This store is run by Chinese people. The prices are reasonable and bibimbap is also on the menu. Everyone was friendly, and I ordered fried chicken. It felt a little salty, perhaps because it was seasoned to suit German tastes, but the texture on the outside was crazy. I was surprised by the unprecedented quality of chicken, which is rare even in Korea. It only runs for 3 hours, so be sure to time it right.

The best restaurant I've been to in a very long time. The food is delicious and of the highest quality. I finally felt what good pig meat should taste like. Everything presented in a very visually pleasing way. We didn't have to wait long. The food was served with home-made sauces, which were amazing. As if all this wasn't enough, we also played jazz music. That's why I give it 48 stars. Unfortunately, it's not possible. It's only 5.

The best food I had in Schwarzwald. My favorite!

We went here on a Wednesday evening and were glad we made a reservation. The store gradually filled up and people had to be sent away who unfortunately didn't have any more space. I had “tofu house style” and my companion had the fried Maultaschen (i.e. the gyoza) - both were very tasty and you could taste the organic ingredients. The appetizer was also super tasty! If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back! :)

The fake asian restaurant. I looked for Asian Restaurant near Schluchsee and I found The Isst Balance, this restaurant get 4.9 as review. But it was the worst restaurant I have ever had. I ordered Tonkotsu Ramen Soup. The soup cost EUR 15.80, it was very small portion I'm not full. The soup was cold. The meat smell very bad, on the menu mention chive but it was green onion. It is not authentic asian cuisine.

Unfortunately, after a 4.9 star rating on Google, I was completely disappointed. The 10 dumplings were all stuck together and were even placed upside down on the plate. You can still see it behind the beer glass. Chives spread wildly across the plate. The taste was ok, but also disappointing. Service was nice.

My companion and I had a delicious meal here and felt very comfortable. We were very pleased that regional and Bioland products were used. We paid a total of just under 80 euros for two meals each with starter and dessert as well as 4 drinks and a bottle of mineral water - in my opinion an outstanding price-performance ratio. The dishes have their own style of Asian recipes using local ingredients. In a simple yet cozy atmosphere, we were served beautifully prepared food by friendly people. We had fine, strong and spicy dishes. We were well advised on the level of spiciness. We will definitely eat here again and are already looking forward to showing it to friends.

I had dinner here with my friend. Full program, starter, main course and dessert. All highly recommended. For starters we had fried Maultaschen, which tasted very good, and we also had fried chicken strips, which were also very enjoyable. The main course was the Beijing Zhajiangmian, very tasty. For dessert there was the dimsum, unfortunately there was only the one with matcha, but they were really delicious, highly recommended, hardly bitter. And I particularly liked the super authentic jasmine tea. This is also served in a particularly original way. All in all very nice.

The food we had was very good and prepared with fresh ingredients. This restaurant is only recommended. Pictures of the food are always posted, so I'm going to do something different and use the food that was left over, namely nothing, we all had full bellies and couldn't stop until everything was eaten. The food was super delicious. The staff were really friendly and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. I was also extremely positively surprised that there was organic soap and organic air freshener on the toilet and that organic cleaning products could also be found. This was all a relief for my chemical hypersensitivity! So unreserved recommendation from me!

Wow, best food I've had in Germany in two months!! Beef noodles: broth absolutely delicious, noodles so flavorful, beef tender, perfect bowl. The Sichuan dumplings were some of the best dumplings I've had in my life- perfect balance of spice, filling, and super tender dough. And loved the chicken bowl. Overall an amazing meal, def would go back all the time if I lived here.

Per mia fortuna ho avuto modo di viaggiare parecchio. Ho vissuto esperienze di ogni tipo. A volte belle sorprese , a volte pessime . Raramente però mi è capitato di alzarmi dal tavolo e andarmene. Senza aver mangiato praticamente nulla. Ci siamo accomodati. Abbiamo ordinato. I 2 piatti sono arrivati. Li abbiamo assaggiati. Erano immangiabili. Non parlo di gusti personali . Non ragiono di tecniche di cucina. Parlo di pura edibilita' del piatto. Non era praticamente possibile ingoiare ne la mia brodaglia unta ne tantomeno i ravioli ordinati dalla mia compagna . La cucina deve aver fatto uno sforzo sovrumano per riuscire a rendere orrendo qualsiasi boccone. Ci vuole una certa abilità, bisogna ammetterlo. Non credo di riuscire a rendere, scrivendo, la sensazione orripilante ricevuta già dal primo assaggio. Immaginate di trangugiare una cucchiata di grasso di maiale sciolto a cui è stata aggiunta qualche verdura . Quello era il mio piatto. Immaginate ora un raviolo con impasto non cotto ripieno di una informe poltiglia violacea dal sapore infame. Quello il piatto della mia compagna. Abbiamo abbandonato tutto. Ci hanno ovviamente fatto pagare tutto. Non hanno chiesto nulla. In sintesi, se avete fame, e siete qui, mangiatevi le unghie. Sarà sicuramente meglio.

We went there for lunch and had a very positive experience. After ordering via mobile, we didn't have to wait long for our food to be served. Overall, the food was very tasty and we appreciated that only organic ingredients were used. We particularly liked the large selection of vegan dishes, which we also tried. One small point of criticism: The broth of the ramen soup could have had a slightly more intense taste. But overall, the restaurant is definitely recommended, and if we had stayed in the area longer, we would definitely have eaten there again.

It is indeed a blessing for a group of 23 people to have a vegetarian dinner at Titisee Lake. The boss speaks fluent Chinese and the meals are very delicious except for the slightly sweet vegetarian meat.

