Isst Balance in Titisee-Neustadt

Wir hatten ein köstliches vegetarisches Bibimbap. Schade, dass die Teigtaschen nicht vegetarisch waren, sonst hätten wir sie auch bestellt. Es ist etwas seltsam, auf die Bestellung anderer Gäste warten zu müssen … es gibt nur einen Bestellbildschirm.

Ich verstehe diese gute Beurteilung nicht. Mir hat es hier nicht geschmeckt. Lauwarmes Essen. Wenig Geschmack

Ramen kann ich hier nicht empfehlen. Ich fand es sehr unkreativ und lieblos. Standardmäßig kein Ei, keine Nori Blätter, kein Narutomai. Für 17,80 Euro eine einfache Nudelsuppe mit etwas Kohl und Fleisch

Wir haben das Galaxy Schwarzwald verlassen. Von den sieben bestellten Gerichten war nur eines gut. Der Rest war bestenfalls mittelmäßig, meistens sehr schlecht. Alle Gerichte schienen die gleiche Gemüsepräsentation zu haben. Ich verstehe nicht, wie dieses Restaurant eine Durchschnittsbewertung von 4,8 haben kann. Meiden Sie es!

Da steckt viel Potenzial drin, wenn sie für einen Tag einen strukturierten Berater engagieren würden.

Ich hatte das Bibimbab vegan und mich hat es nicht überzeugt. Es schien wie wieder aufgewärmt. Der Reis war am Boden angebraten und die Gurke war auch warm. Man bestellt und bezahlt zu Beginn an der Theke und holt sich das Essen selbst ab. Das mag gut sein, um Personalkosten zu sparen, aber dann sollte das Essen wenigsten frisch sein. Ich wäre lieber woanders hingegangen.

Waren da doch sehr enttäuscht. Essen war entweder zu salzig oder zu wenig gewürzt. Keinen Service (Selbstbedienung).

Der Service mit der Selbstbedienung ist super. Das Restaurant wirkt sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Preise sind fair, nur das Essen hat uns nicht 100% überzeugt. Es war definitiv nicht schlecht aber es fehlt so ein bisschen das gewisse etwas. Ich finde es aber sehr lobenswert wie viel Bio hier Verkauf wird und es auch vegane und vegetarische Speisen gibt.

Essen war total verkocht, beim Kind im Burger war verdorbene Salatblatt drin, beim Beschwerden wurde es abgetan, sie reagierte nur auf Beule, wo Chinakohl auch nicht mehr frisch war. Wir sind total entteusch. Für 57€ und "Bio"hätte ich meh

ICH HATTE KEIN Glück, konnte nicht Mal die Hälfte von große Beule Essen. Gemüse Rigeonal nur Karrotten in überflüss und Kartofeln! Bio ist echt ein Wort, war auch der Reis total verkocht. Bei 4€ Garnellen waren nur 2 Stück dabei. Kind konnte auch der knusprige Burger nicht geniesen. Bei Bezahlen an der Selbstbedinung hat mn nach Trinkgeld gefragt und, da ich alles selbst machen musste, mit nein antwortete, kann sein, dass ich so schlechte Speise bekommen habe.

Gutes asiatisches Essen und ein sauberes Restaurant. Die Speisekarte wurde verkleinert, daher ist die Auswahl nicht mehr so ​​groß. Die Portionen sind recht klein, daher lohnt es sich, für 6 € Aufpreis eine größere Portion zu bestellen (siehe Foto). Das Essen war wirklich gut, aber das Salatdressing war mir zu sauer. Man bestellt wie in jedem Schnellrestaurant am Automaten.

Wir hatten einmal das Knusperhähnchen mit Reis: Hähnchen o.k., Reis kein Geschmack, keine Soße dabei.Dann hatte ich die Dumplings in einer salzigen Soße, schmeckten nicht, zusammen kaum essbar. Bestellt an einem Automaten, bei dem uns der Koch geholfen hatte. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Atmosphäre war nicht angenehm. Beim Hinausgehen konnten wir kein Tschüss sagen, denn es war niemand da

Telefonisch ist das Restaurant nicht zu erreichen, an keinem Tag, zu keiner Uhrzeit. Auch auf wiederholte E-Mails an die Adressen auf der Seite des Restaurants gibt es keine Antwort. Wie erreicht man die Visionäre?

