Subway in Bad Dürrheim

Philly steak & cheese – ugh, the meat quality has gone downhill. Two pieces of meat were completely sinewy and inedible (scartilaginous). That's just unacceptable. It ruined my whole sandwich. I remembered it being much better. Skimping on quality is doing both the company and the customer a disservice.

Very unhygienic and not appealing. I had severe stomach pain after eating. The staff asked, "Drink!" What, "Do you want a drink with it?" Where I come from, that means "another drink with it?"

20 minutes before closing time everything was already cleared away and no more orders possible

It was very busy and we had to wait a good 25 minutes.

I ordered a Fajita Fiesta just changing the seasoned chicken for regular chicken and the chipotle sauce for Caesar sauce because I can't tolerate spicy food, and this is what I received, it's supposed to have double cheese, peppers, onions, corn, guacamole, Doritos and more, and they didn't give me any of those things despite only changing the type of chicken and sauce, and the workers don't know how to wrap the orders properly in the paper and they don't put the seals on them so they don't open in the bag... I think it's a lack of respect and professionalism towards the customer because they also charge it as if they gave you the full order with all its vegetables when they don't even have half of them... I normally go to another branch but today this one was closer to my position and that's why I chose to go there, but they are the worst service I've had at any Subway being a frequent customer

It's nice that it's open until 11 p.m. I was able to finish my meal in peace. The staff were very friendly and patient.

Two hours before closing time, they're cleaning with a pressure washer, right next to people who just want to eat in peace. Ingredients aren't replenished either. No onions, no cookies. Just close early if you don't feel like providing decent service.

Can't recommend it. The staff don't know what they're doing. Tables and seats are almost always covered in crumbs.

Very pleasant; it's a fast-food restaurant and okay. The American style is good and simple. I had a seat by the window and found it okay. For the occasional visit, especially when driving home from college, work, or a shopping trip, it's a welcome opportunity to satisfy your hunger. The restrooms are very clean, and the staff are very friendly and quick. It was worth a tip. My visit was on Thursday, May 15, 2025, between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. The menu, including a cookie, a drink, and a large (vegetarian) sandwich, was very good. The Electric Blue Pepsi is okay; next time I'll get a real Pepsi or water again.

As always, very good. Sometimes, however, the people who do the work have a strange work ethic, but we always got along.

It's actually pretty good, but lately the tables and food preparation have been pretty dingy.

It's cool when the front door says it's open until 10 p.m. and no one can get in at 9:40 p.m. because the nice employees have locked everything 👍🏼 I would have understood it at 5 a.m., but it's already over a quarter of an hour before cool ....

Real juice shop, the shop closes 10 minutes before the end and you are waved away. Service is very important here in Bad Dürrheim.

Typical Subway, the two employees behind the counter seemed a bit overwhelmed and as if they were both very new. Sub was as you would expect and cookies were awesome as always. Unfortunately everything is now quite expensive for “fast food”.

Waiting time was about 10 minutes, food was ok, but not all types of bread were available and there was very little topping. What was most disturbing, however, was the wannabe gangster rap music that was definitely not suitable for the children who were in the store.

I was there on July 10th. because after I ordered and paid in the app. Unfortunately, the bites were sold out and the employee put me off with “next time you don’t pre-order them, just let us know and you’ll get them.” Today I sent my brother and mother over and what happened?? Oh well, the young people now have Alzheimer's and can't remember it... that's over €5 you're taking... nice rip-off!

The food itself was quite good, except that the employee put my roll in such a way that almost everything fell out again... but in the end it was okay except for folding the roll

Always very clean here. Also the toilets. The employees are friendly and will help if you don't know what to do next. We recommend.

Den jungen Mann mit dem Kreuz tattoo hinterm Ohr würd ich feuern ,geht garnet wie er mit den Kunden redet scheint nicht wirklich Lust zu haben zum arbeiten ...

Essen immer gut, Service ok, viel zu laute Musik im Laden man muss seinen gegenüber leider fast schon anbrüllen

Hatte schon einmal bewertet aber die Situation hat sich hier komplett gedreht. Sandwiches sind inzwischen wirklich gut und schon belegt.