Service is probably new, but they make up for it with friendliness. Everything was very tasty, prince beans, bibimbap, three cups of chicken, the burger, Sichuan dumplings and flower dim sum. Everything was super juicy and very tasty. We will come back on our next visit

If you don't know what to order, let the staff guide you. You can also buy things like souvenirs or ingredients at the restaurant. In general very good, everyone very happy. Four people ate, and we ordered four dishes to share. We ended up very satisfied and the price was pretty good compared to the rest of the restaurants in the area. In total about €66 including tip. We stayed at the recreation center opposite for 7 days. It was nice to see how the restaurant opened every day and how many people always came to eat there. We were curious and went there too. Very friendly reception. Uncomplicated ordering and the best thing - the fresh and very tasty food. The Maultaschen with the house sauce were delicious. We will highly recommend to everyone.

We actually wanted to have breakfast… late. We walked past this restaurant sniffing around, actually still looking for breakfast. As we made our way through town, we realized we wouldn't find anything that could top Eat Balance, so we quickly headed back. It was worth it, just browsing through the menu had left us unsure of what to eat. And so we ordered the princess beans, the vegan ramen noodles, the tofu burger and the vegan dumplings. It's unbelievable how delicious everything looked and tasted 🤤 the matcha dumplings for dessert 🥰😍❤️ and then thinking about what you'll eat for the rest of your vacation if you find what's probably the best restaurant on the first day. The ambience is modern, simple and beautiful, down to the last detail, the beautiful tableware also makes a big difference. The owner is super friendly, accommodating and helpful, open-minded. Very personable!

Delicious food, good service attitude

Perfect symbiosis of German organic products and Asian cuisine. I would give seven stars for the food alone if Google didn't only allow five stars. This outweighs the rather business-like ambience and the surroundings (directly at the train station) three times over. You'll definitely get a lot more of it than the mainstream food near the lake.

The ramen is very delicious. I recommend the beef ramen. The soup of the tonkotsu ramen is a bit greasy. The fried dumplings are vegetarian. The fried chicken (chicken popcorn) is very fragrant. The fried meat buns have the same taste as in China (remember to tell the boss not to squeeze the sauce on top). Scented tea has the same flavor as domestic roses (the floral fragrance is very strong)

Very tasty, BIOLAND partner, we enjoyed the first rays of sunshine there yesterday and were thrilled. There was also a small selection of delicious beers in the fridge. Unfortunately, the coffee machine is currently broken. Portions could be 20% larger, but the price-performance ratio is more than good considering the quality and taste on offer! We'll definitely be back!

During my recent visit to Isst Balance, I found the space attractive and the staff courteous. The ingredients used seemed to be of high quality, which was reflected positively in the taste of the dishes. The dishes tried included Tonkutsu Ramen and an organic beef ramen soup with homemade noodles, as well as Sichuan Maultaschen. All dishes tasted convincing, were served promptly and can be recommended. The Sichuan Maultaschen had a pleasant spiciness that went well with the overall taste. Based on this experience, I would recommend Isst Balance to visit, especially for guests who value quality and friendly service. The dishes on offer offer a good variety of tastes and are also interesting for lovers of Asian cuisine.

Wir sind heute aufgrund der vielen sehr positiven Rezessionen dort essen gegangen. Leider wurden wir etwas enttäuscht. Das Essen war zwar nicht besonders schlecht, sondern weil wir die vielen sehr positiven Bewertungen nicht bestätigen können. Zum Essen: Grundsätzlich war es OK. Jedoch: ich finde Basmatireis passt nicht zu den Gerichten. Jasminreis wäre passender. Das Hähnchen war schlecht paniert und kaum frittiert (lampig und ohne Geschmack.) Es kam so vor, als wäre es halb vorfrittiert und danach gefroren worden, und danach nicht fertigfrittiert worden. Sauce fehlte komplett an beiden Bowls. Reis war zudem kalt. Gemüse war ebenfalls lampig, schien nicht frisch sonder eher TK-Gemüse (Biss fehlte). Bei der zweiten Bowl mit Schweinefleisch war zusätzlich das Fleisch sehr trocken, vermutlich auch vorgekocht und tiefgekühlt und wieder aufgewärmt. Die Rippchen fand ich persönlich gut (süsslich und leckere Marinade) wobei Fleisch trocken. Mein Gegenüber fand es schmeckte stark nach Schokoladenpulver und mochte es überhaupt nicht. Die Dumplings vermuten wir auch gefroren, und nicht gedämpft sondern im Wasser gekocht, denn der Teig war teigig und fiel auseinander. Geschmacklich aber okay. An der Kasse waren wir sehr überrascht, dass uns ohne zu fragen automatisch 10% Trinkgeld berechnet wurde, was wir nur gemerkt haben, weil wir die Rechnung verlangt haben. Service war freundlich wenn auch sehr gestresst. Wir haben unter anderem in den Rezessionen gelesen, dass es das beste asiatische Restaurant in Deutschland sei. Wir hoffen, und gehen davon aus, dass dies für Deutschland nicht der Fall ist. 🙂

Auf der Homepage wird angegeben, dass das Lokal am Fr., Sa., So., jeweils von 16:30 Uhr bis 20.30 Uhr geöffnet ist. Am So. 25.02.24 freuten wir uns auf ein Nachtessen und erschienen um 16:45 Uhr. Das Lokal war jedoch geschlossen. Kaum zu verstehen ist, dass die Öffnungszeiten nicht einmal an der Eingangstüre angeschlagen waren. Grundsätzliche Basics der Geschäftsführung werden hier zu Lasten der Gäste nicht umgesetzt. Wann hat man nun wirklich geöffnet?
