Perfect meal, had a rump steak today that was simply delicious.

A really great restaurant! The service is very friendly, the food was great and the atmosphere was totally inviting.

We visited the restaurant on a day trip on a Monday. Since the decoration, which was lovingly designed from the outside, appealed to us, we went in and were welcomed by the friendly boss. It seems sensible to book at least in the evening, but we got a table. We took ravioli in sage butter and the pizza 🍕 Capri, both very tasty and recommended. If we're ever in the area again, we'd love to come back!

Very tasty pizza, more selection such as beef salami or sucuk (Turkish sausage) like other pizzerias would be desirable.

I ordered Pizza and Spagetti, but they were not good at all, they had a lot of oil, I waited 30 minutes to place the order! I recommend you not to go!

Chose the highest rating Italian restaurant in Rotenburg, it was really nice restaurant indeed. The pasta of the chef recommended with mushroom / prawns was EPIC! Salmon pasta was nice, and my whole family enjoyed the seafood pizza~ environment was cozy and each person was around 17-18euros. Oh, and I LOVE my hot cocoa 😍👌

If you want a good Italian restaurant, with a low price, and with a good quantity, that's the place you should visit. 😉

Obwohl das Lokal sehr gut besucht gewesen ist und wir keine Reservierung hatten, haben wir doch noch einen kleinen Tisch bekommen. Die Bedienung und der Chef sind sehr freundlich. Es wurde immer wieder nachgefragt, ob bei uns alles ok sei. Wir waren mit Service, Speisen und Getränken rundum zufrieden. Auch die Preise sind fair. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine super Pizzeria. Das konnte man schon ahnen, weil unheimlich viele Leute abgeholt haben und auch sehr viele Einheimische da waren. Wie saßen sehr gemütlich im Vorraum des Lokals. Die Bedienung war professionell, aufmerksam und mehr als freundlich und nett. Die Pizzen waren dann genau nach unserem Geschmack: Der Teig nicht so keksig, belegt war sie reichlich, aber nicht zu üppig und vom Geschmack her sowieso absolut überzeugend. Das gleiche gilt auch für das Bruschetta al pomodoro, das wie als Vorspeise hatten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war ebenfalls top. Alles in allem ist die Pizzeria Roma zu 100% empfehlenswert

A nice restaurant located on the ground floor. The toilets are also on the ground floor, a plus for people with mobility problems. The food is delicious and plates are generously filled. A small minus: not all staff are friendly.

Discovered by chance and got a place quickly. The food was very tasty and the prices were really great. We will definitely come back when we are in Rothenburg.

We were here for an end of year company dinner. Since my bosses are Italian and also run a restaurant, they knew the place. The order was placed in advance and consisted of a generous starter followed by pasta and steak. The starter was plentiful and tasty. Cheese, fruit, bruscetta, vitello tonatto, carpaccio in a perfect combination. The second course was pasta. Sage ravioli and shrimp tagalitelle. At the end we had steak and beef with salad. Perfect taste, friendly service and cozy atmosphere. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Despite it being quite late to co mer we had no problems enjoying tar of the food from this place next to our dog thanks to the extensive ho rarity of opening your kitchen.Perso super friendly person who speaks Spanish no and spacious and cozy place.Dishes very well cooked and abundant with careful presentation to pre cios more than correct.Variety in the menu and complete wine list highly recommended restaurant.

We were out and about in Rothenburg today and spontaneously went there without a reservation. We received a very friendly welcome and shared a table. We had iced tea, beer and Cola Weizen for drinks. All of them tasted very tasty. For dinner we had a pizza salami and a pizza calzone. These tasted delicious and were quite large. The portion of spaghetti Bolognese was also very large and tasty. There was also a bowl of parmesan cheese. We were very satisfied and will come back!

Quite delicious food, we have been around town to find a good place to eat. We could see the locals eating, so thought we had to try it. You will not be disappointed, had a really good experience and service. The food was super delicious with fresh ingredients. We were quickly full, otherwise we would have ordered the whole restaurant. Their beer is nice and cold with a good selection. Will chose some pasta dishes, can definitely be recommended. Super tasty and friendly staff too. My wife has been coming to Rothenburg once a year for many years just because of Nino and Roma. This time I was there and will now keep this appointment free once a year. Definitely a recommendation!

Nichts zu meckern. Hier stimmt es einfach Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar. Im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants eher günstig. Wir kommen regelmäßig zum Essen. Übrigens ein paar kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es hinter dem Haus. Wer hier fragt, dem wird geholfen! Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier gibt es noch echte italienische Gerichte. Nur muss man wissen, das selbst in Italien nicht überall das selbe gekocht wird bzw. es nicht immer gleich schmeckt, je nach Region gibt es feine Unterschiede! Viel Spaß beim entdecken.

We went here for an early supper - and were lucky to get a table only because we were early. This is a very popular restaurant, so reserve in advance. Lots of choices for vegetarians, we went with a pizza and pasta, both served fresh and hot and delicious. Staff were distracted with an event planned that evening in the adjacent dining area, but service remained brisk and attentive. Good food, decent prices.

Cozy Italian pizzeria, with very friendly staff. After the initial disappointment that there was no fish or mussels on the menu, I found pasta with pulp ragout on the daily menu. I've never seen that in any Italian restaurant. A great idea and I really enjoyed it. I also enjoyed the second dish, Melanzane alla Parmigiana.

In the summer of 2018 we (my wife and parents) had dinner here, it was really delicious! The restaurant is located in a quiet street of Rothenburg O/D Tauber towards the old center. It was highly recommended and we will definitely eat here again this summer (2025)!

