Die besten Restaurants in Donaueschingen

This is the second time I've ordered. Both times the chicken wings in the fingerfoos box were raw and even bloody. I called and asked for a solution and was told the boss would get in touch, but of course she didn't answer.

Best Doner kebab sandwich I ever had. The reason is simple he serves your doner in freshly baked hot bread and fills it with good ingredients. Affable Kurdish proprietor is nice. So different from your ordinary kebab shops.

The requested sauce is expensive.. The boss is grumpy. The sushi is very good!

We both took the “Chefs Choice” for €70 each and mochi for dessert. The sushi and the overall food in general were “Okay”. Despite the high-quality ingredients, it wasn't really anything special and for the price you definitely get more for it in other sushi restaurants. It's actually a shame, because our visit cost almost €200. So my conclusion is: for the money you would be better off eating in a sushi restaurant in Konstanz, Singen or the surrounding area.

I simply had schnitzel with fries and salad. Nothing special. But the interior was fantastic – a US 70s-style diner.

The service is very poor; they don't speak German and misunderstand everything. We had seven orders, and seven were all wrong. Sometimes something was missing, and sometimes it wasn't the right thing. The best thing for the staff would be a German course. The atmosphere was also very poor; only cheap tables.

So ein toller Raum. Extrem hohe Decken, für Gruppen gibt es runde Tische mit entsprechenden Bänken, tolle Idee. Das Essen ist sehr gutes Hotelniveau. Ja, da geht auch mal was schief, aber der Service bemüht sich sehr, um Lösungen zu finden. Dessert und Käse sind ein toller Abschluss. Das Frühstück, das hier ebenfalls serviert wird, gehört zu den besten, die ich kenne. Es fehlt an nichts.

At TASSONE in Wolterdingen we always get wonderful food, very friendly service and, in summer, a beautiful terrace to feast directly on the Breg - keep it up! Bettina and Michael Wrase
