During our visit to Aachen we visited this restaurant based on the reviews. An inconspicuous, small restaurant that mainly offers take-away menus. We were surprised by the excellent taste and also the composition of the dishes, according to the motto: "If the heart and mouth are satisfied, the eye must also enjoy something". A big thank you to the friendly local owner and we will come back!

The food, I had crispy chicken with vegetables and curry, was good. But not very good either. Not enough vegetables, the proportion of coconut milk in the sauce was quite high in terms of taste. At least I've had better Vietnamese cuisine there. I also didn't find the selection of dishes particularly extensive, especially for vegans, who are certainly in good hands here. The table was also tight for 6 people and it was a bit too cool, at least for me. Conditions was really quick and very attentive. No question, you can eat well here and at reasonable prices. Only for me it's not quite enough for 5 stars

The cooking here is very tasty! In addition, the service is competent and friendly. It is always a pleasure to be able to eat here as a guest. We've tried a lot of new things on the menu so far and have been thrilled without exception. If you like rolls you definitely have to try the ones from Tradition! Keep it up!

Delicious food. Delivery on time. Food still hot after eating Starter......not warm but really hot. Delicious flavors. Well cared for. Have eaten several times and never been disappointed.

I wasn't that impressed at first because it didn't look that clean in the window, but I was positively surprised and very friendly and the food was very tasty at least what we had and my wife was thrilled so she's happy to go. Price performance is 100% Recommendation Duck in coconut sauce is simply amazing

Bun Nem ordered. Very poor volume of herbs, salad and meat. The "lump" of rice noodles didn't help matters either. Doesn't seem to be Vietnamese either. More likely Chinese owner. Looking for a decent Vietnamese restaurant that's open during the week. Eating also took a very long time.