Baba sub. Super essen liebevoll belegt nicht wie in vielen anderen subs. Nicht dreckig modernes design. Musik ist nice. Würde 10km mehr fahren für den sub. Amen.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, Essen schmeckt wie immer. Es ist aber dort sehr schön weil es sehr neu ist.

Die Subs sind hier sehr lecker und meistens gut belegt. Die Zutaten sehen frisch aus und schmecken auch so. Bei unserem letzten Besuch war es draußen sehr warm und die Klimaanlage funktionierte, was es sehr angenehm machte dort zu essen. Es war zu dem Zeitpunkt auch nicht viel los, sodass wir nicht lange warten mussten.

Leckere Sandwiches, aber die Bedienung wirkt unmotiviert. Freunde der Bedienungen werden bevorzugt behandelt. Wirkt manchmal eher wie ein Treffpunkt der Freundesgruppe, statt eines Imbisses.

War gestern im Subway. Leider musste ich nach längerer wartezeit nachfragen ob meine kartoffeln die ich zum menü bestellt habe fertig sind. Das hat mir dann zu lange gedauert.

Die Subs sind an sich gut jedoch manchmal etwas kalt...die Tische sind oft schmutzig und es gibt paar sehr gute Mitarbeiter jedoch auch ein paar die sehr unmotiviert dein Sub zubereiten. Parkplätze sind immer vorhanden und man muss nie wirklich lange warten bis man dran kommt. Jedoch etwas allgemeines, 10 Euro sind einfach zu viel für ein Sub bzw Schülermenü... 8 Euro wären angemessen.

Laden unsauber, Essen nicht warm, Käse ungeschmolzen. Sitzplätze werden selbst wenn niemand da ist nicht sauber gemacht.

Ein guter Subway, Personal trägt Handschuhe und immer alles frisch auch spät Abends.

Service und Essen war gut. Das Ambiente etwas karg.

Auch wenn viel los ist, geht's doch relativ zügig. Da das Essen standardisiert ist, ist die Qualität an sich immer gleich gut. Sehr gute Alternative zu Pommes und Co.

Personal teilweise sehr unfreundlich und inkompetent. Essen Subway typisch gut, Restaurant teils sehr dreckig. Wird seit einiger Zeit immer öfter so, bis vor 2 Jahren hätte es 5 Sterne gegeben!

Wie jeder Subway halt. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht unbedingt motiviert, zum Ende der Schicht wird man eher rausgeschäucht. "Aber nur noch zum Mitnehmen". Bei vermutlich Mindestlohn natürlich verständlich. Ansonsten eben typisch Subway.

Essen war gut. Tische und Boden waren sehr dreckig trotz viel Personal. Laden hat gutes Potential muss wohl an der Führung gearbeitet werden.

Super leckerer, richtig frischer Sub gegessen. Normal 5 Sterne, aber die Chickennuggets und die Kartoffeln waren ungenießbar , landeten im Müll.

Das Sub war wie gewohnt gut. Leider zu einer Zeit dort gewesen bei der viel los war, Wartezeit 20min. Hier kann jedoch niemand etwas dafür, spricht eher für den Laden!

Wir sind spontan auf unser Reise dort hin gefahren. Wir mögen Subway. Als wir hinein gingen fiel uns auf das es sehr groß war aber leider so laut. Die Musik wie in einer Disco eingestellt. Die Jungs am Büffet waren sehr abgelegt und nicht sehr freundlich. Einer sogar sehr unfreundlich. Haben dann im Auto gegessen. Die Qualität war sehr gut und sehr lecker.

Prima esperienza assoluta per me nella catena di fast food subway. L'idea non è male ( ti fai il panino come vuoi scegliendoti tutto dal pane agli ingredienti); la resa non è nulla di che. Va bene per un pasto veloce ( fast food).

Das Restaurant bietet genau das, was man von einem Subway erwartet. Es ist nicht ausgesprochen gemütlich gelegen und eingerichtet.

Un Subway très bien, c'est à dire propre, rapide, bon, et surtout personnel bilingue anglais ce qui est appréciable pour nous ! Situé dans une zone commerciale donc utile.

Ich bin ein fan von Subs und gehe regelmäßig in Subways. In Bad Dürrheim war ich noch nicht so oft. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass die Angestellten nicht sehr motiviert waren. Das Essen jedoch ist gut und frisch.
