We ordered food for pickup on Sunday evening. 3 dishes: a children's pizza (Mickey Mouse) with mushrooms and corn, a salad, and penne carbonara. The contact on the phone was friendly and problem-free. The 30-minute delivery time was also perfectly acceptable. When I arrived, the food was almost ready, and I was told that they had accidentally made spaghetti instead of penne. No problem for me, it happens. When I got home (a 20-minute drive), we realized that we hadn't gotten a pizza for our son, but pizza bread. Accordingly, our mood at dinner wasn't particularly buoyant. The food tasted good, as always. But two errors in one order, and especially receiving the wrong food for a child who loves pizza, was truly annoying. Best, T. Schätzle

We had to wait over an hour for our food...and then it came...the pizza that had no flavor...tasted like frozen...the wait wasn't worth it...the other people's spaghetti was good...

Excellent pizzas in two sizes, very friendly and attentive service. We were a large group with special requests, and everything worked out perfectly. The play table for children is also nice.

Unfortunately, the pizzas weren't really freshly prepared (they were frozen), and the mixed salad was completely overpriced. I definitely wouldn't recommend it!

A great pizzeria with an expansive menu. Pasta and pizza are all amazing! They also offer small kid sized pizzas as well. One complete bonus of the restaurant is the play area for kiddos while you wait. We showed up on a busy Monday night with no reservation but was able to grab a seat fairly quickly. They also offer gluten free pizza!

Friendly service, and despite the restaurant being very busy, we received our food faster than expected. The vegetarian options were extensive, and we really enjoyed it.

This restaurant offers a variety of dishes beyond just pizza. We enjoyed a delicious steak, tender chicken, and creamy pasta. The atmosphere is welcoming, and there's a cozy kids' corner filled with toys and drawing supplies to keep the little ones entertained. Just a heads up: the portion sizes are quite generous, so come hungry.

Ordered pizzas for pickup. Unfortunately, it was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. No seasoning; I think the pizza box would have tasted better.

I have to say I was very disappointed. The pizza looked like a frozen pizza to me (perfectly round) and tasted average at best. However, since we were running out of time and had to leave (a movie was starting, even though we had planned for the restaurant in just under two hours), it was very busy, and the two waitresses were constantly running around, I couldn't comment personally (three-quarters of the pizza was left over). We've been to Italy countless times, and I know what an authentic Italian pizza looks and tastes like; that was definitely not the case here. In addition, there were: - We waited over an hour for the appetizer - The pizza dough wasn't cooked all the way through - My drink was cleared away without comment, without even asking if I wanted anything else. I don't mean to say anything negative, but I hope you take this as criticism and improve.

We loved it. It didn't look like it from the photos, but it's delicious and the place is beautifully decorated. They also have a giant table just for kids with board games. Highly recommended and very reasonably priced. Try the Masala lemonade.

Simply fantastic! We had incredibly friendly service, the food was delicious, the pizzas were generously tossed, and the prices were really fair. The play area was especially great for us as a family – it allowed us to eat in peace, and our child was content and quietly playing while we waited. Thank you so much.

Very nice pizzeria with friendly, caring staff

I was there for the first time and ordered pizza and calzone for pickup. I'm thrilled! The Four Seasons pizza was very well-topped, the pizza dough was very flavorful, and the pizza tasted great. The calzone was very good, filled with real, spicy ham.

Absolutely perfect, nothing to complain about. Very friendly staff, food delicious and freshly prepared. We ate there twice during our vacation. Even on a holiday with a “full house” everything was under control. It doesn't get any better.

Wir kamen ohne Reservierung und konnten an einem für später reservierten Tisch eine gute Stunde sitzen, was bei dem schnellen Service dann auch ausgereicht hat. Die Servicekräfte sind sehr freundlich gewesen und das Essen hat wirklich super geschmeckt (wir hatten Pasta). Das Lokal ist in rustikalem Stil sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Spielbereich für Kinder und eine schöne Bar. Auf der Damentoilette lagen Handcreme, Haarspray und Tampons bereit - das finde ich richtig nett. Auch ein Wickeltisch ist vorhanden. Mit der Rechnung kam auch noch ein Likörchen und fürs Kind ein Lolly. Falls wir eines Tages nochmal in der Nähe unterwegs sein sollten, kommen wir gerne wieder.

The worst pizza I've eaten in 50 years. Small, barely anything on it, and the base looked like a frozen pizza from Penny or the like.

