Everything was perfect :) Great service, good meat. Expensive wine :) And finally, the cognac.

We came on a recommendation, a 1.5-hour drive, and every kilometer was worth it. A cozy restaurant, excellent dishes (a must for steak lovers), friendly and attentive staff, and the price/performance ratio is also right. We'll gladly come back.

I always enjoy coming here. The steak is always cooked to perfection, and the side dishes are delicious. The service is excellent. They readily accommodate good recommendations and requests (e.g., adding extra cheese to the mashed potatoes). Reading the menu by candlelight is a bit tricky, but smartphones have built-in flashlights. They have a very large wine selection, and the range of spirits is surprisingly extensive as well. My recommendation is the Bankers Filet, medium-rare, with grilled vegetables.

Give your car keys to the waiter. He'll park your car for you. The restaurant is only lit by candles 🕯️. How romantic! The meat 🥩 is brought out for you to choose from, explained to you. I ordered it medium-rare, but it was still a bit overcooked. I'd recommend medium-well.

Everything we ate was top-notch. I particularly appreciate the waiters, who do their job with the utmost dedication. It's great to see that such a place still exists.

It's okay if you have too much money.

The food is fine, the only disappointment was the pouring of the wine and water. The wine, €89.00 per bottle, was poured by the waiter as if it were a child, not with love but with a mess and a rush. It's a shame he should take a course.

The service attitude of male waiters in the restaurant is extremely mean: when customers order, the two waiters will whisper to each other; they refuse to recommend red wine based on customers' preferences; they do not pour wine for the customers, and they charge a mandatory service fee of at least 7%. 2. The price and quality of the meat do not match; for 130 euros per person, there are many better options available in Düsseldorf.

Most Steakhouses in Germany are quite disappointing. But not this one. The steaks were absolutely exquisite.

The service is friendly and competent. The steaks are exceptionally high quality, and the side dishes and desserts are also very good. The red wine selection is very extensive and offers something for every budget. The ambiance creates an intimate atmosphere, but is so dark that it's not easy to read the menu.

A premium steakhouse: The meat is of the highest quality (including Kobe!) and is offered in every imaginable cut (which even overlap the usual sizes). The wines on offer are also first-class. I would deduct a little for the ambiance, as the seating is very close together (at long tables placed close together). On the other hand, the guests here know how to behave and speak quietly to one another, so that despite everything, you can still have a good, confidential conversation. The service deserves special praise: fast, polite, and very attentive. Our bill was missing wine, but we didn't notice until we got home. When I called to ask for a bank account to pay, they waived the amount.

Staff for so rude told me if I didn’t like it I should leave one particular lady peoples person cost €330 for my food. I was here again with business friends. It's always been a great evening. On my past visits, I've always enjoyed the hot plates where the meat could continue cooking. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time, otherwise the food would have earned four points. But overall, four stars is a good overall result. I'd be happy to return.

For several years now, the Classic Western has been the place where we celebrate special occasions as a couple. You can enjoy a cozy atmosphere and a large selection of high-quality steaks. The meat quality is first class, perfectly matured and cooked to perfection. The staff is attentive, and valet parking makes the visit even more pleasant. If you want to surprise someone on their birthday, you can rely on the team Clear recommendation for all steak lovers who appreciate good food and a great atmosphere!

Honestly, dear people, it's not even worth one star... I'm amazed how someone can behave so rudely. We were there with 2 dogs and she wanted €20 for each dog that only drank a small bowl of water. They also called the dogs cats. I absolutely cannot recommend this shop, we waited 2 hours for the food, an absolute disgrace and unexcusable. The food wasn't particularly good either. At the end the service asked for a €60 tip, which was an absolute disgrace. Please don't go to this store. This is a rip off shop... We will NEVER enter this store again, I'd rather starve...

Also, ich muss zugeben das wir uns spät überlegt haben an Silvester essen zu gehen. Waren aber echt happy das dieses steakhouse noch platz hatte. Volle Vorfreude Abend um 22.00 Uhr noch ein Tisch bekommen. Wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen, und die Getränke würden aufgenommen. Direkt danach kam die Speisekarte, und der Kellner der sagte, sie müssen jetzt ihre Bestellung abgeben, da die Küche um 22.30 schließt. Davon würde uns am Telefon aber nichts mitgeteilt. Kaum die Vorspeise gegessen, gab es keine Zeit das Essen etwas #sacken# zu lassen, da direkt die Hauptspeise kam. Nachtisch war somit nicht mehr möglich, da die Küche zu hatte. Nach diskutieren war denn der nette Kellner bereit uns noch ein improvisierten Nachtisch zu, zubereiten. Uns würde schon mitgeteilt während wir die Hauptspeise am Essen waren, wir das Lokal bald verlassen sollten, und im anderen Lokal reef and beef eine Party sein würde. Ich fand es absolut nicht gut, das wir nicht in Ruhe essen konnten aber schnell ABGEFERTIGT würden. Muss aber absolut noch mal erwähnen, dass, das Personal aber stets sehr freundlich war. Hier finde ich das an einem Silvester Abend bei der Tisch Reservierung der Kunde informiert werden MUSS, das Mann schnell abgefertigt wird, und somit der Kunde entscheiden kann ob er das möchte oder nicht

Ein besonderes Erlebnis – sehr zu empfehlen! The Classic Western Steakhouse in Düsseldorf ist wirklich ein Besuch wert. Die Steaks sind absolut erstklassig, und auch wenn die Preise etwas höher sind, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gerechtfertigt – es lohnt sich definitiv. Der Service ist hervorragend, und alle Wünsche werden erfüllt. Wir haben den Geburtstag meines Freundes dort gefeiert, und das Personal hat sich unglaublich viel Mühe gegeben. Es gab einen extra Nachtisch, das gesamte Restaurant hat gesungen, und die Atmosphäre war einfach fantastisch. Das Einzige, was man anmerken könnte, ist, dass es recht eng ist. Trotzdem schafft das eine gemütliche und familiäre Atmosphäre, die den Besuch besonders macht.

Unfortunately we left the steakhouse very disappointed. We were there on my father's birthday. I wanted my meat medium rare and got it done. My father choked on his piece of meat right from the start. So much so that an ambulance had to come. He was picked up and taken to the hospital. Of course we all stopped eating immediately. We paid the full bill. I would have wished that in a case like this where a person has to go to the hospital and leaves the food behind, maybe the food from the person who is taken to the hospital goes on the house or a voucher or something so that they would like to come back for better ones to gain experience there. For God's sake it's not about the money for us, but the prices there are quite impressive and we and three people basically left everything behind because of the incident. It didn't seem like we were being taken care of much. Otherwise the atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant. We still won't come back because it just has a bitter aftertaste now. Let's say we had starters, 2 bottles of wine and a dish each for over 35 euros.

A good friend of mine always says: “You get what you pay”. Here you can certainly eat one of the most expensive steaks of your life, but the ambience, service and quality of the meat are beyond any doubt (even for Centurion Card holders). Tip: Use the valet parking service (I didn't know about its existence when I first visited) or show up at least 30 minutes before the reservation. The parking situation, like everywhere in Düsseldorf, is terrible!
