Nice food. Ambience was great. chicken tikka items were nice.dal suppe mixed platter sangam special ,fish curry biriyani fantasic was average,Staff Mr. ali , usman ,vinot chef sanjay caring me every were great Drinks mango lassi were good. Loved both All main dishes were good but i wish they were Spicer. Overall, value for money its the best Indian authentic food restaurant in Nuremburg WOW that was one great meal.....will I be back, well, thanks

Everyone is very unfriendly and if you throw something down you are watched the whole time. It was mediocre for the price. The portions were way too big. The light in the men's room flickers.

This restaurant takes Indian cuisine to the highest level with outstanding authentic flavours, beautifully prepared and presented with very professional service. It was a real surprise to find such a high quality Indian 🇮🇳 restaurant in Nuremberg and for the price it was outstanding. The portion sizes are huge, take care not to over order! We needed a “doggy bag” 😂

I went there on recommendation of a friend and was rather disappointed, especially by the service. The waiter who took our order was really unfriendly, had literally no recommendation for us, and was 'in a rush'(apparently there was a rush so we should order anything, fast) . Had to ask for his manager (to which he replied - "everyone here is a manager"!). The other guy who came in happended to be nice and apologized for his behavior, but our mood was already dampened. Anyways, we ordered Palak paneer, Mix vegetable jhalfrezi and naan. The food was okayish, I had better in other cities for sure. They served onions alongside our order, which was particularly nice as I haven't seen many restaurants doing that. Prices were certainly on the higher side.

If you want to try really good Indian cuisine, this is the place for you. Almost all dishes are only made spicy upon request, adapted to European tolerance of spiciness. But if you take it seriously, you should fasten your seatbelt, it's going to be bad. Anything that was too much was packed away and the toilets were also clean. My personal highlight was lassy with mango as a drink. Gladly again!

One of the worst Indian restaurants I have ever eaten in

I liked the food, but I didn't know what to expect... Because just a few minutes after my visit I had to throw up for the first time. It turns out I had food poisoning after my visit and had vomiting diarrhea the whole night :( unfortunately I haven't been able to eat Indian food anymore due to this negative experience.

Absolutely authentic Indian restaurant. We had pani puri as a starter and veg as the main course. Thali and veg. Tandoori. The crowning finale was a chai with milk. The food was really extremely tasty. The staff polite and friendly. The only point of criticism I could make (but not of value!): The dishes were all a bit too "flaky" for me personally. Here I missed the Indian “spiciness” a little. But the taste is absolutely great.

Really good vindaloo, not super strong though. Don't like how they burdust ask for tips.

I frequently visit this restaurant with my family and friends. The restaurant is beautiful and reflects a rich culture. The staff is always friendly, even when there is a lot to do and they are under stress. Special requests from guests are gladly taken into account. The food is freshly prepared and extremely tasty. I've never had a stomach ache after eating, which speaks for the cleanliness of the kitchen. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I had the lamb Buhno, it was very tasty.

Centrally located at the train station. You can't miss it on the way to the city center. There is a very large selection of food. Everything tasted very good. The service could be a little more present.

Great place for North-Indian food in Erlangen. This is one of the longest serving Indian restaurant in the vicinity. Maintains decent quality and consistent taste. Multiple other restaurant in the area from the same owner provides good alternate options for Indian food. The location is good and place is always buzzing with people.

Well located restaurant at the main train station. Greeted politely and personably when entering the restaurant. Neat and clean. Really very good food. Were there spontaneously. Keep it up.

The starters were lovely. They did an incredible job with the dal (nice smoked flavour) and pakoras but the vindaloo curry was very (too) runny. It was lovely and nicely spiced but it was very thin, definitely missing creaminess. I still liked the food but I was so impressed by the starters, I was somehow expecting an incredibly tasty curry. Staff was very courteous and served our party very well too. I’d still recommend a visit of your fancy some Indian while in Nuremberg.

Directly opposite the main train station, a great location, and it was therefore full! Restaurant was full but unfortunately only 2 staff at the service :( Service okay, we took a lot of time. Food was also okay, dishes are German, so I didn't think it was authentic. Tandoori Lollipop was delicious!

