Friendly staff...good value for money...plenty of parking...with outdoor area

We ordered pizza online. At first we were delivered the wrong pizza. I was treated very friendly on the phone and immediately apologized and within 15 minutes the correct pizza was on the table. It was really delicious. From now on only pizza with thick dough 👍

I just have to mention how incredibly friendly the voice on the phone was! I was really looking forward to eating! Thanks!

Update November 2023: Still great :) Pizza Boxx is one of the oldest pizza delivery services in all of Freiburg and rightly so! TOP delivery service, but also great for picking up or on site in Haslach :) My recommendation: California Dream is a great pizza and the filled pizza rolls are great

I ordered a pizza online and the delivery time was stated as 45-60 minutes. Since my order had already been forgotten in a previous order, I asked by phone just to be on the safe side. I was confirmed that the order was on the way. Nevertheless, the pizza ultimately arrived about an hour late - cold, even though the distance was only about 4 km. When I responded, there was only a simple apology and a note that nothing could be done about it. As a customer you feel pretty alone here and not taken seriously. Unfortunately, this experience leaves the impression that customer service and reliability are not really a priority here. If you like to wait a long time for cold food and be fobbed off with a curt apology, this is the place for you.

The reception area could use a make-up and the dodgy left-wing political flyers in the same area would have disappeared too late had it been last week. But the staff is awesome and so is the pizza.

That's it. After about 20 years as a customer, I placed my last order with Pizza-Boxx today. The pizza delivery guy who brought the food was hard to beat in terms of rudeness. It's almost normal that you don't hear a good day or goodbye, but the fact that you don't even get a thank you for a 10% tip is really depressing. While other companies train employees on how to behave with customers, there appears to be no briefing or instruction for drivers. Anyone who has a driving license is simply let loose on customers. The Pizza-Boxx company doesn't seem to realize that the pizza delivery people are the link between the company and the customer. You are the face of the company to the outside world. And if someone can no longer be taught decency from home, then the company has to take over and at least convey the basics to the drivers. And that doesn't even cost any money. But I don't care now, carry on as you want. I'm off.

Always been satisfied so far! Delicious pizzas and friendly service that's how it has to be and when I look at some of the reviews here from people who complain that their pizza comes late even though they are 10 minutes away from the shop I become aggressive again, how lazy I actually have to be by not even 10 minutes to run yourself?! Well, back to the topic of 10/10 loading!

Unfortunately the lasagne was inedible, the dough was still hard and the pieces were pretty salty and ended up in the trash.

Die beste Pizza in Freiburg und ich komm hier schon über 20 Jahre hin

Das Ambiente am Abend an der Sonne hat 4 Sterne, weil es immer was zu beobachten gibt. Sehr zuvorkommende Bedienung und 1 klassige Pizzen. Der Chef ein toller Teamplayer. Einfach mal testen. :-)

Fast kein Belag! Lieferzeit war mehr als doppelt so lang wie angegeben (statt 45 Minuten, 100 Minuten!!!

Die Pizza war schon mal besser.

Wir haben telefonisch Pizza bestellt ,obwohl gerade online Schwierigkeiten bestanden konnten wir problemlos bei dem freundlichen Mitarbeiter alles bestellen,geliefert wurde etwas früher wie angesagt.Hier auch wieder ein freundlicher höflicher Mitarbeiter.Alle Pizzen schmeckten sehr gut .Preis Leistung sehr gut.

Preis Leistung passt nicht Doppelt so lange gewartet als angekündigt und besonders lecker war sie nicht und auch leicht angebrannt. Dazu kam noch das das Wechselgeld falsch rausgegangen wurde.

Beste Pizza der Stadt (für ein Fast Food Restaurant). Immer freundlich und auf Augenhöhe! Nobody beats the Box.

Heute 5x Pizzen bestellt. Lieferung kam eine halbe Stunde zu spät. Die Pizzen waren kalt und nicht die richtigen. zwei Mal Toskana bestellt und irgendwas undefinierbares bekommen!

Einfach anderst lecker danke euch erste mall bestellt und ab jetzt immer sehr freundlicher fahrer

Die besten Pizzen der Stadt gibt es definitiv in der Pizzabox Haslach. Und das Personal ist auch noch freundlich. Alles top👍

Einfache Pizza.Nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Ich bin in verschiedenen Standorten von der Pizzaboxx ,regelmäßig essen . Bisher immer sehr zufrieden gewesen ,das Personal ist absolut freundlich und korrekt.

Ich bin seit Jahren Kunde bei der Pizza Box in Haslach und ich bin sehr zu Frieden. Super lecker das essen und die Leute sind echt nett macht weiter so

Seit knapp zwei Jahren mein Rundum-Lieferservice und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ein Dankeschön an das gesamte Team der Pizzaboxx Freiburg-Haslach.

Filliale March Buchheim: 20 - 30 Minuten nach Lieferzeitangabe, Pizza einseitig knusprig, andere Seite pappig, Pizza ungeschnitten bzw das Messer vermutlich kurz drüber gehalten. Als Neukunde total enttäuschend. Fahrer war nett, nützt aber nichts wenn der Hauptgeschäftsbereich Essen nicht passt. First try war nix.

Immer wieder gerne seit 20 Jahren bereits.. unverändert ist Pizza boxx einfach lecker.

Hammer Pizza, an für sich super Service, wenn nur mal endlich zugehört würde, 4 von 5 mal hab ich Zwiebeln auf meiner Thunfischpizza, OBWOHL ich jedesmal ohne Zwiebel bestelle, regelmäßig !! Extrem schade, beim nächsten Mal lass ich die Pizza zurückgehen und ich wäre dann das letzte Mal Kunde gewesen.

Nette Menschen hinter der Theke. Die Pizza ist eine leckere Pfannenpizza aus dem Ofen. Das French Dressing für den Salat ist so lecker, dass ich sogar meine Pizza darin eintunke. Mein Tipp: Die mit Käse überbacken Pizzabrötchen mit Kräuterbutter.

Immer freundlich, leckere, gut belegte Pizza. Sonntagabend mehr Zeit einplanen, irgendwie wollen alle zur Tatortzeit Pizza :-))
