Horrible Pizza. Horrible snack box. Total waste of money.

I ordered through Liferando! very very late delivery! But that I can understand but the Burger was really bad. OMG, the bread was so old and the burger was even worse, filled up with so much sause probably to soften the bread! The bread I could not yet digest!

⭐ 1 Star – Disastrous Service and Endless Mistakes I ordered a pizza at 4:22 PM. The estimated delivery time was 35 minutes. At 5:10 PM, I had to call to find out where my order was. On the phone, I was told that my order "hadn't even been delivered yet." They offered me a larger pizza as compensation – which I thought was fair, so I accepted. But then everything went wrong: • Despite our agreement, only the regular size pizza was delivered. • On the phone, the shift supervisor rudely told me that this "couldn't be right," claiming she had seen that it was a larger pizza. • She even offered to "come over and show me the pizza" – completely inappropriate and unprofessional. • Then I was told to "send the driver a WhatsApp message," even though he doesn't have WhatsApp. • Instead of understanding, there were constant arguments, as if I had to prove that a mistake had been made. • • This is the eighth time this year that something has gone wrong. When another employee finally intervened, things became a bit more professional. I was told I would get my money back and the driver would come by again. Instead, however, a different driver suddenly appeared and handed me the larger pizza without a word – apparently without any coordination. The shift supervisor then rudely asserted that she was "the boss" and made all the decisions. In short: Chaotic process, rude communication, and absolutely no willingness to take responsibility. Mistakes can happen, but this kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. This was my last attempt – I won't be ordering from here again.

Extremely disappointing! Two hours of waiting and then rude service on top of that. I strongly advise against ordering from here.

Judging from the other reviews, it seems to be a tradition here to treat paying customers like dirt and throw them out, even while remaining extremely polite. I've now experienced this firsthand. It's a shame, because on my first visit the pizza was delicious, and (another) employee was very friendly, but I'm not wasting my time and energy on such nonsense!

A small pizza place. And I mean small. There's room to eat there but it's not that comfortable. Service was very quick and helpful. Food was good, if a little pricey, but overall I was pretty happy with my meal.

I've been waiting for my pizza for 80 minutes. The Freddy Fresh website says: Your order is being prepared – in other words: It hasn't even left the delivery area. I've been trying to get someone on the phone for 20 minutes. The line isn't busy – and nobody's answering. Terrific service! Last time at Freddy Fresh!

I'm very disappointed with my order today. The burger was inedible—the meat was completely raw, and the bacon was also raw. Furthermore, the pizza arrived ice cold. I don't expect that from a delivery service. I hope the restaurant urgently improves the quality before other customers are disappointed.

Ordered via Lieferando on the evening of July 22nd, confirmation at 10:29 PM, payment via PayPal – executed immediately, of course. The promised delivery time: 30–40 minutes. Then: silence. No driver, no food, no call. Instead, at 11:12 PM, a supposedly reassuring, technically generated message: "Delivered." Apparently into a parallel reality. Of course, the company was unreachable by phone – in the spirit of German service initiative. Only the following day did a voice named Raphael explain to me, with the nonchalance of practiced indifference, that my order had supposedly only been received at 10:32 PM – and had therefore been canceled. An interesting theory, especially since the alleged delivery had been confirmed. Any response to my contact via Lieferando? Of course not. A refund of my money? Not yet either. Conclusion: A service that wasn't one. A communication that didn't take place. And a business model that clearly thrives on doing as little as possible and thus letting as much as possible go. Never again. And for all those who think this is an isolated incident: Welcome to the service reality of 2025 – "Made in Germany."

Their physical shop is quite small and minimal, although they offer both takeaway and dine in. The pizza there is quite good with lots of varieties. They have their own delivery rider for home delivery. Definitely recommend over other pricier options out there

Ordered - pizza (25 cm) salad and pizza rolls as well as extra garlic dip… Pizza was measured just for fun, it was only 23 cm (FRECH) and it costs almost €11. We wanted salad without croutons, but they were included - portion intended more for children for around 13€ NAUGHTY! This mini portion doesn't work either Pizza - limp, not tasty when cold Pizza rolls were good, Garlic dip for €1.50 isn't even included. Thanks but NO THANKS NEVER AGAIN

My husband loves Pizza Karstadt 5/5 stars Cheeseburger 4/5 stars because the burger meat paddy is really not great. Chicken poppers 3/5 a matter of taste, my son loves them Röstisticks 4/5 can be made, but you don't have to.

