Three waiters stand outside smoking. No greeting, no attempt to attend to the guests. We waited at our table for five minutes, and no one came. Then we left. Service and customer orientation are zero.

Brilliant little (traditional) restaurant, more like a tavern, with "great" staff: friendly, attentive, and always ready with a culinary recommendation. First time there, more by chance, but certainly not the last 👌 Keep it up 👏

A small but fine restaurant. The rustic atmosphere invites you to linger. The food is delicious, and it's a real pleasure to try the many different meze dishes. The staff is friendly and attentive, ordering is straightforward, and the chef knows his craft. The only thing missing is the sound of the sea... Unfortunately, the ouzo, which would have rounded it all off, was missing. And parking is limited. But we can only recommend the tavern and look forward to our next visit.

Authentic Greek food at a fair price. Service was good and extremely helpful. The taste was like being on a Greek island. Here, you can feel like you're on vacation while eating.

An insider tip for dining in a pleasant atmosphere. It's best to start with the mixed appetizer platter and choose from a delicious creamy main course. This is then rounded off with a selection of one of the many meat cuts and a variety of side dishes. The cheese croquettes and baked zucchini sticks were particularly surprisingly good.

We have always been satisfied and the food has always been delicious. Unfortunately, the appetizer platter was already dried out everywhere today and when we complained that the sheep's cheese cream had been dumped and didn't taste like it usually did, they wanted to tell us that everything was fine. At the end we had to pay the entire amount for a record that had been sampled to a small extent. Alternatively, the sheep's cheese cream could have been scraped from the plate and replaced. The plate from the next table looked completely fresh. Meat and fish were ok. Unfortunately we won't be coming anymore.

The fish was even very good. There was a little lack of choice in the range of non-alcoholic drinks. Service - could have been the fastest, most responsive, but if you missed it, you didn't have to wait long :)

After we had mastered the obstacle course at the roundabout on Aspacher Straße, we were assigned our table. The menu was unusual but clear. After reading into the ordering system, we were able to place a plausible order. The drinks and food came quite quickly. It was extremely tasty. We recommend.

Very cozy restaurant with friendly and fast service. There are both Greek tapas and main courses. Everything was very creative and super tasty. Very good wine selection. The prices for food are quite high. Personally, it was almost a little too tight for me, but as already mentioned, it was comfortable. ;-) What really bothered me, however, was that people were smoking in the semi-open outdoor area. This really drew attention to us at the table while we were eating and was really unpleasant.

The menu offers a wonderful selection of traditional dishes and every dish we tried was fresh and homemade. The service was attentive and friendly, which completed the entire experience. I was there for the first time today. I'm excited. It was very, very tasty. 6 stars would be appropriate here!

Our visit was very sobering. We wanted to try it out but it wasn't really tasty for my taste. Coleslaw 6.50 and tasted like it came out of a jar. It's a shame to pay such a price. The appetizer plate wasn't a burner either. Unfortunately, I know it much better. About the dishes You could only choose fries because there was nothing else, no rice. For me, the price-performance ratio there isn't right at all and I won't visit this restaurant again.

What you should know: The name says it all 🙂 Meze describes a special way of serving small dishes (like Spanish tapas). You order lots of small portions and eat everything together. Brilliant concept to be able to try everything. We will be back!

Isn't there a 10 star? The kitchen deserves it. Service very friendly and attentive, ambience simple but very cozy. Cleanliness in the toilets leaves room for improvement. But every evening there so far has been a success and always a pleasure.

We are a regular at Jamas. Unfortunately, this time we found that it was very loud and cramped. The tables in the TV area are now set up a little differently. There are mainly two tables and unfortunately you almost sit on your neighbor's lap. I think they are The rooms are now simply too small for the high demand from guests. The food is still very good. What's unfortunate is that the service is a little slower. You used to get cake at the house's expense, but unfortunately that's no longer available. Unfortunately, the bedside bar table got an "ouzo". Service should contribute a little more for the guests here.

The service is friendly and the food is good. The restaurant itself is very crowded. Little success without a reservation. Unfortunately the parking situation is very bad.

Bei der Atmosphäre des Lokals fühlt sich sofort wie im Urlaub in Griechenland. Etwas anders und rustikal, sehr gemütlich. Tolle Auswahl an vielen Speisen, die sich nach jedem Geschmack kombinieren lassen. Ähnlich wie wenn man Tapas beim Spanier ißt, nur eben griechisch. Liebenswürdiger Wirt und freundliches Personal.

The food was delicious, in my opinion it could have been a little warmer - but definitely okay for southern cuisine. There are many individual dishes on the menu that you can put together individually. I liked that very much. In general, when I put it together, I have the impression that the final price is higher than if I compare it with my “standard Greeks”. The ambience itself is very rustic, which I also like, even though the seating is very tight due to the lack of space - I do find the smoking area at the end to be a drawback - you inevitably have to open and close doors when serving and that means the air is in the room Non-smoking area not very good.

