Restaurant Spoerl Fabrik in Düsseldorf

We were there with our company, and a small room was reserved for us. It was stylishly decorated. The wine selection was excellent, and we received very friendly and ample service throughout the evening. At midnight, we were treated to a round of Prosecco on the house for a colleague's birthday.

Ibrahim is a very friendly host. Excellent cuisine and service. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended

I reserved a table online at the beginning of May for the beginning of June, and one week before the birthday I reserved for, I received a cancellation… three weeks after I made the reservation! What a disgrace! We're definitely not coming back here.

We celebrated our civil wedding at the Spoerl Fabrik on April 25th. The food, ambiance, and service were simply perfect – our every wish was fulfilled immediately! The Spoerl Fabrik is a very special place that we highly recommend to everyone.

We were guests at a wedding party in the Spoerl factory. Around 80 people found space in the inner courtyard to relax. The food was very tasty, the service was very attentive (grazie mille, Guiseppe) and the celebration was a complete success.

Everything was great, I was there with a group. Personally I found it too expensive and the portions too small, but otherwise recommended!

People can have a very good breakfast here. Alone. For two. As a group (i.e. several people). Breakfast is no longer as cheap as people secretly wish it was. Or how it used to be. That was just an early item. Joke.

The ambiance is pleasant. You can generally feel comfortable here and spend a pleasant evening. Depending on which room you're in, however, it can get quite loud, as there's an open kitchen that's cleaned noisily starting around 9:00 p.m. So if you definitely want a quiet seat, you should book a different room. The service was very friendly at first and suited the setting of the venue. We felt well-advised, and the waiter had a decent sense of humor. However, there was at least one mistake in every course, even starting with the aperitif. Either a drink was missing, or one or two plates were noticeably late, or there were mix-ups in the cooking time. However, they responded very accommodatingly, but due to the frequency, it wasn't commensurate with the high standards and prices. As the evening progressed, we were asked for drinks less and less often, and we felt practically ignored. By around 10:00 p.m., there were no staff members in the restaurant. We couldn't order. This isn't particularly appropriate for a restaurant in this price range. The food itself was delicious. Considering the portion sizes shown in the photos, the value for money is certainly something to be debated. It's certainly not unusual. They worked a lot with homemade sauces and fresh ingredients. I really liked that. The sauces were the real highlight. The beef fillet was of rather poor quality. It was partly laced with tendons. The beef fillet on the plate weighed about 75g, which is quite a lot for €36.90. It was served with bell peppers, vegetables, and four treble clams. The wine selection and drinks on offer are good. The prices for drinks are in the upper third. The dessert was excellent. They serve good espresso and coffee. The seating in the main building is a bit uncomfortable and close together. Unfortunately, the entrance and interior are not wheelchair accessible. Everything seems clean. The restrooms are well-maintained. As we saw, the kitchen was thoroughly cleaned. I liked that. So if you choose the right seat and don't want to linger too long after dinner, you can definitely spend a pleasant evening here enjoying delicious food. If you want to stay longer after dinner or want to eat until you're full, you might want to consider another location.

Great little restaurant with good value for money

The Spoerl Fabrik in Düsseldorf is one of my favorite places. As soon as you enter, you immediately feel at home - the stylish ambience creates a relaxed atmosphere. The creative cuisine with high-quality ingredients and the friendly service make every visit special. The terrace is a highlight, especially in summer. A real must!

Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to express my disappointment with my visit to your restaurant. We had received a written reservation confirmation for a Christmas party. However, this was canceled at short notice because a larger group had requested. We were offered alternative seats, which we agreed to, but emphasized that we wanted to sit together as it was a Christmas party. However, on the day of the celebration, we were offered seats outside in a glass box that could only accommodate four people at a time. When we asked for a solution, the waiters responded with ignorance and left us out in the cold, saying, "There's nothing else I can do." This approach not only shows absolutely poor service, but also great inflexibility. It is disappointing that our celebration was ruined due to such circumstances.

Am Wochenende habe ich meinen 50. Geburtstag mit 20 Freundinnen in der Bar gefeiert. Alles war, wie zuvor mit der Eventmanagerin abgesprochen, vorbereitet. Der Service war top: immer präsent aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Location für eine Party sehr gut geeignet. Das Essen sehr lecker. Alles gleichzeitig und warm! Great location, we celebrated office Christmas dinner here. Service was jovial prompt and professional. The food was delicious and served hot on point. It's been a great experience!

