If I could give zero stars, I would. We work for our money, and when we go out to party and drink, we want to get what we ordered. Dear Ali, you are a nice, friendly guy and there is always a good atmosphere. Unfortunately this was clouded yesterday. I was at your place with my girlfriend and we didn't get what we ordered. And unfortunately no apology or explanation from you either. Thanks for that, Willi

Very, very nice coffee and pastry shop. Highly recommended.

We ordered two pizzas and salad to take away. The food was ready quickly. Pizzas were tasty and well topped. Fortunately, the salad was without iceberg lettuce and had a delicious dressing. The service was very friendly.

Very unfriendly, rude service. If you're so unhappy with your job, you should be doing something else instead of taking it out on the customers. I didn't order any food for that reason.

The rehabilitation center is a converted hotel, very inconvenient, especially for people with walking difficulties. Drinks are ridiculously overpriced (€4.18 for a Coke!), and even the free water dispensers are hard to reach. Restrooms are far away, the rooms are dark—reading is barely possible. Not a place for relaxation. Therapy options, however, are very good.

The lasagna was good. The bruschetta was almost inedible. It was way too salty and peppery. The pizza and garlic bread were dark, almost black. Delivery time was kept this time. Delivery service was rather unfriendly and irritating. I gave them a one-euro tip and didn't even get a thank you. I will definitely not order from this place again.

The bathroom itself is very old. The lifeguard is very competent but the service in the bistro has been terribly bad for years! We go there several times a year but yesterday we were accused of being disrespectful!!! And that as guests! We doubt that the lady even knows what respect means - in front of us she had absolutely none! We were even searched for by the lifeguards afterwards and confronted in the water! We were shouted at loudly by the lady! And in front of all other guests like criminals! We are paying spa guests who have expressed criticism! Such staff is unacceptable in the catering industry! I was even wanted as supposedly misogynistic accuse but that is probably the case more often with this employee!! You made me feel like a criminal. I was discriminated against by you and will involve the press and legal counsel if necessary - the mistake was not mine and our entire family's bathing experience was gone! Thank you very much for nothing! Luckily my wife was there! This bad staff in the bistro is simply ridiculous!!!! Disrespectful to the guest! Such personnel should be returned to the free labor market!

Absolutely filthy! Watching the staff prepare food shows that for some people, the word hygiene doesn't really exist. If you order chicken, you'll get meat that looks and tastes strange. The Peking soup tastes like it's been eaten before. You can only pay with cash (I wonder why). All in all, the worst Asian restaurant I've ever eaten at.

Unfortunately, I have to say that my visit to McCafé today was once again disappointing. I simply wanted to get a cappuccino – a given at a café that specializes in coffee drinks. But things got off to a chaotic start: The cash register at the McCafé was unmanned, with no signage or information. Only after waiting for some time was I asked to go to the regular cash register. The real shocker came then: When I placed my order, I was told they didn't have any milk. In a McCafé – where almost all hot drinks are milk-based – that's truly incomprehensible. No alternative, no solution, just a shrug. This isn't an isolated incident: I've had similar negative experiences at the locations in Villingen and Bad Dürrheim – whether due to unfriendly staff, unavailable products, or simply a lack of organization. It's a real shame that you can't rely on a simple cappuccino at McCafé, even on a Sunday. There is an urgent need for improvement here – both in terms of service and basic provision.

I ate half a chicken on Monday. It was still full of feathers! Stay away from there
