Madame Tâm Burtscheid in Aachen

Alles in allem ein sehr guter Vietnames mit authentischem Geschmack und sehr guter Qualität. Mir fehlte nur ein Stück Limone und Fischsauce zum Nachwürzen.

Das Essen war okay, aber für den Preis zu wenig. Das Hähnchen von meinem Freund war er zäh. Die Kokossoße war eher wässrig.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung war freundlich. Leider wurde uns ein alkoholisches Getränk, statt der alkoholfreien Alternative serviert. Der Kellner sprach schlecht Deutsch. Wir fragten beim Bezahlen beim vermeintlichen Inhaber, ob es sich wirklich um das alkoholfreie Getränk gehandelt hatte. Auf der Rechnung statt das alkoholische Getränk. Der Inhaber war super unverschämt, hat sich kein bisschen entschuldigt und meinte er könne nichts dafür. Wir dürften das alkoholfreie - etwas günstigere Getränk - bezahlen, war sein toller Vorschlag. Ich bin entsetzt. Meine Freundin stillt ihr Kind und es hätte böse ausgehen können, wenn wir den Fehler nicht entdeckt hätten. Fehler können passieren. Damit angemessen umzugehen, ist meiner Meinung nach, ein absolutes Mindestmaß.

Atmosphäre und Service sind gut. Ehrlich gesagt, was die Qualität des Essens angeht, kann es aber im Vergleich zu vielen anderen vietnamesischen Restaurants in Köln nicht mithalten – das Essen ist okay bis mittelmäßig, und die Preise sind im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants in Köln überdurchschnittlich hoch. Diesen Eindruck teilte auch unsere Gruppe, und wir planen leider keinen weiteren Besuch. Vielleicht hatten wir, den Bewertungen nach zu urteilen, einfach nur Pech, aber uns hat es nicht besonders gefallen.

Es war sehr lecker und der Service war nett und unaufdringlich. Pho war spitze und die Sommerrollen auch sehr lecker. Es war Mitten inder Woche Abends sehr voll. Ohne Reservierung wird es zum Abendessen sicherlich nicht immer einfach sein einen Platz zu bekommen.

Ich würde ja gerne das Esseb hier beeurteilen, bin aber als Einzelgast deutlich aufgefordert worden, einen anderen Tisch einzunehmen, obwohl noch etliche Vierertische frei waren. Ich habe es dann vorgezogen zu gehen, ohne dort etwas zu verzehren. Ich werde auch nicht wieder dorthin gehen, ich muss mich dort nicht als Gast aufdrängen. Schade!

Wer extra wegen der Pho kommt, wird sehr enttäuscht sein. Die Suppe war nur lauwarm und kühlte schnell ab, und ich esse eigentlich schnell. Außerdem war sie ungewürzt. Ich habe in Aachen, Köln und Düsseldorf schon viel bessere Pho gegessen. Ich werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

wir waren gestern dort zu zweit essen. Sehr gemütliches Ambiente. Speisen frisch und qualitativ gut. Preis / Leistung auch top. Es gibt auch Cocktails und eine gute Mischung, Auswahl an Getränken. Insgesamt wirklich gut.

Sehr freundliche Menschen, die gerne Fragen beantworten und "leckere" Tipps geben. Viel Platz auch in hinteren Räumen.

Leckeres Essen und frische Lebensmittel

Das Essen war ok,aber nicht der Überflieger. Die Ente war lecker,das drumherum normaler standart eines to go Restaurants und wenig ansprechend. Leider war es im hinteren Raum sehr,sehr kalt,was nicht zum langen Verweilen einlud. Durchgefrohren haben wir auf den Nachtisch verzichtet. Bedingungen war höflich, aber selten zu gegen und wenig greifbar. Kann man machen,aber muss man nicht. Wir leider eher nicht wieder.

Sehr frisches Essen: Hähnchen mit Gemüse und Reis war köstlich.

Das schlechteste Essen, das ich je gegessen habe – einfach nur schick und nett. Das Hähnchen war nur eine Proteinmischung, keine Hähnchenbrust. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Ein typisches Restaurant im Stadtzentrum. Völlig überteuert.

A stylish Vietnamese restaurant. I had Vietnamese pho. The taste was light and delicious. It can't be helped, as the average price for eating out in Germany is high, but it was 7-10 times more expensive than when I ate in Vietnam.

