The most low quality food I ever tried, just fancy and nice. Chicken is just a protein mix not chicken breast. Never recommend to nobody Just commercial place in city center Overpriced

I've picked up three takeaways now. Everything is super fresh and delicious. Apparently, there are no artificial flavor enhancers. The packaging is sustainable, made of cardboard and comes in paper bags. Highly recommended. 👍

Easy to find restaurant. It's located on the pedestrian zone of a quiet town, with parking nearby. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. The food is delicious and healthy. There are many vegetarian options on the menu. The bill is reasonable. A must-try as soon as possible to discover other dishes.

Compared to Madam Tam in the city center, the restaurant here is much smaller and has a much more modern design. To be honest, I find this location much more appealing - but tastes are different! The food is great and what I immediately noticed was coriander in the Pho! I don't know if it's available in the city center now, but I've always missed it here! I know a lot of people don't like it, but for me it's an essential part of Vietnamese cuisine! I can really recommend the Pho here to everyone! But the starters are also really delicious! The spring rolls and the stuffed leaves are particularly great! The service here is also very courteous, attentive and super nice! We'll definitely be back!

The food is very tasty but very little. You really don't have to save that much, especially when it comes to side dishes like rice. However, the service is catastrophic, the staff is extremely inattentive and you almost have to get the drink yourself to get something.

I was there for the first time. The staff, Asian friendly, seemed quite haphazard throughout the evening. No one realized that customers wanted to pay or they ignored it. Nobody was approachable, there was no contact, you didn't really feel welcome.

I went to the Madame Tam restaurant for the first time today and I was very impressed. The starter was stuffed beef spring rolls and the main course was crispy chicken in curry coconut sauce with rice and vegetables (as I recall, it's 52C on the menu). The appetizer was a good starter, the main course was very tasty and I can only recommend it to everyone. The sauce is nice and creamy, the vegetables are well cooked and still nice and crunchy, the rice is wet and sticky and the chicken is juicy. If you like to treat yourself to a nightcap after a meal, I can only recommend the rose schnapps. However, this one has good revs and burns all the way down to your stomach with a sweet taste. I will definitely be a guest again. 10 out of 10 points from me, tries to keep the quality of food at this level.

We were there for the first time yesterday and the conclusion is: Very good food (duck) with fresh vegetables. The starters were also impeccable, well seasoned and tasted very good. A nice, tasteful atmosphere with impeccable, friendly service. Absolutely recommended if you fancy Vietnamese cuisine. We will be back! 👍✨

Das Essen war sehr lecker aber keine unfassbare Offenbarung. Es gibt eine sehr grosse vegane Vielfalt, die der nicht vergangen in nichts nachsteht. Die Bedienung war freundlich aber zurückhaltend und die Tische sind für grosse Menschen leider sehr niedrig, was die Plätze draußen für uns leider etwas unkonfortabel macht. Trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Die Umgebung ist wirklich super, Burtscheid ist klasse und die Lage in der ruhigen Fußgängerzone ist perfekt. Insgesamt haben wir uns allerdings über die Entscheidung hier zu essen, sehr geärgert: X Getränkebestellung war abenteuerlich, aber um mir meine Schorle zu basteln hat das Nachordern von Wasser zum beimischen doch noch geklappt - auf Kundenkosten natürlich X Die Vorspeisen wurden vergessen X die Pho, die meinen heimischen Topf verlässt, schmeckt authentischer Fazit unseres gestrigen Abends: 45€ für zwei Getränke und zwei schlecht-schmeckende Suppen.

:( Im Mai zum ersten Mal da gewesen und alles war sehr lecker und schön und Service war super und es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Seitdem unser #1 Laden zum bestellen und Essengehen. Leider mit jedem Besuch immer weniger. Letzten 7 Bestellungen:“Bitte kein Tofu aber gern mit etwas mehr Gemüse“ dann war Tofu drin und kein extra Gemüse „Bitte kein Tofu und/oder sojaweizenfleisch“ war Tofu und sojaweizenfleisch drin. Kein extra Gemüse. 50€ für 2 Pho (Glasnudeln und neuerdings Eisbergsalat) 6 Sommerrollen ohne Tofu…. Jeder macht seine Preise selbst okay, aber dafür komme ich nicht mehr. Sehr schade.

