Fabuloso almuerzo. Visitamos aquí cuando terminamos el Paseo/Camino de los Filósofos y terminamos en el Puente Viejo donde se encuentra la Schloss de Heidelberg. Al tener hambre, decidimos probar este lugar y la comida era increíble. En mi experiencia, puedes juzgar un restaurante chino por su arroz frito. Cosas maravillosas. Si me encuentro de vuelta en Heidelberg, seguramente volvería a este restaurante. El precio es promedio para un restaurante chino de Heidelberg. Realmente no creo que te decepcione.

My favorite mapo tofu restaurant.

The food was relatively tasteless and lukewarm. The portions are quite large. A very old ambience, carelessly furnished, 'stopped' 40 years ago. We were the only guests on a Friday evening... Service and friendliness were great. We wouldn't go there again, sorry!

We visited Heidelberg today and visited this restaurant for the first time. The food was truly phenomenal and there is a wide variety of authentic dishes. The Hui Guo Rou is really highly recommended :)

We went here spontaneously and luckily got a spot. The food is very tasty and - as far as I can tell - authentic Szechuan style. The waiter's recommendations were very good and he also made the food "Asian spicy" upon request. We can also highly recommend the steamed dumplings😊

Absolutely fantastic! We were completely impressed by this Chinese restaurant in Heidelberg. The atmosphere is cozy and the decoration takes you straight to Asia. The menu offers a wide selection of authentic dishes, and each one is a taste experience. The homemade dumplings and the crispy duck dish were particularly excellent! The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the waiting times were pleasantly short. Great value for money. A real highlight in Heidelberg for us – we will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the one piece of food on the hot plate was burnt at the bottom, which had a negative effect on the taste of the entire plate. My dish was swimming in fat, unusual, it should have been much lighter. When paying, I noticed that the waitress had re-entered the items in the computer cash register, which also took noticeably longer; I found that unusual. After paying, I later checked the bill; instead of the 3 dishes I ordered, there was a 4th dish. on the invoice. Unfortunately we were already sitting in the car on the way back. We were the last guests before the lunch break and felt like we were being escorted to the door as we left. Something didn't feel right here.

Even if they apologized for the long wait. We didn't say anything because we didn't want to wait another hour

We wanted to drink something cold with four people in the heat. The restaurant was still open for 45 minutes. Food was just being brought to the next table. When we asked about drinks, the waitress had to ask the boss, came back and said: We're closed! Without words!!! Hospitality is something else!

La comida es excelente (conseguir el pato crujiente y pescado al vapor! ) , el servicio es excelente, el ambiente es excelente, la ubicación es excelente (justo en frente del puente) . Y no demasiado caro también. Muy recomendable.

Super delicious food. The owners/waiters are super nice. With the Looking at the old bridge, you can really relax here! There is also Aperol 😍 We think it's great that 0.4l tap water for €2 is also offered on the menu. We would love to come back here

Delicious, very tender dumplings in an aromatic sauce (no. 13!!!) or as wonton soup. I still have to try other variants. Good white wines go well with the spicy (or spicy) main course. Despite the central location, very cozy, a good place to relax with good food and drink.

Best Chinese restaurant I had in germany. Specially the 77 dish it was so much similar like indian chicken chilly.

Einmal und nie wieder! Mit Hoffnung auf authentisches chinesisches Essen sind wir zu viert zum Abendessen angereist und wurden bitter enttäuscht. Die vier von uns bestellten Gerichte hatten mit authentischer chinesischer Küche auf jeden Fall nichts zu tun. Die Gerichte waren nicht nur relativ salzig und voller Glumatat, auch die Art der Zubereitung weicht wesentlich von der Norm (in negativem Sinn) ab. Die Portionsgröße der Gerichte empfanden wir verhältnismäßig klein, bei gefühlt leicht überhöhten Preisen. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals wirkte aufgesetzt. In Heidelberg gibt es wesentlich bessere China-Restaurants.

December 2023, honeymoon record, Chinese restaurant in Heidelberg, Germany! very delicious! It feels like coming home from abroad, and the food is better than most restaurants in China. For Taiwanese people who come here, if they want to eat hometown cuisine and dine in Heidelberg, I highly recommend dining here. You will not be disappointed! One hundred percent!

Cozy Chinese restaurant with friendly service. Well suited for larger groups. The food is a little greasy (but otherwise very tasty) and the spicy oil is not spicy enough.