First of all, eating here is an experience and the opposite of a snack bar. The waiter did an outstanding job. The food was prepared with a lot of love and was pleasing to the eye and tasted exciting. It should be emphasized that mulled wine was made especially for our Christmas dinner and the waiter ordered a dessert on the house after the main course - for me as someone who eats almost no salt - was too salty in certain places, which was outstanding and that The highlight of the evening was. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for something special.

Unfortunately there is not a single vegan option at breakfast. I think it's no longer relevant in 2024. I adjusted the rating based on the restaurant's response to my review. There are great vegan dishes in the Mediterranean, Asian and Arabic areas, where the dishes come from according to Google Maps. I don't understand why people with vegan friends and family have to make things so difficult with such strange reasons.

In March we had brunch at the Spoerl Fabrik for the first time. The restaurant and bar are located in a beautiful and quiet courtyard on Tußmannstrasse. We ate the fisherman's breakfast, sandwiches and scrambled eggs, and drank chai latte and cappuccino. Everything tasted really good 😃 The prices weren't cheap but they were okay! I deducted a star from the ambience because it quickly gets very loud in the interior when the tables are occupied - which then ends in you having to get louder yourself... And the vicious circle closes 😅 There are parking spaces on Tußmannstrasse, but these have to be paid for dearly. It makes more sense to visit this place using public transport. Update November 2024 We were guests again at the Spoerl Fabrik for a celebration with around 20 guests and we really enjoyed it! This time we were in the bar. It's a great and cozy location where you can have "yourself" if it's booked accordingly... Then the volume is no longer a problem 😄 The staff is super friendly and accommodating! The food was also excellent - all guests enjoyed it very much 😊 The prices were very fair, it's not cheap but not overpriced either. We will come here more often.

Here I really ate one of the best beef fillets. Medium-well was hit perfectly. It was very tender and delicious.

Preparations for the day were uncomplicated and on our day we enjoyed fantastic service. In addition, the food was (as always) delicious. The price-performance ratio is right here. For €26.50 you get a large breakfast for two people. Here you get a normal breakfast. It's not that modern breakfast you get in the brunch shops in Düsseldorf. Here you get a down-to-earth breakfast with bread and salami, ham, cold cuts and scrambled eggs. The waitresses are all very nice.

Great location and the very best team!

Im Innenhof der ehemaligen Fabrik kann man seh gut frühstücken. Das Angebot ist sehr reichhaltig: diverse Eierspeisen, Wurst- und Käsesorten. Verschiedene Brötchen und Tee- sowie Kaffeespezialitäten. Sehr entspanntes nettes Ambiente. Sehr freundlicher service.

Super delicious & sumptuous breakfast!

We went to this restaurant for brunch, but unfortunately, we had to leave because our food was overrun by wasps—around 15 of them. We noticed other people nearby who hadn't ordered yet asking to change tables because of the situation at our table. I understand that controlling wasps might be difficult, but at no point did the staff offer to move us to another table or even replace the food that had been contaminated by the wasps and flies. They could have at least warned us that this might happen, as I imagine we weren't the first ones frustrated by this issue. They could have also offered those food covers (typically used for cakes) to protect our meal. We ended up spending over 40 euros just to eat two slices of bread with eggs because the rest of the meal was ruined.

We held our wedding reception at the Spoerl Fabrik, complete with a big dinner and subsequent party, and we couldn't be happier with how the evening went. From the initial planning, to the concrete implementation, to the entire course of the evening, Lorena, Giuseppe and the entire team were a great help and really did everything to ensure that the evening was the way we wanted it to be. They left nothing to be desired and exceeded all expectations. The level of flexibility, warmth, commitment and hospitality really touched us. All of the guests enjoyed the food; there was really something for everyone. Even when it became clear that the meal would not be able to take place outside in the beautiful outdoor area due to the weather, Lorena and the team showed great initiative and quickly moved the meal, including decorations and seating arrangement 1a, indoors, which was definitely the better option. Once again, a big thank you for that. After all, the bar was the perfect place to celebrate our big day with a proper party. Here too, the implementation was perfect. We would be happy to come back for regular meals at any time and can absolutely recommend the Spoerl Fabrik as a location for special occasions! Thanks!

Very tasty Mediterranean restaurant with friendly service in a unique location. Price performance is okay. The ambience depends very much on the choice of seating - exceptional in the cubes, but a little louder inside.

