As always, wonderful: fast and friendly service, excellent food. Not too loud, not hectic, simply lovely. I enjoy coming here with guests, including children and seniors.

My wife and I were invited to a family celebration. A very warm welcome despite the restaurant being full. Professional service with a relaxed Italian touch. There were nine of us. Drinks 🍷 arrived in no time. Ordering food was no problem, even with special requests. Everything was super delicious...pizza & pasta😋 We'll be happy to come back next time we're there. 🙏🏻👍🏻

We went here twice while staying in the town. First time we had bruchesca and pizza which was superb. My friend had his birthday and we searched the town for a special meal, but in the end we thought this was so good we'd go there again. The second day was shared antipasti, steak and a pasta. The Argentinan steak was so perfectly cooked I doubt anyone anywhere could have cooked it better, it was so succulent. The staff were so attentive, engaging and chatty it made for a great atmosphere on both occasions. It felt like you were eating with family. Loved this place and the meal made made my friends birthday just that bit more special. Thanks to all the team there.

Cosimo was a fantastic waiter and helped guide us with menu selections. There were plenty of vegetarian options for me and steak options for the hubby. The food was delicious fresh vegetables with lots of flavor and brightness. Highly recommend this authentic food and the welcoming hospitality.

This restaurant is a real gem! We live in Germany for more than 10 years, and I must admit is very difficult to find a proper Italian restaurant. Well, this is definitely one exception! The food was simply amazing, the people friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant itself seems just taken from an old Fellini's movie. Absolutely 5 stars.

The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. It's great. The only downside is that they only have two types of draft beer. They have a good selection of bottled beers. They also have a wide selection of other alcoholic beverages.

We've eaten here several times; our personal favorites are the pasta dishes, like the ravioli in sage butter. Yesterday we had pizza there for the first time and were very satisfied. The service was very attentive and the ambiance was perfect. For starters, we shared the antipasti plate, which is also highly recommended. For dessert, there was a tiramisu that we could have eaten ourselves 😋

Two plates seem just right for two people. The appetizer platter was delicious, with plenty of vegetables, and I highly recommend it!

You can eat Italian food there for a relatively inexpensive price for Rothenburg and it's incredibly delicious. However, it's a good idea to make a reservation in advance, as the Italian restaurant is in high demand!

We visit here but they simply ignored us and they did not let us eat in the restaurant. They said kitchen will be closed soon and rejected us but after us at least 3 groups entered the restaurant. This simply not fair. I dont advise here.

Great food. The service is quite slow on Saturday 3pm. Otherwise a decent place to have some Italian food. Pasta portions are quite big so maybe consider having half of it. Also a good idea to get a reservation as some tables were reserved when we arrived and had to wait a bit to be seated.

when we come to eat delicious pizza in here at nine o'clock. They don't take . because they say our that will close kitchen at ten o'clock .But They take others customers that have reservation at half past nine. they have awful service idea

Could not get the attention of a server for the life of me. To top it off, there was a larva in my salad, and when I got a server's attention, she said, "It's because it's so fresh!" ...... Unbelievable.

CAUTION: The bruschetta portion is for two on great bread and fresh herb tomato salad. I had barely opened the bruschetta when the pizza arrived. Pre-sliced, of course, with fresh mushrooms, and of course delicious dough from a super-hot oven. The service was very professional, and therefore relaxed despite being at 60% capacity. PROFESSIONALS, after all - even behind the bar. PS The particularly smooth 12-year-old grappa is simply fantastic.

We visited both Pizzeria Roma and Trattoria Pane e Vino during our two days in Rothenberg. The service and atmosphere in both restaurants were great. The food at Pane e Vino was better overall. The pizza had more flavor and was less greasy. The pasta at Pane e Vino was bursting with flavor and was not too heavy. The food at Roma was okay, but I did not like it in comparison to the food at Pane e Vino. The pizza was greasy and soggy. The carbonara was tasty but far too rich. The Rigatoni Bolognese was lighter but was very basic in flavor; it was a bit bland.

I came here for lunch with three colleagues and had a very pleasant experience. We ordered an appetizer, ravioli, and a pasta dish. Everything was freshly prepared and very tasty. The service was friendly and attentive, even though the restaurant was busy. Overall, a highly recommended place for Italian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere.

The food was nice but the service is pretty slow and waiters were kinda cold. The atmosphere were really good.

We needed a pizza and pasta night for the kids and this place did not disappoint. They were kind enough to sneak us in before a reservation if we could be out by a certain time, which gave us americans more than enough time to order, enjoy our food and be out before the next group. The service was good and the pizza and pasta was delicious. The one and only small disappointment was that they were out of pesto and we were hoping for a pesto pasta, but after a recommendation from the staff we went with the ravioli instead and were pleased with that. If you're wanting pizza in Rothenburg it's worth the stop.

Without a reservation it can get crowded in the evenings, but Roma is definitely worth it. We were lucky (the three of us) only had to wait about 5 minutes for a table; guests after us had already waited 45 minutes or more. We received super friendly service and the food was absolutely delicious and definitely recommended. Questions and requests are answered patiently. Great value for money! If we are ever in the area again, we would love to come back!!! ♥️

Sadly, for an Italian restaurant the food was not very well seasoned. The bruschetta was overpoweringly garlicky and the pizza was only average. I had a spinach pizza which tasted watery. Disappointing!

Chose the highest rating Italian restaurant in Rotenburg, it was really nice restaurant indeed. The pasta of the chef recommended with mushroom / prawns was EPIC! Salmon pasta was nice, and my whole family enjoyed the seafood pizza~ environment was cozy and each person was around 17-18euros. Oh, and I LOVE my hot cocoa 😍👌

Es wurde immer wieder nachgefragt, ob bei uns alles ok sei. Wir waren mit Service, Speisen und Getränken rundum zufrieden. Auch die Preise sind fair. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Short break in Bella Italia in the heart of Rothenburg

Eine super Pizzeria. Das konnte man schon ahnen, weil unheimlich viele Leute abgeholt haben und auch sehr viele Einheimische da waren. Wie saßen sehr gemütlich im Vorraum des Lokals. Die Bedienung war professionell, aufmerksam und mehr als freundlich und nett. Die Pizzen waren dann genau nach unserem Geschmack: Der Teig nicht so keksig, belegt war sie reichlich, aber nicht zu üppig und vom Geschmack her sowieso absolut überzeugend. Das gleiche gilt auch für das Bruschetta al pomodoro, das wie als Vorspeise hatten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war ebenfalls top. Alles in allem ist die Pizzeria Roma zu 100% empfehlenswert
