Gelato Bella in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

I’m not quite sure why this ice cream shop has such high reviews. If it were just a regular ice cream place, it might be acceptable—but they market themselves as authentic Italian gelato, and unfortunately, it doesn’t live up to that claim. I’ve tried many gelato shops both in and outside of Italy, and this one falls quite short. While they do offer a wide variety of flavors, the texture was watery and lacked the creamy richness you’d expect from true gelato. One of the flavors we tried, Wildmeister, tasted quite artificial, and we were so disappointed that we couldn’t even finish our ice cream.

We had waffles that were full of fruits, sweets and toppings - an absolute taste bomb! Every bite was a small experience. The portions were generous, the quality was top and the staff was super friendly.

A lot of plastic waste because unfortunately the ice cream cups are sold in disposable plastic cups. But the ice cream itself is delicious.

Special ice cream, always fresh and prepared with excellent ingredients. The ice cream maker is a professional. Highly recommended!

Great ice cream parlor in the middle of Garmisch. We treated ourselves to a little refreshment here after a mountain tour. The ice cream tastes really delicious and there are also exciting varieties such as salty popcorn or Kinder Bueno.

They're advertised open until 21:00 We raced up street in thunder storm and got there for 20:42 and the shop assistant was closing g up for the night I told him that they were advertised open until 21:0], he asked me what time it was, I told him 20:42. He just shrugged and told me that they were closed Very poor customer service

We were there 3 times on our vacation. Super delicious ice cream, actually the best thing I've eaten so far. Lots of varieties, something for everyone. After our long hikes we always had to stop there and get an ice cream. The seller was also super nice, always had a smile on his face. Only recommended!

Sehr netter Verkäufer und große Kugeln Eis, die Lage ist jetzt nicht gerade die beste vor einer gut befahrenen Straße aber ein Besuch hier lohnt sich aufjeden Fall. Empfehlen kann ich nix weil jeder hat einen anderen Geschmack.

Great ice cream with lots of flavours to choose from. They are closed pretty late so after a nice dinner, you can take a stroll around the city centre and make a pitstop here for your ice cream dessert! They only accept cash.

War leider nicht wirklich überzeugt. Die Preise (1,6€ pro Kugel) sind schon relativ hoch. Ja, ich weiss dass die Inflation damit zusammen hängt, Dennoch hab ich schon günstiger Eis gegessen. Leider gab es zu meinem bestellten Cappuccino Becher, weder Sahne noch Kaffee-Eis. Somit bestand der 6,5€ Becher dann aus einer Kugel Maxi-King und einer Kugel Cookies mit Schokosauce. Das Eis war dann im Endeffekt auch geschmacklich leider nichts besonderes.

Leckeres Eis, gute Auswahl. Kugel 1,60€ das ist für die Größe zu teuer. Die Waffel war ebenfalls lecker. Schön sitzen tut man allerdings nicht

Unsere Frende haben schon erzählt, das hier ein sehr leckeres Eis gibst, wir planen bald nach Garmisch zu fahren und besuchen unbedingt dieses Eiscafé 😀