Sehr lecker und eine tolle Bereicherung für Titisee. Toll ist, dass auf der Karte direkt glutenfreie Gerichte markiert sind, so wünscht man sich das. Das Ambiente ist in Ordnung, wenn auch ziemlich laut. Das Bestellsystem am Terminal ist nicht optimal, da dieses relativ kompliziert ist und man so lange wartet, bis man überhaupt bestellt hat und dann nochmal längere Zeit wartet, bis das Essen kommt. Insgesamt braucht alles also relativ lange, was "schnell mal zwischendurch" hier dann nicht möglich macht. Das Warten lohnt sich aber definitiv für das Essen!

Super leckeres Essen, aber ein leider „armseliges“ Bestellsystem (nur ein Tablet). Besser wäre es die Speisekarte und/oder Bestellung per QR-Code an Tisch mit dem eigenen Handy zu machen - dies als Empfehlung an die Betreiber … euer Essen ist saugeil, aber das Bestellen müsst ihr definitiv verbessern!

Wir hatten die Chickensuppe und die Rindsnudelsuppe zum Mitnehmen. Ich bin mir fast sicher, dass die Brühe selbstgemacht war. Geschmacklich perfekt: nicht zu stark gewürzt, aber herrlich aromatisch! Und gemäss eigener Werbung alles Bio. Wir sind begeistert!

Tolles und cleanes Ambiente, leckeres und qualitativ hochwertiges Essen. Absolut empfehlenswert sind die Dumplings in Knoblauch-Ingwer Dip. Bei der Reisbowl fehlte etwas Würze oder eine Soße - dafür war das Weiderind super zart und klasse. Der Service entfällt, da es sich um Self-Service handelt.

The ordering system was completely unusable. In the end, a server came who barely spoke German. Half the menu items were sold out?! We left without eating there.

The food was tasty, regional, and fresh, but the ambiance and overall feel-good factor were lacking; there was too little Asian influence. There was no service; you had to order and pay at the terminal, and then collect and clear your own food and drinks.

Delicious food! We had several miso dishes, soups, and bowls, and every dish was very flavorful and tasty. The atmosphere is pleasant and functional. Ordering via the touchscreen terminal is functional but feels a bit impersonal.

Went for dinner after a day of starving while snowboarding and was very pleasantly surprised that one of the restaurants still open and nearby was this delicious. No wait to get seated, self serviced kiosk to order, quick pickup from kind staff, and had we not came before closing we would’ve sat around longer. The chicken was so good.

We simply cannot understand the other reviews... The restaurant and tables are dirty, the food lukewarm, and the "seasonal vegetables" in January included bell peppers. The crispy chicken was dripping with grease. Orders have to be placed at a machine, and then the tray with the food has to be collected (like at McDonald's). The card terminal still suggests adding a tip.

My partner and I enjoyed a rice bowl and a ram bowl here – both delicious, fresh, and lovingly prepared. The owner was incredibly friendly and made our visit truly special. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, perfect for a leisurely lunch. Highly recommended!

You order at the counter and get a vibrating device when your food is ready. Great food with ramen noodles and the like. The atmosphere was friendly and cozy. The music was a bit annoying!

The staff is really nice. It was fun sitting there and definitely enjoying and would recommend. The food is really good and tasty, things made by the book and tastes amazing We enjoyed several meals and appetizers. Would recommend to anyone who wants great Asian food!

We had a delicious meal at Isst Balance Titisee, near the station, with a large portion of organic Asian hot bowl with rice, chicken and lots of vegetables, and half a liter of tasty alcohol-free Whey.

You have to order your food at the counter. It's simple and very friendly. The quality of the food is very good. Everything is fresh. You get a large portion that's filling.

