Ein sehr gutes vietnamesisches Restaurant mit einem allerdings recht kleinen Außenbereich. Die Speisekarte ist umfangreich, ich hatte die 33 (gegrillte Garnelen) - eine sehr gute Wahl!

Ein schlichter und ruhiger Ort. Das Essen war mehr als köstlich und reichlich. Die Bedienung war überaus freundlich. Und die Weinauswahl (italienisch, französisch) war hervorragend.

Wir verließen das Restaurant mit großer Dankbarkeit für die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft und die herzliche Art des Personals.

Sehr gute vietnamesische Küche. Für uns das beste vietnamesische Restaurant in Aachen. Die gemischte Vorspeisenplatte hat eine schöne Auswahl an Köstlichkeiten. Scharfe Gerichte sind autentisch scharf und nicht nur pikant wie in vielen asiatischen Restaurants.

Einfaches Restaurant mit einfacher Küche. Die Preise sind aber relativ niedrig. Nicht für einen gemütlichen Abend zu zweit, aber definitiv empfehlenswert für ein unkompliziertes Abendessen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant unter den vietnamesischen Restaurants, die ich in Aachen besucht habe – und ich bin selbst Vietnamesin. Guter Geschmack, schneller Service und sehr nettes Personal!

Wir waren zweimal da und haben jeweils sehr lecker gegessen. Mein persönlicher Favorit ist S5. Bún Chả Hanoi Bún Cha, Schweinenacken Scheiben gegrillt, serviert mit Reisnudeln und frischen vietnamesischen Kräutersalat, Erdnüssen, abgerundet mit traditioneller Chili-Knoblauch-Sauce. Der Service ist toll, man wird rundum sehr gut versorgt.

Wir waren zu Zweit an einem Sonntagmittag zu Gast. Während der ganzen Zeit waren wir die einzigen Gäste, sodass sich das Personal ganz um uns kümmern konnte, was es auch tat. Dabei waren alle Mitarbeiter stets sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Leider habe ich kein Foto vom Hauptgang (daher nur von der Nachspeise), bei mir war es ein Wokgericht mit Hühnchen. Es war auf den Punkt abgeschmeckt und war nach meiner Auffassung und Erfahrung absolut authentisch und sehr lecker. Ich werde sicher nochmal wiederkommen, der Besuch war es wert!

Einfach toll! Das Essen des gesamten Menüs ist großartig, der Service ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gibt gerne Empfehlungen. Die Dekoration ist lebendig und frisch – gerne wieder!

The salmon fillet with vegetables in the passion fruit sauce in particular was a true taste experience - perfectly coordinated flavors that harmonize wonderfully. The vegetarian soup with mustard greens, ginger and mushrooms was also outstanding – a light yet aromatic composition. The vegetarian rice paper rolls were also fresh, crunchy and full of flavor. We arrived at this restaurant and there was no one there. Our dishes were very well presented but mine unfortunately contained parts of expired meat. I couldn't finish my dish.

Some of the beef pieces from my plate tasted strange and made me wonder if they were safe to eat. The beef pieces did not have all the same taste. Some seemed less fresh than the others. The restaurant was a bit empty when I arrived but got some customers afterward.

After a long time I visited Aachen again and unfortunately I wasn't just a little disappointed here. I've been here several times in the last 10 years (most recently 1 year ago) and the food has always been above average. Yesterday it was almost inedible. Poor meat quality, rice noodles that tasted bad after staying in the fridge for a long time and the sauce didn't have much taste. This was my first time here and I didn't finish everything and I probably won't be back.

We ate deliciously. Despite the hint of spicy, I found it moderate (probably compatible for Europeans 🫣). The ambience in the restaurant seemed more necessary than authentically Vietnamese. There was a larger group there at the same time. That made it quite loud. But the kitchen still had no problems over time.

My favorite Asian restaurant in Aachen. Everything we have tried so far has been delicious. My personal recommendations are the fried noodles and especially the kohlrabi salad - simply delicious 🤩

Die Portionen waren viel zu klein, der Teller wurde mit Salat gefüllt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war schlecht, man bekommt eine ähnliche Qualität in vielen anderen vietnamesischen Restaurants zum halben Preis in Aachen.

Lecker, lecker, lecker...5 verschiedene Gerichte, alle TOP. War länger nicht mehr da und wie früher total begeistert. Jederzeit wieder.

Update 01.11.2023: Wir hatten soeben S4 Bun bo nam bo und S5 Bun cha bestellt, angeblich traditionelle vietnamesische Gerichte, die aber ganz fernab von authentisch waren. Außer 3 Stengel Koriander hat das nichts mit vietnamesischer Küche zu tun. Stattdessen ganz viel billiger Eisbergsalat und Tomaten haben in den Gerichten auch nichts zu suchen! Das Schweinefleisch beim Bun Cha war gekocht und gewürfelt (das wird original als dünne Scheibchen angegrillt!) und schmeckte obendrein noch vergammelt und roch muffig. Der Besitzer muss wohl gewechselt haben. Was für eine Schande!

