Kurhaus am Titisee in Titisee-Neustadt

Ich war zu einer Abendveranstaltung. Da ist def Preis der Maßstab für Essenservice.

Das Essen ist im Vergleich zu gestern okay, da war das Hähnchen wie Pappe. Die Kartoffeln schienen aufgewärmt zu sein, aber insgesamt war es in Ordnung. Die Kellnerin ist so mürrisch, dass beim Servieren des Geschirrs Wasser über den Tisch schwappt und Löcher hineinmacht. Sie muss wohl CrossFit mit den Krügen machen, denn ernsthaft, ihre Oberarme sind bestimmt größer als die von AndoniFitness.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Vielleicht lag es an der gestrigen Sauerei, aber sowohl die Kartoffeln als auch das Fleisch waren einwandfrei. Außerdem fand ich es toll, dass der Wikingerstil hier noch so lebendig ist! Die Kellnerin hämmerte auf den Tisch, als würde Thor mit seinem Hammer den Himmel erschüttern.

Die Kellnerin sah aus wie ein Ex-UFC-Kämpfer (Mann/Frau), und man hatte das Gefühl, sie würde einen so heftig erstechen, dass man nicht mal mehr den Platz erreichen würde, wenn man sie grüßte. Das Hähnchen war roher als ein Pferd mit der Zunge zu essen, die Kartoffeln steinhart, und der Laden wirkte, als gehöre er nach Manhattan. Kurzum: Der Laden ist gut. (Was ist der teuerste Haarschnitt der Welt? – Chemotherapie)

Die Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte war sehr gut und ist absolut empfehlenswert. Ich besuche dieses Lokal seit über 13 Jahren, weshalb unser Besuch am 25. Mai besonders enttäuschend war. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von etwa 15 Personen dort und bestellten Kaffee und Kuchen. Die Rechnung wurde problemlos vollständig bezahlt. Beim Verlassen des Lokals wurde die jugendliche Tochter einer Freundin jedoch von einem Mitarbeiter/Inhaber angesprochen, weil angeblich Sitzkissen fehlten. Ihr wurde sogar mit der Polizei gedroht, da man Diebstahl vermutete – obwohl unsere Gruppe den Tisch gar nicht benutzt hatte. Als wir das Gespräch mitbekamen und versuchten, das Missverständnis aufzuklären, wurde die Situation leider sehr unangenehm. Im Verlauf der Diskussion fielen Bemerkungen darüber, ob wir mit dem Bus gekommen seien, und es wurde angedeutet, dass Touristen Löffel und Gabeln stehlen würden. Wir empfanden diese Bemerkungen als unangemessen und verletzend. Wir verstehen, dass es in Unternehmen gelegentlich zu Vorfällen oder Bedenken bezüglich Diebstahl kommen kann. Solche Situationen sollten jedoch idealerweise professionell, diskret und ohne Vorurteile aufgrund von Nationalität oder Aussehen behandelt werden. Unsere Gruppe bestand aus respektvollen, höflichen und gebildeten Menschen, die einfach nur gemeinsam Kaffee und Kuchen genießen wollten. Es war schade, nach so vielen Jahren positiver Besuche mit einem so negativen Gefühl abzureisen. Ich hoffe, dieses Feedback wird konstruktiv aufgenommen, denn gute Gastfreundschaft basiert nicht nur auf der Qualität der Speisen, sondern auch darauf, jeden Gast zuvorkommend und respektvoll zu behandeln.

Personal war nett, aber das Essen hat gar nicht geschmeckt. Ich habe mehr erwartet bei so viele gute Bewertungen. Viel zu teuer für was sie dort anbieten, schlechtes Kantinenessen. Preis-Qualitätsverhältnis stimmt gar nicht. Hygiene war auch nicht das beste, ich habe Käsespätzle Pfanne gehabt, Pfanne dreckig unde verrostet, Essen nach Rost geschmeckt.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, auch wenn sie nicht direkt am See liegt; trotzdem lohnt sich ein kleiner Umweg wegen der leckeren Kuchen!

Oh mein Gott, die Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte war köstlich 😋 und fahrt danach bloß nicht mehr Auto! Vom Balkon/der Terrasse aus kann man den See ein bisschen sehen. Das Personal war freundlich. Viele Einheimische haben dort gegessen. Ich kann es absolut empfehlen.

Hervorragendes Essen und eine traumhafte Aussicht. Der Kellner war aufmerksam, aber auf seine eigene Art. Alles in allem war es aber sehr gut.

