Our regular haunt in Backnang for years. Very friendly and attentive service and excellent food! Ouzo to go with that.

The octopus was quite good. The gyro plate was also very tasty. The (owner?) service was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, credit card payments were not accepted (only debit cards). Therefore, one point deducted for service.

Incredibly delicious food. The menu changes constantly. There aren't just your average dishes. The food is cooked with heart and passion. The service is also incredibly warm and friendly. An all-around fantastic experience, every time.

Very good, delicious Greek food with very generous portions. The appetizer with grilled tomatoes, feta cheese, and caramelized onions was also sensational. The staff is exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also very cozy.

We've eaten here at least 7 times and have never been disappointed. The service is excellent, even giving tips on how to prepare dishes. We chatted about football with the young man, and recipes and general Greek food with the woman. Absolutely fantastic! The food, especially the appetizer platter, truly deserves its name. In other restaurants, the "platters" aren't exactly plentiful or varied. Not here. We opted for the fish platter, as we had meat as our main course. Simply fantastic. The grilled platter was also excellent as a main course. Rounded off with a liqueur on the house, it was a successful evening with excellent value for money. My tip from years ago in a review was also taken to heart, as you can now hear beautiful, fitting Greek music in the background. My first address for Greek food in Backnang!

A very nice, family-run Greek restaurant where you feel very comfortable. It has plenty of space, and both the sons and wife provide excellent service. The food prepared by the owner is very authentic and well-thought-out, except for a few minor things (iceberg lettuce as a side salad or with the appetizer platter? I would leave it out and replace it with cabbage or bean salad. Maybe something that would go well with the chorta or wlita; the Turkish market also sells similar vegetables). The portions aren't cheap, but they are so generous that the price-performance ratio is truly justified! There are also many great vegetarian dishes on the menu. We'll be back and say "Kali Orexi!"

Disappointing Visit – Unfortunately, Not Recommended Three of us went there for dinner (around 6:00 p.m.), and the disappointment began early: After ordering and receiving our drinks, we were told that gyros, of all things, were unavailable – in a Greek restaurant, mind you. This is simply unacceptable for this time of day and seems as if they weren't expecting customers. I then opted for the "souvlaki plate," but unfortunately, the meat was extremely fatty and barely edible. Overall, the taste was very disappointing. This was by far the worst Greek meal I've ever had. The only positive things were the fries – nice and crispy – and the tzatziki, which were tasty. But unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the rest of the experience. We definitely won't go back.

Good food and what should be highlighted is that this Greek restaurant manages to offer several vegetarian main dishes on its menu! Unfortunately, this is still a rarity in 2025. All Greek restaurants can take an example from this. Also very friendly staff and very good value for money. Simply great! We were very satisfied and will definitely come back.

I think I went directly to Greece today for culinary delights. Since I haven't traveled to Greece yet, I have to say "I think", but the food was simply fantastic, you can taste the love for southern cuisine. From the starter to the main courses and the accompanying wines, nothing was run of the mill, but everything was somehow “special” and not like the usual Greek restaurant around the corner. We will definitely come back and try out more authentic dishes that you don't get everywhere every day.

As always, a very warm welcome from super friendly and courteous service staff who are happy to take a little more time than usual elsewhere. We chose a spot in the cozy, covered outdoor area. Classic selection of Greek dishes varied by daily specials + fish day. A wide selection of dishes (meat, fish, vegetarian). Everyone will find something here. The prices are very hospitable, even for the drinks. Keep it up, absolute recommendation. You are also welcome to try the fish, which is offered at super fair prices

Visited spontaneously on Sunday evening and got a table without a reservation. Super friendly service from all employees. Family business. Large selection of food. Everything that Greek cuisine is known to have to offer can be found here. The portions are really big, you'll definitely feel full and everything tastes fresh. The gyros are tender and yet cross-fried, not over-seasoned. Class. The location is clean and well maintained. However, parking spaces directly in front of the house are limited. But you'll definitely find something in the many side streets around the restaurant. Definitely worth a visit, or better yet more than one. Thanks see you next time.

A really great restaurant!! The service and the waiter were absolutely courteous and friendly!! I had fun at work, which was definitely noticeable and very positive! The appetizer platters were incredibly delicious! And the main courses too! Consistently delicious meat and side dishes! Great portions, even if it was sometimes too much but we just took it with us for the next day! Afterwards a great restaurant with outside seating! Dogs are also allowed and very welcome! Well prepared, it doesn't overcrowd your plate and still fills you up. From now on it's definitely my new favorite and I make a detour here every time I'm in Baden-Württemberg! Price/performance ratio is okay. The quality of the ingredients and the preparation is reflected in the price. This Greek restaurant meets all the expectations of a Central European guest. Non-alcoholic drinks have a very fair price, so you can have an affordable dinner here with the whole family.

A Greek restaurant as you wish. Very friendly and approachable service and a pleasantly bright and beautifully furnished guest room. There were three of us and, in addition to tzatziki and pita, we also had the Florinis as a starter. Tzatziki was wonderfully creamy and also had some garlic in it. It's rare enough to get something so tasty. The pita was a bit listless and therefore fell off. The Florinis (grilled red peppers in vinegar-oil with oregano) were very well balanced and were excellent. The gyros are grilled almost perfectly here with crispy and juicy parts and a nice, intense seasoning. Bifteki, souvlaki and liver were also beyond reproach. The liver looked a bit dark, but it was still very tender and tasted very good. Souvlaiki and bifteki were also pleasing. The fries were also good. Pastito was something new for us in such a kitchen and my wife liked it. A really good Greek among many average ones here in Backnang, because we will definitely visit again soon. Only the parking situation can be considered a bit sporty at peak times. And making a reservation wouldn't be a mistake either.

Food was tasty, portions were large, came to the table quickly and hot. Our special requests were taken into account, the staff was very friendly, accommodating and in a good mood. We particularly liked the corresponding selection of vegetarian and vegan options, as other Greek restaurants can sometimes be meager or limited to side dishes. The eggplant ragout was very tasty. The ambience is nice, a nice mix of Greek elements and modernity. I found it refreshing that the music was pleasantly quiet, making it easy to have conversations without raising your voice. If we're in the area again, we'd love to do it again!

Durchschnittlich, aber gutes griechisches essen. Leider ist das Gyros nicht wirklich kross. Dafür kann man den großen Grillteller und das Bifteki sehr empfehlen.

Das Essen ist sehr gut,und sehr schmackhaft.. Und es ist immer sauber und schön zubereitet.. Ich war nur zwei mal persönlich dort um zu essen,aber ich habe sehr oft was holen lassen.. Und den einen Stern Abzug,gibt es nur weil nicht geliefert wird,sonst ist der Laden Perfekt..

Wer im Umkreis griechisch Essen gehen will muss hier verweilen. Wir waren schon bei einem sehr bekannten Griechen in der Gegend, haben es aber fast schon aufgegeben gute griechische Küche zu finden. Dann haben wir das Anemomylos gefunden. Man wird verwöhnt von der ganzen Familie, erhält einen erstklassigen Service und das Essen könnte nicht besser sein. Deutschlandweit haben wir schon viele Griechen besucht aber bisher kann man mit Sicherheit behaupten: das beste Gyros gibt es bei Anemomylos. Selbstgemachtes Brot wird ebenfalls zu den Speisen dazu gegeben. Einfach nur lecker. Schade finde ich es nur, dass der gemischte Beilagensalat kein griechischer Salat ist. Einfach nur ein Top Restaurant.
