Before our visit, we were very surprised by the extremely negative reviews, as our previous experience was different. So we wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, we have to agree with the negative comments. We share the impression of the reheated and topped-up frozen pizza, even though the wait staff claimed otherwise. The food and service don't compare favorably with what we've experienced in the past. We regret this very much, and this is why we've been there for the last time.

It was a nice day so I politely asked to sit outside and was met with “If you can find a seat” so I decided sit inside. I then checked the menu and was ready to order. The waitress walked by me multiple times without asking if I was ready to order even when I was making eye contact with her. I had to akwardly wave at her to get her attention. When I was ready to leave I asked to pay and take the rest of my pizza home. They do not offer boxes only aluminum foil. Over the course of the next 20 minuites I had to ask to pay 2 more times. The 3rd time I asked, I also asked for the manager who was not there. The waitress completely forgot about me and I saw her clearing tables outside instead. Hopefully some prioritization and communication improvements are made.

Mega kebab, very friendly and fast. Gladly again, it was delicious again 😋
