What are your opening times for if you don't keep them?

My worst stay in a high-priced hotel so far. Aside from being dated, the rooms aren't particularly clean. I had a toothpaste stain on a bathroom counter when I arrived, and it was still there when I left several days later. There was urine residue on the front of the toilet, the glass of the shower stall was dirty with water residue, and the holder for my shower head was also broken/cracked, so you could only shower while holding the shower head. What's also surprising is that the hotel doesn't have air conditioning—it was a given for that price—I was wrong... so much for the rooms. The service in the restaurant and bar is so terrible, I've never experienced anything like it. There's no one there, and if there is, the wait times are extreme. Sometimes, empty glasses from previous guests sit on the tables for hours. It's like a game of chance to find someone in the hotel bar willing to take your order – which usually arrives at your table after 20-30 minutes, accompanied without exception by the words "it's going to take a while." The highlight was when we went out to the glass door within sight to have a smoke, came back, and found the glasses and their contents cleared away. When we asked the waiter what was going on, he simply replied, "We'll address it," and then we headed off for the day. I hear people complaining about the conditions several times, so this isn't an isolated incident. Apparently, Dorint doesn't care. Ultimately, there are other hotels where the service is good and I get a fair return for my money.

Great view of the cathedral and surrounding hills. Nice and cozy decor. Different types of tables and chairs allow you to choose how you want to relax. However, the service is unpleasant. You can't pay by card on the phone, so only cash or a physical card remains. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working and you had to walk to the 5th floor.

A bit expensive for average food but the big selection is positive!