The staff are friendly, and the service is fast. One thing I found a bit disappointing about our visit was the following: I ordered a green bean salad as a starter (a "must-try" according to the menu). Since it was apparently sold out, which surprised me a bit at 5:45 p.m., I was given a starter salad on my tray without being asked, which I would have preferred to skip. It's a self-service restaurant with a bit of a cafeteria feel, so you have to keep that in mind when making your selection. The relatively high prices seem to be justified by the organic products. The food itself was delicious, but not so exceptional that the high price could have come from somewhere else. In my opinion, 4.9 stars is not an appropriate rating. If it were possible, I would give it 3.5 stars.

The restaurant offers incredibly high quality, and the dishes are perfectly balanced in terms of flavor. A very, very strong recommendation (the only downside is the location/ambience, but that's definitely forgivable given the delicious food!).

If you enjoy delicious organic Asian food, you should come here 😊. We had bibimbab and a hot bowl with tofu. Since it's a self-service restaurant, the question of service isn't really relevant. However, the gentleman behind the counter was very nice. We will be back and try the second restaurant that has opened by the lake. 🙂

Very good restaurant, a bit of a long wait but worth the quality. Dishes are surely prepared to order, good freshness of the products. Very happy with this discovery. The restaurant operates a bit like a self-service restaurant, you have to serve yourself with trays. Only glass bottles for drinks, which is appreciated.

The ambiance is pleasantly modern, with a slightly bistro-like feel – uncomplicated and relaxed. We had crispy chicken and two bowls of rice noodles. We particularly enjoyed the spicy version – the aroma and flavor were simply perfect. The portions are generous, which we absolutely love. Particularly noteworthy: Almost all ingredients are organic, and the few exceptions are clearly labeled – very commendable!

I looked through the reviews and decided the negative ones were pretentious, which was 100% true. The food is delicious and the service is very friendly, although you do have to pick up/clear the table yourself. I highly recommend the bibimbap and the fried chicken. The beef ramen soup was good, although the beef wasn't particularly tasty.

Had dinner at Isst Balance today. Very poor, no atmosphere, no music, and the food was cold. Not recommended, poor service.

The food was incredibly delicious. Fresh, organic ingredients, deliciously seasoned, and good value for money. We would eat here again anytime. Unfortunately, this restaurant also uses buzzers/pagers instead of serving food at the table. Nevertheless, the staff are very courteous and patient. The chairs are only suitable for slim people and children, as the corners of the chair legs extend into the seat and dig into the thighs. This was quite painful while sitting.

The place is pleasant overall – quiet and clean. You have to order your food at the cash register and then pick it up yourself, which is a minor drawback, but it's more than compensated for by the excellent quality of the dishes and the generous portions. The value for money is truly outstanding. The only negative point was that I found a hair in my food. I realize that this can happen anywhere, but special attention should be paid to hygiene in a restaurant. Apart from that, however, it was a very positive experience, and I can recommend the restaurant overall.

We had dinner after a hiking tour. The food was amazing, the staff was very nice and if we'd stayed in the city for more than one day we'd definitely had another meal here. I can absolutely recommend this place. Hope I'll be back sometime.

The best restaurant in Titisee, spent an unforgettable birthday with an alumnus! The boss, the proprietress and the helpers are very enthusiastic. From setting up and receiving the cakes in the early stage to ensuring the timeliness of the food and confirming the dining experience of the diners, they are all very considerate. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. After hiking in the Black Forest, the group went straight to the restaurant and ordered almost every dish. They were all healthy and delicious. Team members directly communicated their taste preferences to the boss, and the boss would make timely adjustments, and all needs would be taken seriously. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. I heard that there are two branches in Germany. You can stay here and get delicious food and a home away from home experience!

A great find. The food was really good, very authentic and well cooked. We arrived late and hungry, with most other places closed but that was fine. We were well looked after and full by the end of it. Shame there was only beer to go with it, but I assume that the licencing restriction.

It was my first time eating ramen with the family and it was very tasty. We actually got chicken for the little one, but after she tried the ramen she didn't want to have any more chicken. Their homemade soy sauce is to die for.

