Ganesha in Nürnberg

I don’t know if the curry should be sweet, but it was too sweet to me at the end. But it tastes good. Also, the workers were super nice and kind. However, they had specific aroma smell that I didn’t like.

The staff is familiar with gluten-free and they know it well. I have celiac disease and have been here many times and have never had any problems afterwards. And the food is also very tasty.

Delicious Indian cuisine meets friendly staff and the naan and various sauces are very tasty. It's worth trying the menu here. The restaurant is usually busy so it's worth making a reservation. Especially on weekends.

I am from India. Hence, my review for this restaurant is based on the authentic taste of Indian food. Food is ok, I will not say this is the best but maybe one of the good you can have in Nuremberg. Must try is "Mango lassi". Service is horrible. The waiter mocked us, making us very uncomfortable and difficult to understand and place order. He missed our order. Restaurant ambiance is good.

The naan was delicious. Dal Makhani unfortunately inedible. The consistency is similar to a soup, the lentils are too hard and the taste is very bland. Unfortunately one of the worst Indian restaurants I have visited. Would advise against eating here and won't come again.

I come to collet my order but not reply worth it . The taste of the food is not so good. They grill chicken and put it in a sauce, which is not the way you make tikkamassala. Also, I ask for cutlery, which is confirmed they put it in but was not in. And atmosfeer not so great, so better try somewhere else.

We ate here and loved our evening. The staff is fantastic - friendly, diligent, and helpful. Between our group we had the Butter Chicken, Chicken Korma and Chicken Jalfrezi. All were excellent and flavorful with big pieces of chicken. Prices were reasonable at about €16-€18 euros per dish, including rice. The owner even gave us a free mango shot after our meal! We will return when back in Nürmberg!!

We came here for after dinner dessert and chai tea. The masala chai was delicious and so was the Gulab Jamun. The matka Kulfi ice cream was great as well.

Prices reasonable. Top location, with a ground-level terrace, near the Fleischerbrücke, we will definitely be back!!!!

Best Chicken Korma I’ve ever had! The service, atmosphere and food were fantastic. As an added bonus, our server spoke perfect English, and was great with our kids. We immediately felt welcome, and were delighted at the affordability and short wait time.

Great spot to wind down a day of exploring. The ginger lemonade was great as was the papadum. We shared chili paneer and dal; both were delicious. The outdoor seating was quiet and relaxing. Definitely a must if you enjoy Indian cuisine.

The double spice level in vandaloo and jalfrezi chicken were great, with pepper on the dish if you'd like more heat. Butter chicken enjoyed by the teenager Attentive and friendly staff. Nice portions and not high-salt dishes. Naan also tasty. Highly recommended .

Delicious food here. The lychee drinks were especially tasty. If you have the opportunity to eat here, just try it. There were also a lot of Dutch people there.

Super delicious Indian food. Based on a recommendation, we spontaneously reserved a table on Friday evening and were not disappointed. The service is attentive, the food is very tasty. You can't go wrong here. For anyone who likes Indian food or would like to try it, I can only recommend Ganesha! I had duck/mango and my husband had duck/butter really very good! 👍🏻 We will come again.

Very good lamb nilgri , ok butter chicken. DON T BUY kulfi phistachio! Just plain icecream that you could buy from any supermarket, you could feel the ice needle in it, absolutly no indian flavour that this receipe is famous for and deffinetly no creamy texture. Very dissapointed.

Delicious. The homemade lemonades are refreshing fruit bombs. Was very good here.

Absolute failure! I've never had such a bad Indian meal before, but it started with the drinks. The fact that you can do so much wrong is almost admirable. The soda was overly sweet, the Aperol consisted only of Aperol. But the food was just incredibly bad. We had butter chicken, dry chicken and extremely sweet sauce. Mango duck, the meat was inedible, hard, dried out and dry. We would advise against a visit!!

Today I went to the restaurant with my family for the first time. It was really very good restaurant with authentic Indian food. Service was also very friendly. The boss gave us personal advice. Gladly again.

Delicious food, ordered #145, lamb with lentils and mild curry sauce and an order of Naan bread. Clean, authentic atmosphere. Clean bathrooms. Quick and hospitable service.

It was OK. Solid Indian dishes, but not a highlight for us. The salad that comes with lunch was quite simple (even for a lunch menu) and with very little dressing. Reasonably priced for lunch.

Really bad experience at Ganesha Nuremberg! The food doesn’t taste authentic at all!! The dal makhani had so much ginger that I could have used that amount of ginger for a month long supply! Worse, I went with a couple of colleagues and was so disappointed with the quality of indian food that was served! Such a let down representing a country that is so rich when it comes to food! Do yourself a favor and do not visit this place!!!

As always, the service and food were very good. In the event of complaints, action is taken immediately and in a very binding and friendly manner. Things may not be 100% anywhere, but the reaction to it is crucial. And they are always extremely customer-friendly there. This time my tea order was mixed up, but what the heck, 2 minutes later the right person was there with 100 apologies. Everything was fine, so always happy to come back. Despite the increase, the prices are still humane, like everywhere else.

The food is delicious, unfortunately the prices have increased so that proportionality is no longer guaranteed. The restaurant is very well attended because of the tasty food, too good for my taste, the tables for four give the guest relatively little room to maneuver, so you quickly run away after eating, which is probably intentional, I personally think it's a bit of a shame.

Wonderful restaurant - great service and my Palak Paneer was to die for!! I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!

Gutes Essen, schnelle Bedienung und angemessene Preise

Wir waren als große Gruppe von 15 Personen in dem Restaurant. Wir waren so 20:30 Uhr angekommen und das Restaurant war nicht so voll. Das Essen war sehr gut. Vereinzelt war der Fall, dass das Gericht etwas salziger war. Ich hatte das Chicken Mango und fand es sehr lecker. Das Gericht wurde in einem kleinen süßem Topf serviert. Zudem hatte ich auch das Ganesha Special und fand es etwas zu süß, aber gestört hat es nicht. Kann ich empfehlen