Unfortunately pizza is not crispy. But it's probably due to the delivery in the warming boxes The taste was okay. The biggest problem was the pizza size 2 Large ordered and received 2 times M. So the wrong size was delivered. I hope that was an oversight and there isn't a system behind it that deliberately delivers the wrong sizes in order to make more profit. I can only recommend that everyone who orders check the size. Otherwise you pay the extra price for the size, get a smaller pizza and are therefore doubly ripped off.

All pizzas: St. Nicholas, holiday roast, Cape Town and the burgers were super tasty. Everyone was happy. The delivery arrived a few minutes later, which increased the anticipation and surprise for the guests. Full praise! The first, but not the last time ordered here! Thanks!

Food is delivered quickly, always warm and tasty. Never any problems, once they couldn't fulfill my order, I was called and the situation was explained to me. The money was returned immediately and I was able to place a new order. Recommended.

The citizens are really tasty. This time we also ordered 2 pizzas: margarita and with salami. Both were duper! We had deliveries delivered and for this reason I didn't give any stars for ambience.

Ordered via Lieferando. €8 for some garlic bread was already hefty, but based on the picture we expected it to be a little smaller than a pizza, which would have been acceptable. However, what we were presented with was the saddest thing we have ever seen. For 8€. I could have gotten a kebab from that. Or even a pizza. Biggest disappointment when we had to see this puny something in its far too large pizza box packaging. But the taste was ok.

We've been getting this pizza since the start of the pandemic. It's good and they have lots of lactose-free options. They also have nice seasonal specials.

The food ordered online arrived exactly to the minute. The pizza base is more doughy than crispy, which is something you have to like. But it wasn't a problem for me. Overall, everyone enjoyed the food.

So far we've only had deliveries and the food has always been hot and very good. Once we had bad luck with the delivery time, but even then everything was hot and tasty. Thumbs up :)

I pre-ordered food at 11am for a team meeting at 1:15pm. The food didn't arrive until 2:05 p.m. The meeting was of course already over by then.

I ordered from Freddy Fresh again today I was disappointed with Freddy's finger food mix Ordered looked different in the photo, I thought it came in a small square box, not in a pizza box, very confusing

A huge disappointment! Fresh is something different! Mini pizza for 15 euros. 1 hour and 50 minutes delivery time. Unfriendly staff! Pizza was cold. Never again !

One of the worst burgers ever. Just soggy bread and a patty that was dripping with fat. No salad or anything else with fresh food on it. For the exorbitant price you get at least 2 burgers in the well-known fast food chains that are by far better. Never again!

Afterwards I felt like I had a big stone in my stomach. Never pizza at this place again. Their dough is definitely crap.

I ordered over €400. The delivery service was very unfriendly and arrived much earlier than agreed. When asked whether the pizza warming boxes could be kept for a short time due to early delivery, there was a clear “No!” Definitely not recommended! :)

Food is actually always good. Unfortunately, almost every order is missing something. At the. Sent an email last time and never received an answer. You pay so much and then half of it is missing and you get nothing back. Now they have opened. For a Caesar salad 11 euros is simply no longer affordable. Back then I got a voucher for 2.50 that couldn't be redeemed. Since she opened it, I would have paid exactly that much. I just think it's a joke.

Everything was fresh and delicious. Delivered in a very short time by a friendly courier. Gladly again!

We've been happy customers for years, Freddy Fresh accompanies us through exam nights and homework phases (during our bachelor's thesis we ordered every day in the last week before submission 😄🍕). Delivery is usually always very quick! It's just a shame that the Freddy calendar and some of our favorite pizzas are no longer available (e.g. Memphis), but there are always new things being added, the asparagus pizzas yesterday were exactly what we needed. Always my pleasure!

Super delicious, I really like Pizza Phönix, my favorite pizza, but pizza rolls with cheese are also fresh and delicious. Onion rings were fried doughy, that's how my wife likes it And almost always faster than the announced time, delivery usually under 40 minutes.

I've never been disappointed with the pizza there :-) but what I would particularly like to emphasize is how friendly and helpful the service is. There were problems with Lieferando, I called them and experienced very helpful, attentive service. Unfortunately, you don't see it that often anymore.

By far the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The tomato sauce on the pizza only tastes like tomato paste, there is very little cheese. Completely dry, like cardboard in your mouth. I would advise everyone against it.

Cold food and real rubbish in terms of taste.

17.50€ for a normal size Margherita without taste, here the flap is simply called XL.

Ambiance cannot be rated as food was delivered. Ordering process easy. All special requests were taken into account. Delivery in the specified time. Food perfect and delicious.

It took 120 minutes. 2 hours to bring 3 burgers, fries and a combination plate of starters. As expected, the potatoes and starters were already soft and the burgers were half cold. I will not order again and please do not reply to me to write comments to any email because I will not do so.