The two of us were there for dinner. The restaurant is located in the old town, right next to the old bridge. The guest room appears clean and attractively furnished. The service is friendly, nothing more (trying, etc.). The high drinks prices are striking (0.4 Fanta €4.80...). The starter (homemade dumplings) was very tasty. The main courses (fried turmeric noodles & Laziji - actually a classic) became increasingly salty towards the end, which was hardly noticeable at first because of the spiciness. Unfortunately, the classic from Szechuan cuisine was disappointing all in all. So I'll have to keep looking for authentic Szechuan cuisine in Heidelberg.

Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht gewesen. Ich bin aufgrund der Bewertungen hier gewesen, aber mit authentischer Sichuan-Küche hat das Essen eher weniger zu tun. Ich schätze, der Geschmack ist an dem europäischen Gaumen angepasst worden. Die Gerichte trieften nur in Öl und und waren daher kaum genießbar. Meine Vorspeise „Hun Dun Suppe“ bestand aus Hun Duns, die zu 95% aus Teig bestanden und lieblos zusammengeklappt wurden (man faltet sie normalerweise ganz anders) und selbst die mini Füllung war so ungewürzt, dass sie nach nichts geschmeckt hat. Zum Service: Wir mussten sehr lange auf die Getränke warten. Ansonsten freundlich. Die Preise sind für das, was man bekommt, viel zu hoch!

Essen war sehr ölig, geschmacklich ok aber eher wie ein Asia Imbiss. Dafür sind die Preise sehr hoch. Service nicht gut organisiert.

Das Essen war absolut phenomenal! Die Frühlingsrollen sind selbst gerollt und mit einer Füllung gefüllt die ich noch nie geschmeckt habe. Richtig lecker! Wir waren beide Vegetarier und hatten viel Auswahl :) und dabei nichmal nur basics sondern richtig coole Gerichte, die wir noch nie vorher gesehen haben. Das Chinakohlgemüse in knoblauch, ingwer und essig ist soooo gut! Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder essen.

Amazing family run restaurant with a plethora os Asian cuisine, Thai and Chinese. Lovely staff, wonderful food an oasis of taste in a country famed for schnitzels. The Chicken Pad Thai is exceptional as is the Tom Ka Gai soup. Highly recommend.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Suppe mit Maultaschen, Kurkuma Nudeln mit Hacktopping und Hauslimo. Auch das Essen meiner Begleitung war sehr gut. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Unglaublich leckeres Essen! Bedienung war hervorragend. Gerne wieder! Der Ausblick auf die Brücke ist übrigens auch sehenswert.

Sieht von außen zuerst wie ein typisches Chinarestaurant und auch die Inneneinrichtung spiegelt es wider, aber ein Blick auf die Karte zeigt an dass es hier um authentische Küche handelt. Das Essen war absolut köstlich, man merkt dass frische Zutaten verwendet werden und insbesondere die Vorspeise war sehr sehr lecker. Preislich bei den Speisen und Getränken leider im höheren Bereich, aber das scheint in Heidelberg in dieser Ecke typisch zu sein.

Reis Nachschlag bei 3 Speisen kostet 3,50Euro und wurde nicht gesagt. Portion eher klein. Kellner genervt und nicht freundlich obwohl nichts los war.

Authentisches China-Restaurant im Herzen der Altstadt von Heidelberg. Das Essen war vom Geschmack sowie von der Art der Präsentation sehr authentisch. Es gibt auch Vegane Gerichte die mal zur Abwechslung nicht wie eine Verlegenheitslösung wirken, sondern tatsächlich Vollwertig und lecker sind. Es gibt zudem genug Reis dazu. Die Bedienung ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Klare Empfehlung.

Amazing and authentic Sichuan cuisine you could find in the region. Very friendly staff and neat atmosphere. Their menu has fine selection of authentic dishes from Sichuan province and also from other parts of Asia. Loved every bit of it !!! Highly recommend you to try atleast once 🙂

Waren sehr positiv überrascht. Haben sehr lange nach einem Restaurant aller Karte gesucht , kann nur bestens Weiterempfehlen.

Kellner*innen waren nett, Service relativ schnell. Essen hat auch ganz gut geschmeckt, Preise waren in Ordnung. Allerdings haben wir 3 Gerichte der veganen Auswahl bestellt, welche auf Tafeln vor dem Restaurant geschrieben waren. Die gebratenen Nudeln enthielten Ei. Was in den anderen Gerichten nicht vegan hätte sein können, konnte man schwer sagen. Aber sicher kann man sich dann nicht mehr sein. Darauf angesprochen meinte die Inhaberin(?) "Ach so ja. Mit Ei ist es dann nicht mehr vegan..."