Wir haben im Kurhaus am Titisee wunderbar gegessen. Das Essen war köstlich und die Betreiberfamilie sehr freundlich. Da wir Asiaten sind, waren die Portionen für uns etwas zu groß – wir haben geteilt.

Essen ist überteuert und nicht den Preis wert.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, unsere Bedienung super freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen immer gerne her zum Essen.

Was für ein Glücksgriff! Das Essen war fantastisch und die Portionen riesig. Wir hatten Schweinshaxe und Schnitzel, beides war superlecker und authentisch. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis.

Toiletten sind hier teurer als an Rastplätzen oder in den Kaffees am See. Wirklich frech. Die ausliehenden Prospekte sind teilweise informativ, sind aber größtenteils mit QR Codes bedruckt, welche zu den Websites mit den tatsächlichen Infos führen. Hätte man sich die 100 QR-Code Flyer aus sparen können.

Hochwertige Speisen, reichhaltige Portionen, angemessene Preise (insbesondere im Vergleich zu manch anderen Restaurants in Titisee). Entspanntes Ambiente.

Super leckerer Kuchen, kann man empfehlen

Ein hervorragendes Erlebnis. Die Bedienung (die Inhaberin) war sehr freundlich. Der Service war unkompliziert, aber erstklassig. Die Gerichte waren köstlich, ebenso das hausgemachte Gebäck. Wir können das Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir waren heute mit 2 Erwachsenen und unserer 18 Monate alten Tochter hier zum Essen. Meine Frau und ich haben das Gericht für 2 Personen genommen und sind vollkommen zufrieden und satt gewesen. Das Essen war super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Die spätzle ( ein Grund warum wir im Schwarzwald Urlaub machen) waren frisch und lecker. Wir wurden super freundlich von Anfang bis Ende bedient und können viele Rezensionen die es hier gibt nicht nachvollziehen. Das ,,Ambiente ,, ist eher schlicht und rustikal gehalten, was aber nicht sonderlich stört. Leider haben wir es nicht mehr geschafft die lecker aussehenden Torten zu probieren, das heben wir uns für unseren nächsten Besuch auf. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Der Speisesaal wirkte auf uns zunächst etwas unscheinbar, aber wir waren von allen bestellten Gerichten und dem sehr freundlichen Service begeistert.

Von hier erfolgte der Shuttle zum Weihnachtsmarkt in der Ravennaschlucht.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Getränke und Essen kamen auch sehr schnell, wobei auch nur ein weiterer Tisch belegt war. Der Beilagensalat war gut. Die Käsespätzle waren leider eher Spätzle in Sahnesauce mit etwas Käse überbacken, was für mich persönlich keine echten Käsespätzle sind und geschmacklich nicht wirklich überzeugen konnte.

Wir fühlen uns in diesem Restaurant sehr wohl und kommen immer wieder, wenn wir am Titisee sind, sehr gerne zum Essen hier her! Uns gefällt die herrliche, ruhige und sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr schmackhaftes Essen, die Mitarbeiter/innen im Service sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Rundum sind wir mit allem absolut sehr zufrieden. Beim nächsten Besuch am Titisee kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert!! 😁👍

I can't recommend this restaurant at all! Unfortunately, I was seated at a table where I could see directly into the kitchen. What I saw ruined my appetite. The chef tasted the sauce with a spoon, which then went back into the pot. He also salted the meat, then put his fingers in his mouth and licked them. After that, he picked up the meat again. Hygiene is a foreign concept. When I finally got my food, there was a dead insect on my plate. I didn't eat anything else. The restaurant was dingy and the decor was old. Never again!!! The insect wasn't in the salad, but in the vegetables. I know what I saw, and that was enough for me!!!

We were here earlier in the year and the 2nd time we’re back, it’s still good and hearty. Friendly service, dog friendly!

The service was top-notch, very attentive, and friendly. The food, from the salad to the main course (pork fillet with creamed chanterelle mushrooms, homemade spaetzle, and vegetables) to the dessert, a homemade plum crumble cake, was all perfect! Highly recommended!

No, you have to make a reservation to get a seat there! I don't think that's right. If you try to get in like that, you'll be kicked out!

Very delicious 😋 cakes and tarts. Fast and friendly service. All cakes are homemade. However, we've often found the doors closed because the entrance doesn't mention the change in opening hours. It doesn't say that it's closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays! That's really annoying, because we would have loved to eat there with friends! What a shame.