Update 2024: It had to happen again. Today is our 2nd visit for this Christmas vacation. We will be here again on New Year's Day. We are ALWAYS extremely satisfied here. An absolute MUST during our Christmas vacation every year. This time we were again absolutely satisfied with the hospitality, the super friendly service and the absolutely delicious food.

I've traveled around a lot and eaten dozens of pizzas at upscale Italian restaurants. The pizzas here are definitely some of the best I've had so far!

What a disappointment!! Eating so poorly in a pizzeria has never happened to me in my 35 years of cooking. Frozen pasta bases just like the toppings. Mixture of Italian and Portuguese cuisine!! Despite the good ratings posted on the internet, this is not a recommendable establishment. Even a kebab would have been better

I spontaneously went to Rusticana for dinner with my girls after hiking. The service was really good and we didn't have to wait long at all for the food. The atmosphere is very rustic and totally appropriate ☺️ I had the homemade tortellini with Bolognese and they were really a 10 out of 10 sooooooo delicious 🤤

Sounds unbelievable but i had the best pizza ever at this place. I had the reviera and i would say its a 10/10. My boyfriend had the Quattro stagionio and gave 9/10. Im on vacation, other wise i would defenitly come back to this place. Really sweet waiters also. I pretty much never give 5 stars but this is a no brainer:) Food arrived within 30 minutes btw!💕

Super nice people, ordered food to be picked up, ready for pick up in 20 minutes, the salads were fresh and the house dressing was delicious, the vegetarian cannelloni were also well received. But all four who ate pizza had stomach pains, nausea and the child even had diarrhea. Hopefully it was just because the pizzas were so greasy. Too bad.😕

I've been in bed for hours with a stomach ache, the pizza was bad, it was like the penny pizza for €2, I'll never go there again, I can't recommend it, the pasta was way too cold and the cream sauce wasn't creamy but liquid. I can't recommend the restaurant

Ordered takeaway food. After only 20 minutes we were able to pick up what we ordered. The homemade tortelloni was just as delicious as the pizzas. The tiramisu at the end was simply heavenly. The staff was very friendly both when ordering over the phone and when picking up. We are here on holiday and it wasn't the last time we ate here this week. Absolutely top price. Thank you for cooking for us!

We went for dinner at lunchtime. The service was very friendly. The daily menu was very manageable for the price mentioned and was served in a mini casserole dish. Taste was OK. The pizza looked and tasted like a frozen pizza, the dough was more like shortcrust dough instead of yeast dough, the topping was relatively dry, anything but acceptable for the price. It's a shame, but I can do something like that at home too!

The pizzeria is nice, but unfortunately the food is mediocre to bad. My pasta was overcooked and just mush, my friend's large pizza was the (small) size of a frozen pizza and looked like it. The pasta dishes at the neighboring table looked as if one dish should feed at least two people and I couldn't finish my portion of overcooked pasta either. Quantity over quality? We were definitely very disappointed...

As the name suggests, a rustic but very nice atmosphere. We ended up there spontaneously on our vacation and they gave us a table for two in the full restaurant without a reservation. The service was extremely friendly, the food was delicious (pizza ham, insalata capriciosa, lasagna, spaghetti carbonara) and the price was reasonable for the size of the portions. Highly recommended and would be happy to come back at any time 👍🥰

Came here spontaneously during a short vacation, in the evening and without a reservation. Packed full. The staff was super nice and tried hard to accommodate the four of us. After a short stop at the bar, we were allowed to sit down and order. Food was fantastic, the pizza was really to die for. Service was very attentive and friendly throughout the evening. Really great, if we lived closer we would definitely come more often.

Been there many times, cozy but unspectacular. But the staff is friendly and on the ball. The portions are very generous and still have a reasonable price. So the next visit will surely follow.

Friendly and fast service, but unfortunately the pizza wasn't particularly good: The base was still very soft and could have used a little more heat from the oven. Totally tasteless. What I always find sad: pizza smaller than the plate. That just looks poor.

That was honestly the worst pizza I've ever eaten in a restaurant. It felt like the dough came from a frozen package and was then topped. The service was quick, friendly and accommodating.

Ambiance is very rustic and beautifully kept. Fine wood look. Tables are beautifully set up and the service is very friendly and accommodating. Waiting time is more than acceptable. Pizzas are very crispy and the desserts are always very tasty. As a little gimmek, I recommend the "Pizza Surprise Me" (this isn't on the menu but if you eat everything and don't have any allergies, order it ;)) A must for people who are looking for good food and a nice atmosphere.