Incredibly good restaurant!!!! We came without a reservation and were not turned away but were allowed to sit in the anteroom and wait for a table to become available. The service was brilliant, friendly and accommodating. Now for the food.......I had schnitzel with arrabiata sauce with salad and my wife had a vegetarian pizza with extra salmon. And we have to say: IT WAS A PLEASURE!!! And the quantity was plentiful. When we are in the area again we will come back!!!! With reservation ;-)

Yesterday we from the Jaguar Club JAG JAGUAR ASSOCIATION GERMANY had our first lunch stop at RISTORANTE ROMA on this year's autumn trip and all section members were thrilled with the extensive selection on the menu, the lovingly prepared large portions and the exceptional quality as well as the unbeatable price-performance ratio the extremely friendly staff. We have been visiting the Roma privately for many years on our regular Sunday flight trips to EDFR ROTHENBURG OB DER TAUBER and this excellent restaurant has a steadily increasing fan base among the pilots of the flying clubs at the Herzogenaurach EDQH airfield.

Horrible welcome ! Waited at the designated area to be seated and a waiter came and barely spoke to us claiming they are full with more than 8 empty tables right in front of us. Shameful for such a good rated restaurant in the beautiful city of Rothenburg

As soon as we entered, they treated us wonderfully, giving us a large table for two people, which we did not expect, as the place was somewhat crowded. We ordered the food, we were surprised by the price and quality 10/10. You can see the quantity in the photos, incredible. It was much cheaper than other restaurants we saw in the area. The place is decorated with taste, it is not the typical modern decoration that is now found in many places, but it had personality, and you can also choose inside or terrace. We even ordered dessert and we didn't even get to €25 for two people. Nice and professional waiters. If I returned to this town I would eat there again. They speak English well, and I think some of them also speak Italian, so you can communicate easily with them.

Highly recommend visiting Eiscafé Pizzeria! All of the food was absolutely delicious and the portion sizes were perfect. The pastas are offered in ful and half sizes. Pizzas can easily be shared between two people if they’re not super hungry. Also, the bathrooms were very clean and nice sized - which is great. The ravioli bolognese is absolutely worth trying. The Hawaiian pizza was sweet but very good.

One of the best food establishments in Rothenburg. Today we were here for the third time and we will definitely come back again. Very tasty, the portions are really big and filling. Attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive staff. But if you want to 100 percent get into this establishment, then book a table in advance, because the establishment is quite popular. Conclusion, definitely recommend.

This place was packed every day, all day - and we know why! Me and my husband went here twice on our short stop in town, and we were happy with all the dishes! We had the lasagna, the pizza, and the pasta (yes we ordered and ate ALOT!! 😂) Food is fresh, staff is friendly, restaurant is nice. Service is a bit slow, as they are packed, to we could easily understand as we saw the staff running 🏃🏼‍♀️ from table to table. We went on, on our trip to Italy 🇮🇹 but still we had the best food experience right here! Amazing 😻

Excellent food and service! Reservation required. My husband had the baked meat pasta dish $12 euros, it was so delicious, a lots of meat and cheese. I had a mushrooms spinach omelette with salad $12 euros, both dishes were big portions, with 2 beers, the bill came to $31 euro and my husband gave $4 euro tip to the waiter, Cosmo for his good service. Highly recommended.

The store is totally hyped. In my opinion, wrongly so, because even though the food here is OK, it's not THAT great. In any case, it is almost impossible to get a place without a reservation. The prices are affordable and the service is reasonable considering the restaurant is always full. Update: on my second visit I was banished to the "cat table" next to the kitchen door. This should at least have been pointed out when making the reservation. As I said, the restaurant isn't THAT great that I'd rather have any table than none at all.

Very nice staff and great dishes. What we found particularly great with two children was the fact that you can order small and large portions. We would love to come back to the restaurant when we are traveling through again. P.S. Our favorite is the lasagne. 🙂

It's not the first time I've gone to this pizzeria when I'm passing through Rothenburg. Very good pizzas, friendly welcome, and very financially accessible. No complaints !

We had an unexpected fantastic lunch at this restaurant. It was super hot and we were tired so popped in for a late meal before continuing our drive to Füssen. Service was efficient and friendly. We had the antipasto board and melon with prosciutto (specials menu) - both were fresh, tasty and very large portions! My limoncello spitz was super refreshing. Italian is my favourite food but I wasn't expecting to enjoy this meal so much.

Fantastic Italian food, staff from Italy, real Italian atmosphere

There were long queues at all the ice cream cafes around the town hall, so we went to Roma. And how lucky we were. So cozy with good service and the ice cream was amazingly good. Extremely nice staff, attentive and helpful. We are so glad we had the opportunity to eat here even though it was fully booked. Highly recommended.

Lively atmosphere & delicious pizza.

Lovely place with good italian food, tried som of them Bruchetta, buffel mozzarella, pizzabread with garlic, risotto and ravioli. All of them was good, except the risotto that one was amazing. Good prices, and a tip is to book a table.

Food was delicious. The place has a good atmosphere and is clean. Prices are affordable. Reservation is required, but they also accept customers without reservation during off-peak hours.

As food, we ordered 4 cheese pasta and Napoli pasta. The 4-cheese legend, Napoli, was successful. I posted a photo of it as a beer, and it was very successful too. It's a place that still keeps its kitchen open at 21:00 (don't forget this) but serves legendary delicious food..
