Gaststätte am Ostpark in Düsseldorf

The "Peking duck" is the best I have ever had. The duck is juicy and crispy. The Udon noodles that come with it are home made and also fantastic. Even the complimentary krupuk bread is also made in house and tastes delicious. I like the names of the dishes -they are very creative. The service is attentive and the ambience soothing. In all that's the best asian restaurant I have ever visited. Never have I eaten better chinese food before. The prices are affordable and even cheap for the kind of quality that is delivered.

The ambiance is great, and the food is very good. The portions are quite small. We've been there a few times, and I was disappointed on the last visit. First, it took a while to finally order, and then the food came much too quickly. The waiter knocked over a glass of water, which isn't a big deal—but I would have liked a new one. The bill at the end was incorrect; there were things on the receipt that we didn't have. And to top it all off, the coffee (black) cost a whopping 5 euros!! What kind of prices are those?? The waiters were a bit too hectic; it's quite crowded in this lovely restaurant, and you sit close together. What a shame! We won't be coming back for a while.

Excellent dishes, more than enough. Bruschetta appetizer was delicious! The fries were a little too salty. Furthermore, it was very quiet in the restaurant, which made it a bit less pleasant. We were helped quickly and well.

Big pizzas and very crispy. Service was also very friendly and quick. If things have to go quickly, then go to the Palazzo.