Delicious and freshly prepared food. I can only recommend it to have a bit of a change from classic tourism directly on the lake. The restaurant was quite full when we visited, so we had to wait a bit. However, this wasn't a problem. Friendly service. We would come back on another visit to Titisee.

Das Essen ist geschmacklich so gut abgestimmt und alles ist richtig frisch. Das Drei-BecherHähnchen und der Bohnensalat sind meine Lieblingsgerichte. Wir nehmen auch gerne mal was mit für zuhause.

The food was great. The servers are so welcoming and nice. We had the vegan ramen which was a good quantity for 1 person, we also had the classic vegan dumplings but we had to order 10 + 5 for 1 person as it was not enough. But overall a good place for good food.

Meine Frau und ich haben aufgrund der guten Bewertungen in diesem Restaurant gegessen. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich und das Restaurant ansprechend eingerichtet, trotzdem können wir die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir waren masslos enttäuscht. Ich hatte eine Maultaschensuppe gegessen. Die Maultaschen waren mit Gemüse gefüllt jedoch kaum gewürzt und völlig geschmacklos. Meine Frau hat eine Bowl mit Rindfleisch und Kartoffeln gegessen. Das Rindfleisch war ziemlich durchwachsen. Sowohl die Maultaschensuppe als auch die Bowl mit Rindfleisch wann kaum gewürzt und haben dementsprechend fade geschmeckt. Weiterhin waren die Portionen recht klein und wir sind nicht satt geworden. Insgesamt haben wir dann 45 € für die beiden Gerichte und zwei Getränke bezahlt. Das halte ich nicht für ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Very good food, I had the Qin burger with pork, rather a small portion, but since the other portions were quite large I was able to eat my fill. Friendly service, but she didn't understand the orders very well, we communicated with the menu, which worked well. Drinks: various organic drinks, spritzers, teas. I had the Bionade Iced Tea Peach, which I found very tasty. Alcohol is only offered for take-away in this restaurant. Can recommend this restaurant!

This store is run by Chinese people. The prices are reasonable and bibimbap is also on the menu. Everyone was friendly, and I ordered fried chicken. It felt a little salty, perhaps because it was seasoned to suit German tastes, but the texture on the outside was crazy. I was surprised by the unprecedented quality of chicken, which is rare even in Korea. It only runs for 3 hours, so be sure to time it right.

The best restaurant I've been to in a very long time. The food is delicious and of the highest quality. I finally felt what good pig meat should taste like. Everything presented in a very visually pleasing way. We didn't have to wait long. The food was served with home-made sauces, which were amazing. As if all this wasn't enough, we also played jazz music. That's why I give it 48 stars. Unfortunately, it's not possible. It's only 5.

Das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker, liebevoll angerichtet und für ein Bio-Restaurant nicht teuer. Der Service durch den Mitarbeiter Chian ( Jens ;) ) war ausgezeichnet und wir haben nebenbei noch etwas über die chinesische Essenskultur gelernt. Vielen Dank! Jederzeit wieder!

The best food I had in Schwarzwald. My favorite!

We went here on a Wednesday evening and were glad we made a reservation. The store gradually filled up and people had to be sent away who unfortunately didn't have any more space. I had “tofu house style” and my companion had the fried Maultaschen (i.e. the gyoza) - both were very tasty and you could taste the organic ingredients. The appetizer was also super tasty! If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back! :)

The fake asian restaurant. I looked for Asian Restaurant near Schluchsee and I found The Isst Balance, this restaurant get 4.9 as review. But it was the worst restaurant I have ever had. I ordered Tonkotsu Ramen Soup. The soup cost EUR 15.80, it was very small portion I'm not full. The soup was cold. The meat smell very bad, on the menu mention chive but it was green onion. It is not authentic asian cuisine.

Obschon nur der Koch und ein Serviceangstellter vor Ort waren war das Essen vorzüglich. Trotz des plötzlichen Andrangs der Leute zum selben Zeitpunkt war der Service freundlich und wir nahmen die Wartezeit von einer Stunde gerne in Kauf. Wir hoffen beim nächsten Besuch auf etwas mehr Personal.