Delicious food - huge selection and great service/advice

So we had to wait for our food first even though it was hardly busy... the people behind us came half an hour later and got their food earlier. The food was really delicious but they were very stingy with the sauces so that there was mostly rice and no more sauce. Therefore 1 point deducted. Overall, the restaurant is very nicely designed.

The food is really exceptionally good! The service staff is friendly and will give you good advice. The ambience is clean, but lacks originality. Otherwise highly recommended 😃

I went to Sangam for dinner today. It was simply delicious and a wonderful evening. I enjoyed it very much. I was particularly pleased with the friendly and courteous service. Really delicious food and quick service. Deduction for the ambience because of the toilets: crooked toilet seats and after a short time the lights went out. Due to the motion detector, it only started again after leaving the toilet cubicle. Not nice 😠

I Must say without thinking twice that this is the best Indian restaurant in Germany. Food was of top quality and extremely authentic. Service and ambience at their best . Would love to visit this place again.

In my opinion the best Indian restaurant in the area for years. The service used to be the only drawback; the staff was often unfriendly/arrogant. At some point the taste of the food (for me personally) deteriorated significantly. The food is now almost even better than it used to be and the service is consistently friendly! Overall a nice atmosphere. So I'm happy to visit sangam regularly again and can absolutely recommend it to everyone!

Food okay, the price is a bit too high because it is cooked with pastes. Addendum to owner comment: Of course, a lot of things have become more expensive, but prices don't correspond to the quality and quantity, as well as the location ;) Traditional Indian cuisine doesn't use plasticizers or thicken as much. :-) and a Bathura for 5+Euros which costs around 50-70 cents to buy :) is definitely too high. There are enough better Indian restaurants that do it better! ;)

Wir waren am Silvesterabend dort, der Laden brechend voll, trotzdem waren die Wartezeiten nicht sehr lang und die verschiedenen Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich. Service scheint zu funktionieren. Das Essen, lecker. Für meinen Geschmack, aber zu sehr eingedeutscht. Das Ambiente prunkvoll und angenehm.

Seit Jahren sehr leckeres Indisches Essen. Durch die Karte weg kann ich jedes Essen empfehlen, außer die Salate. Hier war das Dressing leider nicht gut.

Total freundliche Mitarbeiter, super leckeres Essen und eine gemütliche Ambiente. Ich komme immer wieder gerne! Top☺️

Unterm Strich nur noch durchschnittlich, es gibt meiner Meinung nach mittlerweile bessere indische Restaurants in der Nähe. Im Vergleich zu Besuchen in früheren Jahren waren wir nun enttäuscht. Der Reihe nach: Das Ambiente ist durchaus ansprechend, gemütlich und ausgefallen. So findest sich im Eingangsbereich ein großes Aquarium, die Tische sind gut und mit ausreichend Platz angeordnet. Der Service war bei unserem Besuch verhalten, freundlich zwar, doch ohne Leidenschaft und größere Bemühungen. Das Essen ist qualitativ in Ordnung, die Portionen sind leider klein, womöglich zu klein um annähernd satt zu werden. Auch wird keine kostenlose kleine Vorspeise gereicht ebenso vermissten wir einen Digestif nach dem Essen um den Besuch ansprechend zu beenden. Als Fazit verbleiben daher drei Sterne, mein Wunsch wäre ein wesentlich bemühterer Service sowie wie in anderen indischen Restaurants ein kleiner kostenloser Gruß aus der Küche.

Sehr schönes Restaurant in tollem Ambiente. Essen war sehr lecker und ist auch für gute Esser ausreichend. Chole Bathure kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Very authentic Indian food, do try different starters and Bhuna chicken

Wir haben verschiedene Curry Gerichte bestellt und fanden sie alle sehr lecker. Die Portionsgrößen waren gut. Auch an vegetarischen Gerichten gab es eine gute Auswahl. Zudem wird eine große Schüssel Reis serviert. Auch das Naan fanden wir köstlich!

Ich war das erste Mal da(am 13.12.23) bzw. überhaupt das erste Mal indisch essen. Es war ein mega Geschmackserlebnis! Meine Kollegen und ich wurden auf unserer Weihnachtsfeier superfreundlich bedient und es wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Es war ein toller Abend!