Ein spontanes Essen zu einem besonderen Anlass. Die Empfehlungen waren hoch, also schauten wir Mal rein. Auswahl an Gerichten ist ausreichend, Preise leicht erhöht. Geschmacklich war es dabei jedoch sehr lecker. Serviceleistung war ein wenig ausreichend, aber freundlich. Nur wer keine aktuellen Geldscheine bei sich hat, wird hinterfragt und zahlt mit Karte :D :D Bringt eure alten Scheine besser zur Bank, statt nach hier ;)

Hervorragendes Essen (der Fisch war der Beste, den ich seit Langem gegessen habe) und das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend und erklärte uns mit einem Schmunzeln, aber sehr höflich, wie das mit dem vietnamesischen Kaffee funktioniert, den wir noch nie zuvor getrunken hatten, aber einfach mal ausprobieren wollten. Unser absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant! Das Essen ist wahnsinnig gut. Man wartet nie lange und die Bedienung ist freundlich. Wir gehen regelmäßig bei Madame Tam essen und wurden noch nie enttäuscht.

Essen wieder einmal sehr lecker und Mengen allemal ausreichend. Service unaufdringlich, schnell, aufmerksam. Preise angemessen. Ambiente im hinteren Durchgang etwas dürftig. Natürlich kommen wir immer wieder gerne!

Sehr leckere Vorspeisen - wir hatten 3 verschiedene - Hauptgericht Garnelen sehr gut. Gemüse frisch und knackig. Einziger Abzug fürs Ambiente, da wir vorne in der Nähe des Eingangs saßen und jetzt im Winter oft eiskalte Luft hineinschwappte.

Das Essen war klasse. Es war nur sehr Laut. Vielleicht ist das aber auch die Kultur in Aachen.

Im Anschluss genießt man einen leckeren Cocktail ehe man sich durch die nette Burtscheider Passage nach Hause schlingelt. Freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch. Merci!

Nous cherchions un bon vietnamien un soir, nous voulions aller chez Madame Tam à Aachen mais nous avons vu cette autre adresse nouvelle. Du coup, excellente cuisine vraiment, copieux et à un prix très correct. Seul le service nous un peu déconcerté : attente de 15min pour commander l'apero, qui a mis un autre 15min à arriver où entre temps on nous a redemandé 2x ce que l'on voulait boire, erreur de plats avec la serveuse qui nous dit que c'est la bonne commande (c'est sûr qu'un canard frit ressemble à un curry coco...), et lève les yeux au ciel tellement ça a l'air de la gonfler mais s'exécute finalement...et à la fin erreur de 10 euros sur la monnaie ! On refaiera quand même un essai car c'était quand même très bon, en espérant que le service ce sera amélioré

We loved it. Lovely decor, great music and cool setting. Menu was in English and also English offered by waitress. We loved the food which was tasty and healthy. Price was reasonable. Service could have been better at the end as some staff went home and took a while to pay, but whatever it was a Monday. Would definitely return.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker. Der Zeitraum zwischen Bestellung und Übergabe am Tisch, war sehr zügig. Respekt auch dafür. Das Ambiente fand ich wirklich sehr toll. Das Essen war lecker, die Bedienung sehr nett und das Ambiente Klasse. Ich schaffte nur die Hälfte vom Essen und bat darum, dass die andere Hälfte zum mitnehmen eingepackt wird. Bedienung sagte "kein Problem ich packe es ein". Beim Bezahlen sagte sie mir, dass es versehentlich entsorgt worden ist aber "kann man jetzt nichts machen" und entschuldigte sicj. Voller Preis wurde aber dennoch berechnet. Echt uncool!