Wie immer wenn ich im Ibis bin war ich heute wieder hier. Das Ambiente ist angenehm und ruhig. Der Service freundlich, aufmerksam und flink und angenehm unaufdringlich. Ich hatte den Glasnudel Salat mit Huhn der eine sehr angenehme Schärfe hatte. Weil ich die Größe der Portionen kenne hab ich das Huhn mit Honig ( Sauce würzig) als kleinere Portion bestellt. Die war aber auch sehr ausreichend groß und sehr lecker ! Auch mein Wunsch nach frischem Koriander wurde umgesetzt. Preis Leistung stimmt auf alle Fälle und ich hab hier noch nie schlecht gegessen. Für mich eine echte Empfehlung!

Disgusting experience. Found dead mosquito in the plate! When I complained the guy who served the food was laughing when he took the plate inside! They shamelessly offered discount on food to cover it up! Never again! They have very low standards for food what they are serving.

Wir haben in der Nähe übernachtet und haben das Restaurant im Vorbeigehen entdeckt. Die Begrüßung war äußerst höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen kam sehr zügig und war sehr lecker. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam (wir wurden mehrfach gefragt ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist und ob wir noch Wünsche hätten). Das einzige, was ich als negativ (sofern man Wert darauf legt) sehe, ist das Ambiente. Die Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es wird recht laut (Gesprächespegel) wenn mehr wie drei Tische besetzt sind. Das Essen und den Service können wir jedoch nur weiterempfehlen.

While i am in Germany ,I been to a few different Vietnamese restaurants and I would say this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurant in German😊. I was had chicken soup as a starter and spicy fried beef with vegetables it was so delicious. Very good service ,The guy who serve us he was very polite, friendly and helpful. I was struggle looking at the menu as it was all writing in German language ,that man was just quickly notice that I dont understand any German and straight away give menu in English. Recommended and will definitely come back.

I cannot understand. I waited 2 hours as marked by lieferando and had to wait an extra 50 minutes without warning due to late management, the prices are way too high for the poor quality of the food, which arrived cold of course, in tiny portions without salt and seasoning. I expected more by paying 40 euros for two people. Never again.

Restaurant etwas abseits gelegen, aber nicht weit entfernt vom Bahnhof. Essen war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Keine Geschmacksverstärker! Die Bedienung ist schnell und sehr lustig. Es gibt Außen Sitzplätze!

Wir hatten hier zu zweit eine tolle Zeit. Zu essen gab es die Menüplatte Mon An Hanoi. Sowohl die Suppe als auch die Frühlingsrollen zur Vorpeise waren top! Auch die Hauptspeisenplatte war sehr reichlich, wir haben Sie fast nicht aufessen können. Die frittierte Ananas zur Nachspeise war auch sehr schmackhaft. Ein insgesamt gelungenes Menü und sehr freundliches Personal. Falls ich nochmals die vietnamesische Küche genießen möchte würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier hin gehen.

Wir waren gestern mit einer größeren Gruppe bei Van und sind allesamt begeistert. Das Essen war sehr gut, meine Ente auf den Punkt. Die Vorspeisen ebenfalls. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Da gab es keine Frage wer welches Essen/Getränk bekommt, das wusste er noch aus dem Kopf. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich hatte das Hähnchen knusprig mit Gemüse und Reis (G2), vorab die Vorspeisenplatte für 2 Personen und den Kohlrabisalat. Letzters war eine wahre Geschmacksexplosion und mega lecker, was ich nicht erwartet hätte. Alles war ausgezeichnet und schön angerichtet. Ich kann das Restaurant absolut empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Freundliche, zuvorkommende Bedienung. Je nach Wunsch wird Knusprig oder blattfrisch köstliche Mahlzeiten ohne Wartezeiten serviert. Auch mit eine bezaubernde Optik auf dem Teller präsentiert. Der gesamte Restaurationsbetrieb zeigt ein gastronomisches Besonderheit mit bester zukunftsperspekive: eine Ambiente, die trotz einfache Ausstattung beste Qualität liefert. Hier schmeckt man Handwerksqualitäten, wie man es für alle Zukunft überall bei Wirtshäuser wohl wünschen würde.

Sehr gutes Essen und aufmerksame Bedienung. Die Sommerrollen und Satéspieße sind besser als alles, was ich in Berlin gegessen habe. Auch die Hauptgerichte und der Nachtisch waren einfach köstlich. Absolute Empfehlung.

Leider muss ich nach 2 Wochen pause, meine Rezenzion ändern. Es gibt einen neuer Koch, und meine so gelibte knusprige Ente, ist mit eine langweilige Portion von gekochte Gemüse ohne gewürz und Soße gekommen. Ich habe reklamiert und hoffe dass es sich ändert. Leider werde ich das nicht sehen, weil das war meine letzte Speise vor den Umzug zu eine andere Stadt. Supernette mitarbeiter. Sie lächeln die ganze Zeit. Super saubetes und angenehmes Ambiente. Ich war auf Dienstreise und jede woche bin ich hinngegangen und eine andere Speise bestehlt. Die knusprige Ente mit Erdnusssoße und das Lammbraten in der Wok waren die beste. Schön presentiert und einfach köstlich. Nicht verpassen. Ganz nah an den Hauptbahnhof.
