned me a place with a concrete chair right next to the counter, where all the waiters were walking in and out (even though the place was empty), so that I couldn't make myself comfortable and as quickly as possible possible disappear again. Yes, I did that too and I was gone in less than 10 minutes. Of course, after I got the coffee, I paid immediately. I have NEVER experienced such outrageousness!

The location is great, unfortunately I can't recommend the service at all. The wrong dish was brought to us, and when we asked, we placed a new order, which was also taken. The service was super nice, but unfortunately the owner came shortly afterwards and told us so rudely that there was nothing new anymore because the kitchen was taking a break. We left without an apology and without food. As a long-time customer, I can say I am simply disappointed by such unprofessional behavior that I will certainly not come back. This has absolutely nothing to do with hospitality and if you can't take criticism, you shouldn't run a restaurant. Arrivederci!

I had dinner there today because I had only heard good things and was totally disappointed. First I had to wait longer for my salad dish than my husband did for his warm dish (he was already half finished). Bread wasn't brought at all, and I wasn't acknowledged when I asked (even though the restaurant was half empty). Summer salad consisted mostly of celery and carrot, melon was inedible and grapes were still on the stem so you had to fish in the dressing with your fingers to free them from it. When the waitress asks if everything is OK. I told her my complaints, but I could have saved myself 🤷‍♀️. Too bad.

We were cycling and wanted something to drink. We were told it wasn't a problem. Most of the tables were reserved. Understandably, we asked if we could sit at a table downstairs. We were told yes. Nobody came to order. One of us was in the restaurant asked about the order, the waitress asked if we needed a card, we said no, saying that we knew what we wanted, we sat down again, then another waitress came and we said we wanted to order something, then she said it was self-service, then we left four tables with supposedly self-service without telling us service desert in the restaurant we sat super awesome in the Palmengarten in Sigmaringen and they were soooo friendly

It was quite full, but that's how it should be. The service was great, the food was a bit expensive, but it was definitely worth it. The lake itself is a bit algay, but the staff can't help that ;)

We gave this place three chances because of the view. The first time there was a schnitzel in oil with spaetzle. The waitresses were always friendly and polite! Only the cashier with the Italian dialect and bald head was stressed and rude when cashing out. The drinks and food are overpriced (price/performance) and the Italian-speaking cashier is wrong-footed for the third time in a row. Shame about the view. All three visits were ruined by Him! The customer pays you their daily bread and that's not how you treat the customer!

You don't find such a nice restaurant very often! The location alone is beautiful, but it's no use if it's in a nice location and the rest doesn't fit. That is absolutely not the case here. The staff is very friendly and on the ball, even though almost all tables were occupied (inside and outside) The food is a dream, from salad to steaks to calamari, everything tasted wonderful! A clear recommendation to go there!

Always nice there with a great atmosphere

Nice restaurant by the lake. We had to wait quite a long time to be served. The salad was carelessly prepared and tasted like nothing, so half of it was returned! The waitress took the plates away without saying a word. The waiter was rude and arrogant when taking the cash!! That was my first and last visit to this restaurant.