Since my review, I (selinabrenner.de) have attended a wedding celebration at the Spoerl Fabrik and can only recommend that! The location is ideal for this and a real eye-catcher! :-) We were here for the first but definitely not the last time! Big compliment for the ambience, it looks beautiful there. But the incredibly friendly and attentive service also earned 5 stars. The food was incredibly delicious. Since I eat a vegetarian diet, I didn't have much choice, but I probably wouldn't have made any other choice! 😍 Goat cheese starter, truffle tagliarini main course and chocolate truffle for dessert. In the end I was stuffed and very satisfied!

We recently had breakfast here and were particularly disappointed with the Fischer breakfast. The dressed shrimp had very weak taste and the salmon didn't seem particularly fresh either. Overall, the breakfast was loveless. There were also toasted, but cold, toasts and, despite many good bakers in Düsseldorf, run-of-the-mill rolls. The price-performance ratio was not right. Unfortunately, I had to have this experience at dinner too. Service is friendly and the location is beautiful. Unfortunately for me there is no new attempt. Edit: Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, none of us were able to notice any staining of the salmon (visit on February 18th). The rolls were definitely neither from Hinkel nor from Schüren. The rolls there are well known and tried and tested - there were various regular customers sitting at the table.

Excellent restaurant, the traditional decor does not reflect the beautiful modern food on offer here. The menu is very short but with delicious options. Our choices were amazing, just amazing, enjoyed every mouthful. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The place was not super crowder or noisy, some light background music only perfect for us to chat away over food and wine. I'm definitely coming back.

Die Location ist wirklich außergewöhnlich, deshalb wollte ich hier unbedingt mal essen. Es gibt zwei Bereiche, einen Gastraum in der Nähe der Küche (habe ich nur von außen gesehen und kann deshalb dazu nicht viel sagen) und einen Raum mit Bar. In diesem Raum bekamen wir einen Platz. Außerdem gibt es im Innenhof kleine „Separées“, in denen ich am liebsten gesessen hätte, aber ich denke das ist eher etwas für den Sommer. Die Speisekarte ist sehr übersichtlich, da hätte ich gerne mehr Auswahl gehabt. Die Qualität des Essens war sehr gut. Mein Steak, was ich „Medium“ bestellt hatte, war mir etwas zu roh.

As an Italian abroad you always struggle to find a decent place to eat. Especially in Germany, everything is overpriced or of poor quality. So we just decide to save money at restaurants and spend it in Italy where they have the real food. But yesterday I had to change my mind when I visited the Spoerl factory. It's a very nice restaurant, the food is delicious, but what impressed me was the kindness of the waitress and the owner, who personally served us and stopped by for a chat, as is usually the case in Italy. I will definitely come again.

For me, the rediscovery of the last few weeks. I have known the restaurant since it opened around 25 years ago, and it has always retained its charm, the chilled atmosphere and the quality of the food and drinks. The bar has matured over the years. Here too it just fits. The team is very friendly, the prices are reasonable. I always like to come.

Ein besonderer Ort. Inmitten von 50er Jahre Häusern liegt in einem Hinterhof die alte, liebevoll restaurierte Fabrik. Linker Hand befindet sich im EG eine Bar (der Barkeeper kann es!) und rechter Hand, im EG befindet sich das Restaurant, wo es der Koch kann! Die Speisen würden ich als mediterran, leicht experimentell mit Pfiff und sehr lecker beschrieben. Auch die Weine haben uns gut geschmeckt. Immer wieder einen Besuch Wert auch wenn man eventuell etwas weiter weg parken muss.

Ein aufmerksamer Service und ein sehr zugewandter Chef haben sehr, sehr gute Speisen serviert, ambitioniert, schmackhaft, toll zubereitet und ebenso toll angerichtet! Chapeau für Deine tolle Mannschaftsleistung auf hohem Niveau. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend - mille grazie per una notte magica 😊🇮🇹😍

Waren am Samstag auf einer Geburtstagsfeier location wunderbar Essen toll Bewirtung besser geht nicht kommen gerne wieder

Wir haben Sonntags einen Tisch zum Frühstück reserviert. Die Karte ist nicht zu groß, bietet aber alle Möglichkeiten und man wird definitiv fündig. Es wird auch auf die Herkunft der verwendeten Lebensmittel hingewiesen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Ambiente sehr ansprechend. Wie durften in einem der drei kleinen beheizten und mit Decken bestückten Glashäuser sitzen, von den ebenso besetzten Glashäusern daneben hört man nichts. Preis/Leistung passt! Definitiv empfehlenswert.

