I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment, which was made even worse by the unpleasant smell (it felt like a toilet smell lingered everywhere). The food was far below standard and absolutely not worth the price. To add to the frustration, the customer service was appalling. When I politely expressed my dissatisfaction, instead of addressing my concerns, a staff member responded with unprofessional language, including the F-word, and even said they didn’t care whether I came back or not! As a paying customer, I expect at least decent food and respectful service—neither of which I received. I strongly urge the management to address these serious issues. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The owner can do better to ameliorate the condition of that place.

Really very tasty food. The food here is mostly vegan, but there is also something for meat lovers. Be careful with the sauces, because hot is really hot

Boss and her daughter very friendly The atmosphere takes some getting used to The food wasn't bad but there were only 3 meals to choose from Had lamb with rice, the meat was very tough, almost like leather, the rice was very tasty! My colleague made something with plantain and it was really good! But my salvation was the mom in the basement, standing at the refrigerated counter to look at the meat and fish and next to it the cellar stairs went down and at the end the mom was standing in front of the big pot and was stirring around in there, she looked up in a friendly way and was very sweet to wave 😂😂 I thought that was as brilliant as the one standing down there 🤎 In terms of price, I thought it was pretty much overpriced

Disappointing Experience – Needs Serious Improvement I had high hopes for Nollywood Restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Given that there’s little to no competition for Nigerian cuisine in Frankfurt, it seems the owners have become complacent about customer service. We waited over an hour to be served, with no updates or apologies for the delay. No staff checked in to see if we were enjoying our meal. When it came time to pay, we were simply told our total was €209, with no itemized bill provided until we insisted. Upon reviewing the handwritten bill, we noticed the prices were inflated compared to the menu. When we questioned this, the owners casually dismissed our concerns, claiming the menu prices were outdated. This level of service is unacceptable for any restaurant. If the owners want to succeed, they need serious retraining on hospitality, customer service, and transparent pricing. As it stands, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid unless you have no other option.

Very disappointing, I ordered something and half an hour later my order was canceled and I had to wait three days for my money to be paid back!