Had lunch there, the staff was very nice. We ordered fish and a vegetarian burger. The restaurant also provides a free voucher for the toilet for info center downstairs (normally 1 euro)

I'm from Indonesia, currently on a European tour with DM Property Yogyakarta. This review focuses more on the typical sights we see at Indonesian tourist attractions. Restaurant: There's a rice bar at the very end, after passing the lake, and it's delicious. Okay, there's Muslim-friendly chicken. Parking: Spacious What I didn't like was the large number of people bringing pets and peeing everywhere. Maybe it's because they're not used to it, so it's uncomfortable. Other suggestions: Winter is great because the lake freezes and there's snow on the hills for photos. This time in summer, it's busy, but it's just okay.

I don't recommend this place, 1 hour 40 minutes for 3 simple dishes without starters or desserts... it's really too long for simple meals that are not haute cuisine.... the price is a little high for this that it is. The toilets are very clean.

Prices totally unreasonable for the service provided. Some customers had coffee and cake, I can't say anything about that, but I was very disappointed with the food. Judging by the taste, a lot of ready-made products were used and the atmosphere wasn't really inviting either.

Good restaurant a stone's throw from the Titisee, we had a nice, warm time there after a day of sightseeing. We tasted both local specialties and burgers, everything was very good and plentiful. The service was warm and suitable for families with children. The quality/price ratio was correct.

Ich wollte Beilage wechseln ,anstatt Spiralnudeln zu Butternudeln.Essen kam dann mit Spiralnudeln.Eine Nachfage ergab,dass sind Butternüdeli.Ich habe diese aber anders in Erinnerung.Mir wurde dann erklärt-in einem Kurhaus-Nudeln sind Nudeln und wenn sie in Butter geschwnkt werden,sind es Butternüdeli.Wieso dann aber auf der Speisekarte namentlich genannt?Nochmals Antwort, alles sind Nudeln.Zudem musste ich dann noch 1,40 € für Schwenken in Butter bezahlen.Zudem wurde bei der Bestellung überhört,dass ich Schorle rot bestellt habe,weiss wurde geliefert.Am Folgetag im Trescher kamen dann die Butternüdeli.Dort wird die Nudel noch richtig klassifiziert.

Un classique de la gastronomie allemande : des plats consistants et généreux ! Nous avons eu une salade d'accueil après avoir passé commande. Rôti de veau correct et champignons à la crème en plats : assez costaud en définitive. Prix tout à fait corrects. Service impeccable : ne parlant pas allemand, les serveurs sont top !

The quality of the ingredients is excellent. The preparation was good so far. Service quite ok. However, a fixed standard in the kitchen would be even better. For example, the sirloin steak was available once with fried onions and once completely without onions. Unfortunately, this is reflected in other dishes. Come here at the same time for the 4th year. In conclusion I can say; The standard and excellence like in 2020/2022 are currently missing. Info; The sweet potato fries instead of potato wedges were requested. The last star is missing due to a lack of a standard.

Price performance for what you get is great. Effort was made, however one of the waiters (probably even the owner) kept shouting into the kitchen to give instructions. If only the kitchen hears it, okay — but all the guests heard it too (at least indoors). He also complained loudly to his waitress that she had done something wrong… otherwise the food was delicious, apart from the ready-made salad dressing.

We ate well and the service was pleasant at first. Then all of a sudden (the boss or the room manager) requisitioned the waitresses to prepare the room for the next day. Which meant that we and the other customers (around 5 tables) ended up without any waiter for more than 45 minutes! It's extremely long when you wait stupidly, even if you raise your hand several times, no one pays attention to the completely neglected customers. We would have liked to finish our meal with dessert or coffee but it took so long that as soon as we finally had someone at our expense we left as quickly as possible. Very disappointed, it doesn't make you want income, too bad because the food was good.

Bon mais fallait payer.cafe,pas bon,toilette payant à l hôtel l'est krukerhaus le matin mais pas l après midi,comme même 1 euros,sur autoroute aussi,mais sur l autoroute vous pouvez utiliser le bon de 1 euros et acheter quelque chose à la station.Autrement le cadre et magnifique à l extérieur avec les autres grandes maisons en bois ,avec géraniums et tous les petites boutiques avec plein de souvenirs et évidemment cher,beau cadre montagne ,sapin,et on n à fait un tour au lac titisee cadre magnifique avec bateaux,le tour été court croyez 25 min. Y a d autres hôtels resto autour c est pas dit que c est pas bon.Mais celui où on n etez déçu,comme même une bonne ambiance avec les gens du voyage ,une bonne entente et Convivial. I had the pulled turkey burger with fried potatoes and a beef broth. The food was very tasty and also reasonably priced. The restaurant itself is a bit old but you have a very good view of the lake.

