My visit to the Japanese restaurant "HANABI" was an outstanding culinary experience in every respect. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional service, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere throughout my entire visit.
The food was outstanding. The gyoza were perfectly prepared – delicately crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and with a superbly balanced flavor. The miso soup impressed with its depth and authenticity, providing a harmonious start to the meal. Finally, the miso ramen was the absolute highlight: an aromatic, full-bodied broth, perfectly balanced ingredients, and an overall high-quality presentation.
You can clearly sense the attention to detail, the high quality of the ingredients, and the culinary expertise of the chefs. This is a restaurant that presents traditional Japanese cuisine with professionalism and passion. Highly recommended – I will definitely be back.
A beautiful and clean shop! The portions are delicious and filling! The staff is very helpful and friendly! The owners are wonderful people! This shop is our Sunday destination!
Best shawarma ever: The overall flavor, the freshness of the ingredients, the combination of flavors, and especially the homemade sauces—unique and delicious...
You can taste the vegetables, and the meat is very pleasant.
This shawarma has a signature style, is exceptionally well-balanced, and is my absolute favorite here...
"Mumtaz" (ممتاز) indeed!
If I'm in the area, it's a must-visit for me. I don't know of any better one. The homemade sauces are especially fantastic.
We were there on a Saturday afternoon. The view is beautiful, but the service was poor. First, they don't have any draft beer, then when you ask for oat milk in your espresso macchiato, you get a lecture about how they "don't even bother" with that stuff because they also have almond milk and who knows what else. After all, this is a bar, not a café! So why no draft beer? Anyway. The Pinot Gris was tasty at €11.50 for a 0.2-liter glass, but a bit steep.