Ich war mittags hier und alles war wirklich super! Eine sehr freundliche Kellnerin, das Essen kam sehr zügig und wir saßen sehr gemütlich im Glashäuschen. Die Portion war überschaubar, aber für mich perfekt. Für einen ausgewachsenen Mann evtl zu wenig. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Giuseppe war ein Profi durch und durch! Seine Kolleginnen könnten noch ein bisschen aufmerksamer sein aber sie waren immer sehr nett. Das Essen war leider teilweise schon ausverkauft, jedoch alle verfügbaren Sachen waren sehr gut.

Der Sevice war außerordentlich freundlich und hat sich größte Mühe gegeben. Das Ambiente im Innenhof ist für ein romantischen Essen sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem zu späterer Stunde, wenn die Lichterketten eingeschaltet werden. Das Essen war gut allerdings für meinen Geschmack etwas teuer. Ein vergleichbares Gericht bekommt man in anderen Restaurants durchaus günstiger.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Buffet war super lecker und der Service perfekt! Die Räumlichkeiten haben zudem ein ganz besonderes Ambiente!

Spontan sind wir in die Spoerl Fabrik gegangen. Giuseppe aus dem Service hat sich toll um uns gekümmert, mit sehr viel Charme und Witz, immer sehr aufmerksam. Die Speisekarte ist recht übersichtlich, man merkt aber dass man sich hier dafür umso mehr auf die Gerichte, die man anbietet konzentriert. Das Essen kam daher auch sehr schnell und war sehr lecker. Gerne wieder!

Service & Küche total überfordert. Super lange Wartezeiten (2,5h!), Bestellungen werden vergessen & beim Nachfragen bekommt man freche Antworten wie: „Sorry wenn Sie nicht wussten, dass das bei uns normal ist“. Sehr arrogant & kein Kundenfokus, sieht man ja auch an den Antworten bei Kritiken hier. Echt schade, da die Location schön ist.

Das Frühstücks Angebot war sehr gut, aber der reservierte Tisch für 6 Personen etwas zu klein. Sehr schönes Ambiente im Innenhof.

Ziet er prachtig uit, bijzondere plek. Echter service is met een kleine s. Zuchtend konden we koffie en muntthee bestellen. Er is geen honing voor bij de munt thee, na vragen wordt er dan suiker gehaald. Na 5 minuten werd gevraagd om de rekening te betalen, want we gaan om 1500 uur dicht ( op de deur staat; zondag tot 2200 uur open). Ik vond het wel jammer want alles ziet er prachtig uit.

Top Adresse mit sehr gutem Essen

Wir waren letzten Samstag in der Spoerl Fabrik zum Abendessen. Das Ambiente ist wirklich toll im Hinterhof. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Burrata als Vorspeise, was ich sehr empfehlen kann. Leider finde ich die Preise für die Hauptspeisen sehr teuer (größtenteils 38€), da überlegt man sich zwei Mal was man isst. Ich habe mich für das Rinderfilet entscheiden, was eindeutig ein Fehler war. Wenn ich für das Rinderfilet 38€ zahle erwarte ich auch eine dementsprechend Top Qualität. Das Rinderfilet war sehr zäh und außen viel zu kross gebraten - eher zu vergleichen mit einem Rumpsteak. Die Beilagen waren leider auch nur mittelmäßig. Nach meiner Kritik bekam ich einen Cheesecake vor die Nase gesetzt, den ich nicht wollte mit den Worten „mehr kann ich nicht machen“. Sehr schade.

Das Essen war lecker. Es gab ein Buffet mit Salaten, Garnelen und Satespießen. Zum Hauptgang dann eine Variation von Fleisch Fisch und Gemüse. Nachdem die es nach dem ersten Bier an eine Runde Gin Tonic ging wurden die ersten 3 der 4 Gins mit zwei verschiedenen Gins zubereitet. Auf Nachfrage ob es sich hierbei um ein Spezialtezept handelt hieß es:“ ne die sind zur Hälfte alkoholfrei.“ Das darf einem Barkeeper nicht passieren. Die nächste Runde Gin Tonics schmeckte dann zwar anders aber leider nicht gut. Nachdem der Dritte Gin Tonic dann rot war habe ich die Hoffnung auf einen genießbaren Abend aufgegeben. Mein Verständnis für dieses Missgeschick an der Bar ist nicht vorhanden.

