Das Essen ist köstlich, die Portionen sind groß und die Preise sind nicht übermäßig hoch. Ich gehe sehr gerne in dieses Restaurant 😇

Das Essen ist lecker, der Service freundlich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Wir wurden sehr schnell bedient. Die Hochtisch /-Stühle sind aber nicht meins. Ansonsten gemütlich.

Sehr schönes Restaurant, tolle Stimmung und leckeres Essen. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch eine gute vegetarische/vegane Auswahl und preislich vollkommen in Ordnung.

Waren jetzt schon 2 mal dort essen. Es gibt eine eigene Seite von der Speisekarte für vegane Gerichte und, was es ja leider nicht oft gibt, auch vegane Nachspeisen! Das Restaurant ist super schön eingerichtet, lediglich bei den Toiletten hätte man sich mehr Mühe geben können. Die Mahlzeiten schmecken sehr gut, kommen schnell und sind preislich auch okay. 😋 Ich komme gerne wieder!

Essen ist leider enttäuschend. Hatten nach unserem Besuch damals eine konstruktive Bewertung abgegeben. Diese wurde allerdings einfach gelöscht. Somit kommen auch die guten Bewertungen zu Stande. Service war wie damals geschildert gut aber das Essen fanden wir leider sehr geschmacklos. Hatten für den Preis anderes erwartet.

Wirklich zu empfehlen. Irgendwie stimmt alles

Meine Kollegen und ich besuchten dieses Restaurant, das fast voll war, daher war eine Reservierung ratsam. Ich bestellte die Rindfleischnudeln, und sie waren absolut köstlich. Ich habe jeden Bissen genossen. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmes Erlebnis, aber wenn man wenig Zeit hat, würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Der Service war etwas langsam, aber freundlich. Wenn man jedoch genügend Zeit hat, kann ich dieses vietnamesische Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen.

Nette Bedienung, sehr schneller und freundlicher Service, sehr leckeres, gesundes, frisches Essen! Zentral gelegen. Kommen gerne wieder!

Eine der besten Pho Ga, die ich bisher in Deutschland gegessen habe!

Waren mit einer größeren Gruppe spontan essen und konnten dennoch einen Tisch bekommen. Service hat etwas länger gedauert bis man bestellen konnte, waren aber auch an einem Freitag Abend da. Ich hatte eine Pho mit sehr zartem Rinderfleisch. Es war eine gute größe und sehr intensiv im Geschmack. Persönlich hätte ich die Kräuter extra gehabt anstelle, alle direkt in der Suppe zu beinhalten. Es waren auch sehr viele Sojasprossen, welches meinen persönlichen geschmack nicht ganz getroffen hat. Als Tipp gerne auch Zitrone anbieten. Preislich etwas teurer so 15-25 € für eine Hauptspeise. Mit Getränk kommt man dann auf so 20-30 €

Wow, wenn ihr mal in der Gegend seid, müsst ihr unbedingt dieses Restaurant besuchen! Ihr werdet es nicht bereuen! Das Essen ist fantastisch! Die Aromen sind einfach himmlisch. Der Service ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Wir hatten beide eine Vorspeise und als Hauptgang knuspriges Hühnercurry (und mein Mann hatte Ente). Es war unglaublich lecker! Wenn wir wieder nach Achen kommen, besuchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder Madam Tâm City 😍❤️

I visited Madame Tâm City for the first time today and I'm absolutely thrilled. The restaurant has a warm, inviting atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. The food was outstanding – incredibly fresh, aromatic, and prepared with such care. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the meticulous attention to detail in every dish. The service was also exceptionally friendly and attentive without being intrusive. For me, it's definitely one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I've ever been to. I'll definitely be back! 🫶💛

Very friendly! The menu is small but excellent. One menu item is entirely vegan. The food is delicious, fresh, and well-seasoned.

Great evening at this restaurant. The food was delicious. The only downside was the service, which was unfortunately very stressed and at times quite inattentive.

I had noodles with pieces of spring roll. All told, the pieces amounted to about one and a half spring rolls. The noodles were in soy sauce, and there was a little bit of vegetables on the side. It tasted okay, but I wasn't full afterward. It was definitely too expensive for what it was. The rice dishes that others in my group ordered looked like more, but they were also a few euros more expensive. With the huge selection of restaurants in Aachen, I probably won't be coming back here. I can make something similar at home quickly and, more importantly, cheaper. Otherwise, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff were friendly.

Sadly the food isn’t like it was before, i mis the real Vietnamese taste, they even do not use cilantro anymore on bowl dishes. The staff is really friendly.