Wenn man gemütlich griechische Speisen zu sich nehmen möchte, ist man hier genau richtig. Man kann wählen aus vielen kleinen Gerichten und sich somit eine eigene Speisenplatte generieren. Preislich denke ich unschlagbar.!! Somit eine 100%ige Weiterempfehlung von mir.

If you want to eat Greek food in a cozy atmosphere, this is the right place for you. You can choose from many small dishes and create your own plate of food. In terms of price I think it's unbeatable.!! So a 100% recommendation from me.

We've been meaning to go to Jamas for a long time - we love Greek food and Greece in general. It finally worked and we were really excited! Finally not the typical grill plate, but “a bit of everything”. We'll definitely go back soon - we can absolutely recommend Jamas!

We got the tip from a friend. Finding the restaurant on your own is rather unlikely. As much as the external facade is deceptive, the inside is all the more comfortable. Great atmosphere, small but nice. The waitresses were very friendly and incredibly hard working. The food was of the finest quality. Really authentic, if I can say that after 6 vacations in Greece. We will be back.

It's still an insider tip but very worth it.

My wife and I went for a stroll in Backnang yesterday afternoon/evening and spontaneously looked where there was a good restaurant nearby. Because of the good Google reviews of Jamas, we called there and asked for a table. The resident Pavlos offered us the opportunity to come over immediately. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very cozy and rustic - we really liked that. Then there was the waiter Makis and a young waitress - both were so friendly and polite. During the evening we also met Pavlos, the owner. Also an extremely likeable guy who bought us dessert at the end. But now to the most important thing: The food was extremely tasty and fresh. Since my wife and I also come from Greece, we appreciate the good quality of Greek cuisine. You can tell that everything is prepared with fresh Greek products. And the prices are absolutely reasonable for this quality. On the way home we both said in the car that this restaurant deserves a straight A.0 in school grades. Everything was fine. Lange Wartezeit auf das Essen,!

Waren zu 6 das erste Mal im Jamas. Das Zusammenstellen der eigenen Gerichte hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Speisen kamen nach und nach an den Tisch. Sehr freundlich der Vater des Inhabers und Kochs, der die Gäste sehr aufmerksam bediente. Es ist zwar ein kleines Lokal und deshalb sehr gemütlich. Preislich etwas teurer aber Qualität hat seinen Preis. Essen sehr lecker und gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

So was Leckeres. Griechisch essen nach Tapas Art. Ein Spießchen, ein Fischchen, Tsatsiki, Pita, Feta,…Klasse.

Klein aber fein mit leckerem Essen und netter Bedienung durch den Chef selbst. Das Gericht wird Stück für Stück selbst zusammengestellt und fällt dadurch beim ersten Besuch etwas zu reichlich aus. Da wir aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, machen wir es beim nächsten Mal besser.

Gutes Essen mit einem lustigen Wirt

Wenn das Essen nicht so gut wäre, würden wir nicht mehr kommen. Bedienung (älterer Mann) absolut unfähig für diesen Job. Unfreundlich, arrogant und lustlos bzw genervt. Der Eindruck wurde uns jedenfalls vermittelt - öfter. Sehr schade !

Sehr leckeres griechisches Essen , entspannte Atmosphäre und wirklich einen Besuch wert. Reservierung ist von Vorteil da es immer zu Recht sehr gut besucht ist.

Der Besitzer liebt seinen Job und das merkt man an jeder Ecke. Essen ist mega lecker. Es sind auch die kleinen Dinge an denen man sieht/schmeckt dass den Betreibern gute Zutaten wichtig sind...z.B. die Oliven und Pepperoni im griechischen Salat..gute Oliven hat nicht jedes Restaurant! Der Inhaber hat uns erzählt, dass nur die Pomes frittiert werden alles andere wird in Pfanne oder auf Grill gebraten. Alles wird erst nach Bestellung frisch zubereitet. Reservierungen sind jeden Tag notwendig, da recht klein und immer voll.

Zufällig entdeckt und wir sind begeistert! .. man kann ganz hervorragende griechische Küche in kleineren Portionen bestellen, quasi wie "Tapas" .. so kommt man in den Genuss, vieles einfach mal probieren zu können, was man sonst eher nicht bestellen würde. Und man verpasst etwas, wenn man es nicht tut! Feta im Tontopf ist z.B. der Knaller. Super Service, sehr gemütlich. Aber man sollte vorab reservieren; ist sehr gut besucht und war voll und das an einem Dienstagabend. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Die Qualität des Essens und das Ambiente sind sehr gut. Sehr freundlicher Service. Das Zusamenstellen der Meze ist eine willkommene Abwechslung zum üblichen Tellergericht.

Ganz nettes, kleines griechisches Restaurant /Taverne. Man bestellt in kleinen Portionen (Meze), somit kann man sehr viele verschiedene Speisen testen und kombinieren. Es war sehr lecker 😋