Grundsätzlich sehr zu empfehlen. Angenehmes Ambiente, auch draußen. Preis/Leistung absolut gut. Qualitativ sehr gute Zutaten und Speisen. Der handgeschnittene Lachs hat eine ausgezeichnete Qualität. Bis dahin alles tip top. Der tolle Schinken war bei uns leider zu dick geschnitten und dadurch fest, fast ein bisschen angetrocknet. Anstrengend zu kauen. Wirkte nicht frisch abgeschnitten. Mag an den warmen Außentemperaturen von ca.36 Grad liegen. Ich denke nur, dass weiß der Gastronom und sollte vielleicht einige Routinen in der Küche an solchen Tagen anpassen. Die Butter auf dem Teller zerläuft in die Speisen. Vielleicht bietet man an solchen Tagen ein Schüsselchen mit Eis auf dem die Butter liegt an. Der Lachs war super schnell unangenehm warm. Eine gekühlte Serviermöglichkeit mit z.B..kl.Kühlpack wäre auch kein Hexenwerk. Ich hätte den zu warm gewordenen Lachs gerne mit ein paar spritzern Zitrone aufgefrischt. Auf meine Frage ob ich etwas Zitrone zum Lachs bekommen könnte, reagierte die Mitarbeiterin leicht überfordert. Sie dachte laut nach, ob es überhaupt Zitronen im Haus gibt. Weder eine Antwort noch Zitrone kamen von der Bedienung. Vergessen! Na ja, war auch warm! Nur mochte ich ihn so nicht weiter genießen. Der angemachte Schafskäse war sehr gut, allerdings auch sehr scharf. Ein Hinweis dazu fehlte auf der Karte. Zu dem 3 x bestellten Cava Frühstück mit jeweils einem gekochten Ei hatten wir gemeimsam den Wunsch anstelle des gekochten Ei, Rührei zu bekommen. Das wurde verneint. Soweit so gut. Wir haben das Rührei extra bestellt. Das gekochte Ei wurde trotzdem serviert und ging dann 3x zurück und der im Prinzip tolle Brotkorb wurde auch mit 6 Brötchen am Ende zurück gegeben. Oder im Vorfeld bei Umbestellung nachzufragen ob das gekochte Ei noch dazu serviert werden sollte. Wir empfehlen Spoerl Fabrik und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr lecker und reichhaltig, wir hatten das Frühstück für 2. Bei guten Wetter im großen Innenhof, es gibt auch noch die kleinen Corona Glashäuser. Es war toll, bisschen teuer, aber lohnt sich. Ein Jahr später wieder da gewesen und es war wieder so schöööön und leeeecker und gemüüütlich. 😍

wir waren im Rahmen eines Firmaments da. Essen war sehr gut, Küchenchef sehr freundlich. Im Service gab es einen Kellner der freundlich war, der Rest eher genervt. Leider wurde bei den Getränken ganz seltsames fabriziert. Obwohl ich immer das gleiche bestellt habe, war kein Getränk gleich. Teilweise waren die Getränke auch nicht genießbar. Reklamation wurde mit Schulterzucken quittiert. Schade.

Wir lieben es! Wir gehen sehr oft mittags hier essen und das Essen hat noch nie enttäuscht. Die Kellnerin ist super nett und man kann so schön sitzt egal ob draußen oder drinnen. Absolute Empfehlung

Die Atmosphäre im Innenhof war sehr schön und gemütlich. Leider war das Essen total versalzen und schmeckte sehr eintönig. Sowohl die Qualität des Essens als (in Teilen) auch die des Services steht in keinem Verhältnis zu den horrenden Preisen. Ich würde höchstens für Getränke zurückkommen.

DANKE! Wir haben hier unsere Hochzeitsfeier ausgerichtet und sind immer noch sprachlos vor Begeisterung. Angefangen bei der guten Organisation, der tollen Location, über das fantastische 3-Gang-Menü (Burrata, Rinderfilet & weißes Mousse), bis hin zum erstklassigen Service. Das Team hat sich an diesem Abend wirklich selbst übertroffen: Man bot mir an, das etwas nörgelnde Kind im Kinderwagen zu fahren, damit ich weiter feiern kann, der Hauptkellner legte spontan ein überragendes Duett mit unserem Singer/Songwriter auf italienisch hin und am Ende tanzte die ganze Belegschaft sogar noch mit. Ein unvergesslicher Abend dank des tollen Teams der Spoerlfabrik ❤️🙏🏻

Sehr sehr Lecker. Wir haben das Essen auch sehr schnell bekommen. Der Mitarbeiter war auch sehr nett😌. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