A really great place! Everything was delicious, the portions were generous, and the servers were very friendly :) We had a wonderful meal; it was one of the best restaurants we've ever been to.

The atmosphere and service are amazing. However I have the feeling that they are holding back on ‘high’ flavours and have adjusted this to the western palette.

Madam Tam serves delicious, authentic Vietnamese cuisine. We like to eat here before an evening in Aachen's old town. There's a separate, extensive menu for vegans.

Omg, I'm in love! 🥰 The food is fresh and delicious, especially the homemade sesame balls, because they're huge 😄. Lovely atmosphere and friendly hosts. Please make your sesame balls a bit cheaper, then I'll buy in bulk! They're sooo delicious 🤤 and if you also delivered, I'd get 1000 points. Just nitpicking, I know, but it would be perfect 😄.

There's nothing to complain about in terms of taste or service. The food was very tasty and the service friendly. However, there was a discrepancy between what you got and what it cost. The ambiance could be improved...it's certainly not cozy.

Very friendly service, but unfortunately the food wasn't good. The reheated chicken tasted absolutely awful. The chicken satay was served cold. It's clearly not freshly prepared. A shame! The drinks were good, though.

I would give it six stars if there were one.

So, unfortunately, I can't share the impression of the previous speakers. A vegetarian dish with a meat substitute that wasn't tasty, little pasta, and the rest supplemented with a lot of celery. The waitress, when asked, couldn't tell me what vegetables were on the side. Unfortunately, more show than substance.

Very nice atmosphere, impeccable food. It's not cheap, but it's worth the money.

This restaurant is quite hidden and tucked away in an unsightly spot. If you don't know it, you'll be hard-pressed to find it. Still, it's highly recommended. The menu looks good and thankfully includes vegan and vegetarian options. The dishes arrive quickly, one after the other. I'm a little less enthusiastic about the desserts. My fresh pineapple dessert contained canned pineapple, which I found rather bland.

Highly recommended restaurant, the food was excellent. I'd go back anytime. I had No. 54 (duck).

We really enjoy eating here and picking up food.

Highly recommended for a relaxed meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Not overly decorated Chinese, but with clean, simple lines and decor. Simply relaxed. They serve delicious Vietnamese specialties. The spring rolls were amazing, and the duck curry was simply amazing. Also delicious are the sticky rice balls with ice cream for dessert, as well as the authentic Vietnamese coffee.

Best Vietnamese food in Aachen! The prices are a bit high, but the quality reflects them. We eat here regularly and have never been disappointed. The Vietnamese spring rolls are legendary!

Delicious fries and snacks, a clean, and appropriately priced ambiance. Sometimes there are very long waits to order, so you should be prepared to arrive early, even if you're just looking for a quick snack.

The food was average, the waiters had difficulty communicating, and the plates were chipped. Overall, an average experience that doesn't justify the extra charge. The interior, however, is quite nice.

There are good and very good Vietnamese restaurants. This one is definitely very good. All the dishes were delicious. The vegetables were firm to the bite, the meat was tender. The homemade cocktails, including the non-alcoholic ones, are amazing. The service is attentive and helpful. We'd be happy to come back.

I came back from Vietnam 6 weeks ago and here I find marked tastes like in southern cuisine. This crispy chicken, with this Curry/coconut milk sauce delighted me. The vegetables were also very crunchy with very good seasoning! If I come back to the area, I would definitely stay there again.

Was a very good visit. The food was very tasty and the service was very good. The wait was shorter than expected even though the store was very busy at the time. The food was also beautifully prepared. The selection of vegetarian/vegan dishes is very good. I can definitely recommend the restaurant if you like to eat something like that.

I have visited this restaurant several times and each time it was simply great. The food is always delicious. The employees are nice and courteous and the ambience creates a feel-good atmosphere. Big recommendation.

As a tourist, I eat more at local restaurants and want to try the food at this place. Last night There were four of us when we came and we were immediately asked if there was a reservation. We said no. They immediately said no. We only serve reservations. For us as tourists, the service at this place was very rude and unfriendly.

We were looking for a cozy restaurant with vegan options and are very happy to have landed here. The atmosphere is really tasteful and cozy, the service is very friendly and quick and the food and drinks (non-alcoholic cocktails, very tasty!) are really good. The fried tofu is great.

Unfortunately, the food is quite overrated and expensive. For 10 euros you can get a mini portion of mango salad. Unfortunately the Pho was also totally tasteless... you had to season it a lot... Service and atmosphere, however, were great. But there really are better four-named dogs

Rather bland and not particularly tasty.

