It was my first time eating Indian food. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back and would say it's the best Indian restaurant in Nuremberg :)

Friendly and attentive staff in a pleasant atmosphere. The appetizers, Chicken Pakora and Mixed Vegetable Pakora, as well as the main courses, Bunna Gosht and Murgh Mandras, were served quickly and were very flavorful.

The food is best I have had in Germany. The place is very clean and hygienic. I love the decor. The staff is extremely polite and very friendly. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to try good Indian food. We had samosa chat that was really tasty and the starters and main course was equally delicious. I will recommend having the laccha paratha.

Late lunch there, the restaurant was quite empty. There were only 2-3 customers so it was really calm. We were promptly welcomed upon our arrival and sat down. We already knew what we wanted to have and food was served fairly quickly, within 15 minutes after arriving. We had lamb curry, fish curry, samosas and a few drinks for €33 which we thoughts was reasonable. I’d recommend

A very nice restaurant. The decor is very chic and modern, and there's plenty of room for many guests. The servers are all very friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious! There's a huge selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes, but there's also plenty for those who prefer meat! Plus, all the food is relatively inexpensive (especially the lunch menu).

I have to say, this is probably the best Indian restaurant in Nuremberg. First, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, and then the food, especially the tandoori grill, was fantastic and highly recommended.

We spontaneously stopped by Panjabi Shaan today, in the middle of a rainstorm. Many restaurants were already closed, so we spontaneously got a seat there and were immediately welcomed warmly. We were able to warm up nicely, and the atmosphere was very cozy. The food came relatively quickly, and it was the best butter chicken I've had in a long time. The taste was truly top-notch, and the price-performance ratio is really great, too. We'd love to come back. More often from now on, and not just by chance! :-)

I went there during my lunch break (11:30) for chicken tikka masala, and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious. It was my second time there, but it was truly delicious. And then there's the price. I'm really surprised by the price (€9.50). The atmosphere was also really cool. Keep it up. 😃😃😃

As soon as we walked in, there was a really nice, cozy atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. Every dish we tried was a flavor explosion, beautifully presented and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The highlight of the evening was the Paneer Tikka Masala, and the Jalfrezi was simply amazing! The portions were generous, and the prices are more than reasonable for the quality. Whether it's a romantic evening for two, a family dinner, or just a fun evening, the place delivers across the board. I can hardly wait to come back and try more of the menu!

Great food! Authentic taste and super friendly staff

Our first encounter with Panjabi Shaan was unfortunately very negative. Despite a clearly posted "No Solicitation" sign on our mailbox, we found an advertising flyer for the restaurant inside. This behavior is not only annoying, but also shows a clear disregard for our wishes. It raises the question of how diligent the restaurant generally is when its marketing is handled so unprofessionally. A business that disregards the privacy of its potential customers like this has left a bad impression from the very beginning. We would like to emphasize that this is not a review of the food, as this experience has put us off any desire to visit Panjabi Shaan at all. This criticism refers purely to the questionable marketing behavior, which should be understood as a permissible expression of opinion about a real event. A positive start definitely looks different.

I ordered delivery today. The food came earlier than agreed, but OK. The food tasted good. The lamb in the Rogan Josh was tender and delicious. The voucher given on the website did not work. Unfortunately, my request to find an alternative solution was not responded to at all.

Today we were guests at Panjabi Shaan. Since I grew up in South Africa and Indian food is normal for me, I have to give Panjabi Shaan a big compliment. Of the many Indian restaurants I've visited, this was the best so far! We had the mixed starter plate with meat, chilli naan, ginger naan, butter duck and murgh madras. The food was excellent, I recommend a lassi with Murgh Madras. The food was very authentic and we were lucky that it was an Indian birthday, so the musical background was also very Indian. The decoration is very tasteful and the prices are more than reasonable... I can highly recommend this restaurant and would be happy to come back myself. Thank you for a lovely evening!

A really nice restaurant with excellent cuisine. Beef and pork are not offered, but lamb, poultry and fish are available. The selection of vegetarian dishes is particularly noteworthy. Hopefully the restaurant will survive the "eternal construction site" on Bayreuther Straße, because this is pushing the restaurant into the background!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant. The chicken was tough and undercooked. I suspect it should have been cooked at least 30 minutes longer. The rice was dry and tasted like it was from the day before. And the chicken soup was extremely salty."

We order here often and have eaten there once. It's really hot every time it arrives, which is great. And the food is incredibly delicious. They're already big portions. There is a large selection, especially for vegetarians and vegans. :)

Calculation of order does not work with specified voucher code. Delivery man forgets change. No response to three criticisms. Since I can't respond to the answer, here again I wrote 3 emails and didn't get a response to any of them!!!!! This is not customer-friendly behavior!

Main course was really good but Gulab Jamun had some strange taste of onions or whatever. Couldn’t eat it at all.

We were there for the first time and were thrilled. The ambience is what you would imagine in an Indian restaurant. It was very quiet and not hectic. The service is OK. A little too reserved. Not inattentive, but reserved. Now for the most important thing, the food. The food is really tasty and sufficient. We had a starter plate and a main course. In the end, I didn't need the starter because of the quantity. We'll be back!

Stunning dinner! We had a quick stop on 22/2/25 to have dinner. We had an amazing garlic and ginger soup and then main we had Murgh Madras (Tender chicken in hot tomato-coconut-ginger sauce) never had either before and both were stunning! Great service too, thank you.

Nicely decorated restaurant. Food was average. Unfortunately, the waiters were very slow and didn't notice or want to notice us despite waving and calling. There were no questions and we had to wait 40 minutes for a second drink.

The presentation and quality of dessert was also up to the mark. The only scope of improvement is from the speciality served from tandoor. Panjabi Shaan, came in here spontaneously. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Very colorful and a great design with the bar in the middle. The service was friendly, but seemed a bit reserved. Get a seat straight away, even without a reservation. The restaurant was quite empty, only 2 people next to me. The menu is huge and you don't know what to choose at first. Mango lassi was not available so that was pointed out. I particularly liked the sub-dish number 8 on the menu. The main course was, firstly, too much rice for me, so a mountain of rice and a smaller pot of meat and sauce, which was really very spicy. The situation here isn't quite right; more meat would be appropriate compared to the mountain of rice. The restaurant itself is recommended and you can definitely try out the menu here.
