Great food and atmosphere 👌! Not a lot of space for parking but within walking distance from the resort. Highly recommend!

I love going to China Garden. The food and interior are great, and the couple that owns the restaurant are very kind. The only issue is that sometimes the food is slow to arrive, but I forgive that since the wife is the only cook in the back and is also often the only one taking orders as well. We come before we are super hungry, place our order, then sit back and enjoy the ambience and watch the fish tank for entertainment until our food arrives. For English speakers, the wife does not speak English, but the husband speaks a little. Recommend the large spring rolls- yummmm!

Underground, numerous guests, like us, left the location because they were simply ignored. Such “hosts” don’t get my money. Too bad

Very well decorated place and the service was great! The food was incredible!! It wasalso very reasonably priced - we ordered extras so we paid about €23 for each of us. The owners were very sweet! We had the Pork Fried rice and the Duck with bamboo & mushrooms with a spring roll for appetizer - I would definitely eat here again!

We were the only guests on a Monday evening and didn't know what to do with it. After the visit I was really pleasantly surprised by the food. Maybe it's good to go to a restaurant with an open mind and without high expectations. I suspect that every self-proclaimed restaurant critic expects star cuisine. I had Peking soup, spring rolls and chicken fried noodles. The noodles were freshly prepared and the vegetables still had a bite and weren't overcooked. I will definitely go there again in the next 9 days. The ambience is virtually non-existent. Since an Asian restaurant is primarily about food intake, I ignore it.

A very disappointing experience! The food really was only average, good portions but very bland with both dishes tasting the same. The service was poor, very friendly greeting and our order was quickly taken but from then on it was all downhill. Our food was served but no one came to check if everything was ok, we would have liked another drink but again we couldn’t attract any service and we had to ask 3 times for the bill as once again we received no response! Really not recommended and we will not be returning!!

The Chinese restaurant near my accommodation is so delicious! The portions are sufficient and the taste is great We ordered sweet and sour chicken, assorted vegetables and sweet and sour soup. The total cost was 27.9 euros, which was very affordable. The assorted vegetables were delicious and the sweet and sour chicken was also good. Although it was a bit too sweet, we still ate it all. A very satisfying meal 😋😋😋 Come to eat again tomorrow night! The boss is from Hong Kong and returns to his hometown two months out of the year. The restaurant will be closed for a while We are so lucky that they are open now! renew: Went here the next day and ordered the sizzling pork with the same mix of vegetables as yesterday, and it was just as delicious! Vigorously promote the iron plate series, which will not be so heavy on taste There is also chicken and egg drop soup, which is light and delicious 👍🏻 The ingredients here are all cooked by the proprietress herself, which is really amazing Like it very much 💕

Went here today on a whim to eat something different. I was pleasantly surprised. The food tasted great and arrived in a timely fashion. The presentation was nice and the staff were very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend this place for a good change up from the usual food here.

Very nice people, but the food wasn't that good the last two times. We had chicken fried noodles with barely any chicken and it didn't taste authentic (and cucumbers didn't fit in). We also had chicken chop suey...unfortunately the sauce was very watery and there were cucumbers in it which didn't go well with it either. It's a shame actually, because it used to be much better.

January 18, 2024: Where do the good reviews come from? If I could it would only be worth half a star to me. Ambiance: getting old, not that bad but: hardly any heating at all, we ate lunch in our down jackets. Were also the only guests. Service: friendly greeting, taking the order - and then nothing more. When our plates were empty we weren't asked if we wanted dessert or coffee, we were simply brought the bill. Like being “kicked out”. The most important thing was the food: Ordered two different dishes: chicken in coconut curry sauce and pork Kun Po. Both dishes only differed in the color of the sauce. The curry hardly tasted like curry and not at all like coconut milk, the Kun Po pork was not spicy. Both were just very salty and not authentic. As enthusiastic connoisseurs of Chinese and Asian cuisine, we can say that every Asian snack bar we know is better. A visit to this restaurant is not recommended. Even if the price for a lunch menu (starters are charged extra!) is cheap. Price isn't everything.

Great little Chinese Restaurant across from Edelweiss Lodge and Resort and in the Main Street of the town. Went there for dinner and there was only one other family there. Food was delicious. Prices were good. Paid 80 Euros for dinner for five.

Hidden gem in Garmisch, mom and pop authentic Chinese food. Could not have been a nicer staff, food was excellent.

Quite good food. Duck was very good. Sauce could be better. Taste a bit artificial but better than some other Chinese restaurants

A tiny cosy little place. Food was excellent. On request they made vegetarian Fried Rice for us, while my friends had chicken Fried Rice. Veg spring rolls and wantons were delicious too. Comfort food as I would call it

Das Essen war geschmacklich top, das Ambiente außerhalb auf Campingstühlen nicht so prickelnd und von der Portionsmenge für 2 Personen ist abzuraten, man bestelle doch für jede Person einzeln. Weil das Essen sehr gut war noch 4 Sterne.

Bester Asiate im ganzen Landkreis! Empfehlung: Eierreis mit Hühnchen! Sehr freundliches Personal.

Me (and a group of 7) came in at 14:15. We did not know they closed at 14:30 until we already ordered. These people managed to get all our orders correctly and the food was delicious! Very courteous and well deserved tip.

I had the noodles with shrimp which I do not recommend. The noodles were egg noodles and they were very hard. There was very little sauce. The shrimp had sand in them. My boyfriend ordered the fried rice which was really good! He also had the beef chop suey which was nice as well. So 3 stars for the fried rice and beef. Noodles 1 star.

Endlich mal wieder ein China-Restaurant bei dem ich nach dem Essen mit einem angenehmen Magengefühl gegangen bin. Den Geräuschen aus der Küche nach zu urteilen, scheint das Essen auch frisch zubereitet worden zu sein. Geschmeckt hat es mir auch und die a Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt von meiner Seite: das Restaurant ist innen etwas dunkel, was mir atmosphärisch nicht so gefallen hat.

Lovely little China restaurant. four of us had dinner here and the service was very good. they heat the plates at the table and serve the food to share among the table guests. The duck was very good as well as the rice and fried rice. the only bad choice was the cola and rum as the "cola"was awful.

This restaurant has good food, but the spring rolls here are not really the type of spring rolls you would expect if you’re used to American versions. The service here was overall good. The waiter came with extra plates without us even asking. The orange chicken tasted amazing, different with added fresh oranges. The tea was very hot. After the first pour the tea started tasting bitter. Beware, this restaurant ONLY TAKES CASH!!

Wer hier Urlaub macht sollte lieber drauf verzichten das essen liegt sehr schwer im Magen plus Übelkeit danach lieber zum Italiener in grainau günstiger und sehr lecker

Delicious and great service. A bit pricey, but idk it’s europe so everything is a little pricey it seems. We spent $60 some for 4 dishes, 2 sodas, and a bottle of water to share. My kids loved the aquarium and ambience. I would definitely return just for their fried rice! We ordered pork fried rice, Kung pao chicken, general tsao’s chicken, and orange chicken. It seems like all the chicken dishes tasted very similar with tiny differences, but it still tasted really good.