We chose the restaurant for a business lunch. Reservation worked great, I was called again the same day to confirm the reservation, which I think is great. We had a nice table in the back as we were a larger group. The restaurant was completely booked, but the service was great, food and drinks, we never had to wait long. Everything great. Our guests really enjoyed the food and we had a great evening, which lasted longer than we had planned and that shows how comfortable we felt. The dinner will remain in good memory for our guests, and for us anyway, we will always be happy to come back.

Very good Vietnamese cuisine. The atmosphere is chic and cozy. The service is attentive. The dishes are delicious and succulent but also with copious portions. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for quality dishes.

As always, the food is excellent and of high quality – a real treat! However, the overall picture is clouded by the handling of table reservations. When you make your reservation, you will be informed at what time the table must be vacated. Unfortunately, this is not the right place for a relaxed Saturday evening in a cozy atmosphere. Another drawback was the way the meal went: I ordered two cocktails at the beginning so I could enjoy them in peace. But as soon as the drinks were served, the food followed immediately. This speed may be appropriate in a takeaway restaurant, but it is simply inappropriate for a relaxed on-site meal. Unfortunately, it lacks the coziness you would want for a relaxing evening.

Per quando c’è bisogno di una pausa dalla cucina tedesca, Madame Tam offre una deliziosa alternativa a base di autentici sapori vietnamiti. Ottimo pho (uno dei migliori mai mangiati) e pollo croccante, buoni ingredienti e impiattamento. Servizio molto cordiale e attento. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Very tasty food, clear menu and varied choice. The staff is very nice and attentive. Even when I forgot my handbag, they did everything they could to get it back to me. Highly recommended for a nice dinner with good food and good service!!

An exceptionally good restaurant! The decor is simple but clean and welcoming, the service is attentive, friendly and never intrusive. The Pho Bo is enough for 2 portions elsewhere, the toppings were freshly prepared, perfectly seasoned and cooked (with bite) and the noodles were al dente! There is probably nothing like this anywhere in North Rhine-Westphalia (including Düsseldorf). A very big compliment and thank you for this enjoyment.

The food, I had crispy chicken with vegetables and curry, was good. But not very good either. Not enough vegetables, the proportion of coconut milk in the sauce was quite high in terms of taste. At least I've had better Vietnamese cuisine there. I also didn't find the selection of dishes particularly extensive, especially for vegans, who are certainly in good hands here. The table was also tight for 6 people and it was a bit too cool, at least for me. Conditions was really quick and very attentive. No question, you can eat well here and at reasonable prices. Only for me it's not quite enough for 5 stars

Wir waren anläßlich eines Aachen Besuches spontan da. Das Essen war typisch asiatisch, wir hatten Hähnchenfleisch auf Gemüse und es war gut. Der Nachtisch gebackene Banane war nicht überzeugend und dafür zu teuer. Die Wartezeit war angemessen, das Personal freundlich. Die Preise sind wie überall nach oben geklettert.

Zeer gezellig restaurant met zeer verfijnde gerechten. De springrolls zijn een aanrader. Wij genoten van hoofdgerechten scampi met groenten en kippenblokjes met rijst. Een aanrader voor de liefhebber van de Aziatische keuken.

I gave three stars because I wanted to be fair, however the food was very average but pricy. Cabbage was everywhere, in summer rolls and even in bun. We thought it was strange and not much herbs in them. The good thing was the staff was friendly. Thanks to them.

Tenía los rollos de pollo de verano para empezar y el pato asado para la red. Ambos estaban absolutamente deliciosos. Lo recomendaría encarecidamente. El personal era muy amable y el ambiente era genial también.

Beef broth was very greasy, so were the stir fried vegetables in rice dish. Crispy chicken was so hard and as dry as a piece of wood. I wonder if those who left good reviews have ever tasted real vietnamese food. What a disappointment.

Wir hatten nicht reserviert. Aber im Hinterzimmer war genug Platz. Wir hatten einen schönen Tisch. Meine Frau und meine Tochter bestellten Suppe, ich gebackene Ente. Es dauerte lediglich 4 Minuten und das Essen war schon da. Kein gutes Zeichen. In der veganen Suppe befand sich ein Stück Hähnchenfleisch, no go. Die Ente sah erst top aus, aber unter dem Fleisch war ein großer Berg Gemüse. Außerdem war das Fleisch sehr durchwachsen, Die Endstücke waren nur noch Fett. Meine beiden Frauen waren zufrieden, ich nicht. Freundlicher Service.