Obwohl das Essen gut war. Ein alter Mann, der die Bestellung aufnahm, war sehr unhöflich. Wir waren zwei Freunde und da wir nicht sehr hungrig waren, bestellten wir eine kleine Vorspeise und zwei Bier. Nachdem er sich diese Bestellung angehört hatte, reagierte der Kellner sehr unhöflich, was sich anhörte wie „Warum Sie so wenig Wert legen und einen Tisch im Restaurant besetzen?“ Außerdem gab er uns in 30 Minuten Bier und in 50 Minuten Essen. Andererseits war die Kellnerin nett zu uns.

Wir kommen schon viele Jahre ins Asia. Haben dort immer einen erstklassigen Service und immer Top Qualität der angebotenen Speisen erlebt. Das Lokal ist sehr schön im chinesischen Stil gehalten. Wir fahren über 60 Kilometer, nur um ab und an mal wieder richtig schön chinesisch essen zu gehen. Alles in allem eine Top Adresse für Liebhaber der Szechuan Küche. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Im Gegensatz zu den üblichen Chinarestaurants mit hunderten von Gerichten auf der Karte gibt es hier ein überschaubares Angebot, bei dem sich aber jedes Gericht von dem anderen geschmacklich unterscheidet. Sehr lecker waren vor allem die Entengerichte, alles serviert vom ausgesprochen freundlichen Personal. Klare Empfehlung für alle, denen in Heidelberg mal der Sinn nach asiatischer Küche (China/Thai) steht.

We visited this restaurant during a short stay in Heidelberg craving Asian food after a week of schnitzel and pork knuckle. It is situated in a nice location just by Alte Brucke and within east walking distance of most central hotels. We were early (before 6pm) and as such were one of just two tables seated at the time. The staff were nevertheless welcoming, friendly and attentive, without being too attentive and we didn’t feel at all awkward there being so few other people there. The menu is divided between Chinese and Thai dishes. We had one of each - Schezwan Chicken and Beef Penang with fried rice. Both were superb and well presented - a huge step up from typical English Chinese food. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for dinner.

Wir waren zum Abendessen dort. Was sollen wir sagen? Das Essen war einfach mega mega lecker. Die Karte hat einiges an Auswahl und es gibt von Fleisch bis Fisch einfach alles. Das Restaurant ist auch kulturell - kulinarisch ausgelegt, gerade in Bezug auf die Sichua Küche. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und es ist eine große gute Portion gewesen. Wir haben noch nie so leckere Frühlingsrollen gegessen und auch das frittierte Fleisch war einfach sehr lecker. Man merkt, dass hier sehr viel Wert auf eine tolle und qualitativ hochwertige Zubereitung gelegt wird. Die Inhaber sind auch sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wenn man noch nach zusätzlichem Reis fragt, bekommt man auch einfach mehr Reis. Wenn wir nicht so weit weg wohnen würden, wäre das unser Stamm-Chinese! Super Lage, Preise auch voll in Ordnung!

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und freundliche Bedienungen. Das authentische Essen war sehr ansprechend angerichtet und hatte einen wunderbaren Geschmack! Wir hatten 4 unterschiedliche Gerichte mit dunklen Soßen und jede Soße hatte ihren eigenen individuellen/unterschiedlich Geschmack! Kräuter und Gewürze konnte man gut herausschmecken…….

What a lovely experience. I was travelling alone but made to feel very welcome. The restaurant was very full but a lovely calm.l atmosphere. My drink and then Food was served at a nice relaxed pace and was of an excellent standard The two staff who served me were warm and helpful so it didn’t feel at all uncomfortable eating alone. I wanted to go back the next night but unfortunately closed on Tuesdays. Price was very reasonable especially given it’s location right by the lovely bridge in the old town. English spoken too which was a bonus for me.

Je n'ai peut-être pas choisi le bon plat donc je me base sur ce que j'ai eu. Je m'attendais à une meilleure cuisine chinoise mais peut-être vous êtes vous adaptés à la clientèle de Heidelberg ... Bref, bonne localisation, beaucoup de place, terrasse endroit confortable. Mais le canard était bon je dois l'avouer.

Aufgrund der Bewertung besuchten wir das Restaurant. Essen war kalt und geschmacklich unterirdisch. Wir können die guten Bewertungen in keiner Weise nachvollziehen.

Schlechtes Essen ever… nie wieder!🤮 Süss-sauer Sauce ist Ketchup mit ein paar Stücken Ananas… unglaublich… Auch die anderen Gerichte sehr schlecht.