Not recommendable. A pizza and pasta was ordered. Wrong name and phone number. were given to the driver. So we had to wait a long time, pizza was cold and was given back. Piece of pork found in the vegetarian pasta although it was mentioned that no pig is eaten. When we called, they hung up shamelessly without listening to the customer, saying that the mistake was with the pizzeria! So as a Muslim it's really catastrophic when you explicitly say on the phone that you don't eat pork!! Not recommendable ! Just awesome!!! Luckily I saw the pasta before my child ate it!!! Second time cold pizza again... the hotel premier inn noticed everything and warmed up the pizza

We wanted to redeem our Schlemmerblock voucher (valid until December 1st, 2023) on February 7th, 2023. The employee on the phone said that they would no longer redeem Schlemmerblock vouchers because they had terminated the contract with Schlemmerblock.de. How can that be if the restaurant is represented in the current block? Ultimately, this comes at the expense of the customers, who are thus alienated.

Delivery took 90 minutes , pizza came cold. The dough is cheap and the ingredients are not too fresh.

Sehr guter Pizza-Bringdienst, die Gerichte die ich bestellt habe waren immer schneller zubereitet als angekündigt, kamen warm an, die Lieferanten waren pünktlich und sehr nett. Manchmal ist es schade dass es bstimmte Gerichte nicht gibt. Leider nicht nur tageweise sondern länger. Mir hat es in 95% der Fälle geschmeckt. DIe restlichen Fälle sind da wohl Geschmacksache ;)! Alles im allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir sind Stammkunden und wir bestellen die Pizza seit langer Zeit und relativ oft. Wir fanden die Pizza sehr gut, vor allem gab es super Angebote und immer Gummibärchen. In letzter Zeit hat die Qualität ein bisschen nachgelassen (weniger Belag, Soße nicht wie früher, keine Gummibärchen und wenig oder keine gute Angebote). Meine Lieblingspizza Ravenna ist auch nicht mehr im Angebot. Darum nur 4/5 Sterne.

Für den schnelle Hunger, gibt es immer etwas leckeres.

Bestellung und Lieferung immer perfekt, die Pizza schmeckt mir hervorragend. Immer wieder gerne.

Telefonische Ankündigung, dass sich die Lieferung aufgrund Krankheit verzögern kann. Lieferung kam dann doch pünktlich. :-)

Begründete Zweifel gegenüber der Herkunft unserer Margherita. Super rund und der Käse wurde nahezu homogen verteilt. Gleichmäßiger Abstand zum Rand wurde berücksichtigt. Der Geschmack war eher gut als schlecht. Der Preis etwas zu hoch für meine Geldbörse. Lieferdauer utopisch.

Super lecker, super fresh, nicht gerade günstig aber bei den guten Zutaten völlig berechtigter Preis. Hatte die Pasta Odysseus, kann ich wärmstens Empfehlen. Nächstes Mal wird ein Burger probiert 👌

Falsche Pizza geliefert trotz Vegetarische Bestellung

Das war die letzte Bestellung bei Freddy Fresh, nachdem die Pizza im September schon kalt und nicht richtig gebacken war. Von wegen "140g feinstes Rindfleisch"! Ein billiges TK-Patty, dass nichtmal richtig gegrillt wurde. Zudem waren heute beide Burger kalt. 2 Sterne für die gute Chilli-Cheese-Soße und weil die angekündigte Lieferzeit eingehalten wurde.

Pizzen waren super und sogar vegan! Lieferpersonen waren immer sehr freundlich. Habe schlechtes Gewissen nie Trinkgeld gegeben zu haben, weil verdient wäre es, daher schreibe ich wenigstens hier. Beim nächsten Mal gibt's cash haha

Leider muss ich 2 Sterne abziehen, dass letzte Essen war bis auf die Burger eine Katastrophe. Bitte bleibt bei Pizza und Burger!!! Die Pasta ist nicht nur überteuert für 11 Euro sie schmeckt auch absolut garnicht!!! Die Burger und Pizzas sind top.

Bestellvorgang sehr freundlich, Fahrer pünktlich und auch sehr freundlich. Der Belag war gut, der Boden schien jedoch ein Fertigteig zu sein. Dafür zwei Punkte Abzug weil das geht gar nicht.

Bis jetzt war immer alles lecker und warm geliefert. Ich muss allerdings die Burger kritisieren: diese sind auch lecker, aber nie und nimmer min. 10€ wert. 6-7€ an guten Tagen vielleicht. Für den verlangten Preis fehlt es mir an Quantität, die Qualität ist ok, aber für das Geld erwarte ich einen Kracher. Und den kriegt man hier nicht.

Super schnell geliefert, kam noch schön warm an, war sehr lecker! Gerne wieder!
