Great food, Very appetizing and incredibly affordable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the young, broad-shouldered man with short, dark hair who's been working there for a few months. I eat there regularly and have never had any complaints. I can't understand all the bad feedback.

One star is too generous. We went in after lunchtime just for coffee and cake. The available dishes consisted of dirty glasses and three cups. There was one (!) miserable-looking piece of cake, which we decided to pass on. Lacking any alternative, we got two reasonably clean containers and had something to drink. We didn't use the first table we tried; the cover of the bench was completely ripped, and the cushion was sticking out. Everything was in a very neglected state. There were hardly any other guests—no wonder. Never again!

I eat there often. I highly recommend it. Everyone is super nice, especially the shorter blonde lady. It's very clean, and the food is delicious. The prices are absolutely fair, too.

Stuffed peppers with rice and tomato sauce No one can imagine where such a poor cook could come from that even the cooked rice isn't any good. Incredibly miserable

I ate half a chicken on Monday. It was still full of feathers! Keep your hands off that.

Everyone is always motivated, the service is quick with practically no waiting time, the prices are very good, the selection is large (about 5 dishes and 5 salads), and it all tastes really good. It's always very busy, so I don't understand the bad reviews. The beef roulade was the highlight 😁 You can't even get it anywhere else in Freiburg.

We were happy with the food. We've been here a few times now. It's even cheaper than outside Kaufland. We'll come back for dinner next time we're in the area.

I usually buy takeaway chicken when I want something warm for dinner. A whole chicken cost me €9.60. That's a good price in my opinion. I didn't have to wait at all for service, very professional. I recommend it.

The unabashed unfriendliness of the cashier (dark hair, annoyed look) is adventurous for a company that wants to make sales. I have rarely experienced something like this! I don't recommend this place. Cleanliness and food not really convincing.

We were eating there today for a young afternoon. Our first problem was that there was little choice and I had taken the "ham noodles". Under the light they looked somewhat appetizing and when I got them there was a handful of noodles with some cheap bags of ham sauce. There was nothing to be seen and the 2 mini pieces of egg were completely dried out. Half of the noodles had been thrown into the hot water for an estimated 2 minutes and were rock hard and inedible so after half of it I had something halfway edible Hand pasta actually had hardly any of it so far and paid 6.50€ for it. My grandpa had salmon with vegetables and fried potatoes. These were black and mushy and full of fat. The vegetables tasted like they had been prepared 2 days before and had been sitting around somewhere unrefrigerated for 2 days. The salmon was actually edible and 7.60€ for that. So it used to be much better and we thought it was a total failure and all we can say is NEVER AGAIN. The staff were pretty unfriendly We personally didn't find it unfriendly and it's very outrageous that something like this is even being sold - it's an impertinence to even offer something like this to guests

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have been going for breakfast every Saturday for years and continue to do so. There's nothing wrong with it.

Then the other two come at a speed that would allow you to re-sole your shoes while running. Then wake up directly at the checkout before serving someone 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ . So it really can be better. Bin zur Mittagszeit im "Kaufland-Restaurant" gewesen und habe mich zunächst über wenig Publikumsverkehr gewundert. Das änderte sich, nachdem ich das Essen probiert habe: Gemüse nur angegart, noch fast roh, Schnitzel zur Hälfte so dünn, daß die Panade nicht nur dunkel, sondern auch knusprig war, die sog. Bratensosse schmeckte nach billigster Tütensuppe. Mein Fazit: Nie wieder.

Linsen mit Würstchen waren top! Ein bisschen essig fehlte mir selbst. Fanta war nicht so gut da wasserpansche!!! Essen ist auf jedenfall zu empfehlen!!! Großes Lob an die Küche

Nette Bedienung, leckeres Essen. Besonders freundlich ist die kleine blondiener und die rothaarige Damen, sie kümmern sich um an Extra wünsche (Geflügel Schnitzel, Chicken Nuggets). Empfehlungswert.

Essen ist gut und günstig, ich kenne noch das alte Kaufland Restaurant das war um einiges besser.