The place is nice, I went there for coffee and cake. On the other hand, parking is overpriced. Really a tourist trap, it's a high-altitude lake, shops selling products made in China, watch out for honey. Not really black forest. In short, I advise against

We had a small meal. Unfortunately, the salad wasn't fresh and the sauce was very artificial or tasted like ready-made sauce. The main course was good. There could have been more dumplings for this price. The staff was very friendly and the terrace was great, but a little more attention should be paid to cleanliness.

Here people even charge money for the toilet in the spa building - there are no words. If you want to eat in the restaurant, the toilet is included but you should go five times to put the high prices into perspective...

Pulled burger was tasty and plentiful, chicken breast in cognac sauce too, but quite a small portion. Salads were forgotten but delivered later. Price wise at the top end. There is a lake view on the terrace, be sure to reserve in the evening. Closes at 8 p.m. like many restaurants in Titisee. This is very strange for a tourist place.

Wir haben ein schönes Restaurant anlässlich unseres 35sten Hochzeitstages gesucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Bei unserer Reservierung hatten wir auf den Anlass hingewiesen. Unser Tisch war sehr schön eingedeckt mit kunstvoll gefalteten Stoffservietten und schöner Tischdekoration mitsamt einer Kerze. Die Karte wurde bereits aufgeschlagen und zuerst meiner Frau überreicht. Insgesamt erfolgte der Service entsprechend eines gehobenen Restaurants. Das Mahlzeiten wurden auf gut vorgewärmten Tellern serviert. Der Spargel hatte eine ausgezeichnete Qualität und hatte einen exzellenten Biss. Die Sauce hollandaise und Butter konnten nachgeordert werden. Das Fleisch war auf den Punkt gegart. Auch der Nachtisch war exklusiv und bestand z.B. auf frischen, karamellisierten Erdbeeren, die mit Balsamico-Essig abgelöscht wurden und zusammen mit Rhabarber-Eis und grünem Pfeffer gereicht wurden. In diesem Restaurant verstand es sich von selbst, dass die Obst-Brände in gekühlten Gläsern gereicht wurden. Das Restaurant können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We would have liked to have left 150-200 euros there today. Unfortunately it was not possible to sit on the terrace. "Unfortunately not today". It wasn't like you couldn't see the country inside in front of guests. Then I'll take the money with me. Bright sunshine today, rain forecast tomorrow and Friday. It will definitely be open outside too. But tourism and gastronomy are on the rise in the Black Forest.

We followed the recessions in the area, which is why we chose this place. When we came in, we didn't know at first if it was such a good idea. The restaurant is very simply furnished, without any frills. But we stayed anyway and in the end we were very happy with our choice. We ordered the porcini mushroom soup as a starter and a main course of roast veal and roast pork. You also got a salad as standard. It was really very tasty. The meat was tender and almost melted in your mouth. We had our little son with us. He also received all-round care. We left the restaurant satisfied 😇 we can definitely recommend it highly.

Good restaurant, hearty dishes. Chicken in cognac sauce with a little too much cognac. Dark forest cake, a little dry, and lots of cream.

Overall, highly recommended! Were here twice in the evening as part of a short vacation. The generously portioned burgers are very good and recommended in every variation, the same applies to the accompanying fries and salad. And not to forget, there is delicious Rothaus on tap here, also on tap and not as stingy as is often the case these days. Anytime again when we are in the area!

Die großzügig portionierten Burger sind sehr gut und in jeder Variation zu empfehlen, gleiches gilt für die dazugehörigen Pommes und Salat. Und nicht zu vergessen gibt’s hier leckeres Rothaus vom Fass, auch ordentlich gezapft und nicht so knausrig wie heutzutage oft üblich. Jederzeit wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend sind!

I was a guest here on a Friday lunchtime, there were hardly any guests there but the ambience was nice, it was typical of the Black Forest and there was a beautiful view of the lake. The service was super accommodating, a nice young lady who was friendly and left you alone and didn't come to you every 2 minutes. I can only rate the food for the Vesper Brett, but it was beautifully prepared and plentiful. Despite the fact that I had already paid and everything was empty, I was allowed to sit there for a while, which was very friendly. I was super satisfied with everything and I will come back soon and try the other food too.

We were here for a play and felt very comfortable.