I've picked up three takeaways now. Everything is super fresh and delicious. Apparently, there are no artificial flavor enhancers. The packaging is sustainable, made of cardboard and comes in paper bags. Highly recommended. 👍

Easy to find restaurant. It's located on the pedestrian zone of a quiet town, with parking nearby. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. The food is delicious and healthy. There are many vegetarian options on the menu. The bill is reasonable. A must-try as soon as possible to discover other dishes.

We had roast duck, curry chicken, pho bo, summerroll shrimps and drank red wine and beer. The service was good, the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable.

A Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Burtscheid. The small but very fine menu contains very tasty dishes. Vegans don't miss out here either. We really enjoy eating here.

Compared to Madam Tam in the city center, the restaurant here is much smaller and has a much more modern design. To be honest, I find this location much more appealing - but tastes are different! The food is great and what I immediately noticed was coriander in the Pho! I don't know if it's available in the city center now, but I've always missed it here! I know a lot of people don't like it, but for me it's an essential part of Vietnamese cuisine! I can really recommend the Pho here to everyone! But the starters are also really delicious! The spring rolls and the stuffed leaves are particularly great! The service here is also very courteous, attentive and super nice! We'll definitely be back!

The food is very tasty but very little. You really don't have to save that much, especially when it comes to side dishes like rice. However, the service is catastrophic, the staff is extremely inattentive and you almost have to get the drink yourself to get something.

I was in the Madame Tam restaurant for the first time at the weekend. Nice service staff. The dishes were very good. I can happily recommend my crispy chicken with rice in a curry coconut sauce and delicious vegetables.

It takes an extremely long time to even order. The staff is not friendly. Ambiance is still very nice. But for me the bad service was decisive for the bad rating. Food and prices okay.

I was there for the first time. The staff, Asian friendly, seemed quite haphazard throughout the evening. No one realized that customers wanted to pay or they ignored it. Nobody was approachable, there was no contact, you didn't really feel welcome.

I went to the Madame Tam restaurant for the first time today and I was very impressed. The starter was stuffed beef spring rolls and the main course was crispy chicken in curry coconut sauce with rice and vegetables (as I recall, it's 52C on the menu). The appetizer was a good starter, the main course was very tasty and I can only recommend it to everyone. The sauce is nice and creamy, the vegetables are well cooked and still nice and crunchy, the rice is wet and sticky and the chicken is juicy. If you like to treat yourself to a nightcap after a meal, I can only recommend the rose schnapps. However, this one has good revs and burns all the way down to your stomach with a sweet taste. I will definitely be a guest again. 10 out of 10 points from me, tries to keep the quality of food at this level.

We were there for the first time yesterday and the conclusion is: Very good food (duck) with fresh vegetables. The starters were also impeccable, well seasoned and tasted very good. A nice, tasteful atmosphere with impeccable, friendly service. Absolutely recommended if you fancy Vietnamese cuisine. We will be back! 👍✨

Das Essen war sehr lecker aber keine unfassbare Offenbarung. Es gibt eine sehr grosse vegane Vielfalt, die der nicht vergangen in nichts nachsteht. Die Bedienung war freundlich aber zurückhaltend und die Tische sind für grosse Menschen leider sehr niedrig, was die Plätze draußen für uns leider etwas unkonfortabel macht. Trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Die Umgebung ist wirklich super, Burtscheid ist klasse und die Lage in der ruhigen Fußgängerzone ist perfekt. Insgesamt haben wir uns allerdings über die Entscheidung hier zu essen, sehr geärgert: X Getränkebestellung war abenteuerlich, aber um mir meine Schorle zu basteln hat das Nachordern von Wasser zum beimischen doch noch geklappt - auf Kundenkosten natürlich X Die Vorspeisen wurden vergessen X die Pho, die meinen heimischen Topf verlässt, schmeckt authentischer Fazit unseres gestrigen Abends: 45€ für zwei Getränke und zwei schlecht-schmeckende Suppen.

:( Im Mai zum ersten Mal da gewesen und alles war sehr lecker und schön und Service war super und es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Seitdem unser #1 Laden zum bestellen und Essengehen. Leider mit jedem Besuch immer weniger. Letzten 7 Bestellungen:“Bitte kein Tofu aber gern mit etwas mehr Gemüse“ dann war Tofu drin und kein extra Gemüse „Bitte kein Tofu und/oder sojaweizenfleisch“ war Tofu und sojaweizenfleisch drin. Kein extra Gemüse. 50€ für 2 Pho (Glasnudeln und neuerdings Eisbergsalat) 6 Sommerrollen ohne Tofu…. Jeder macht seine Preise selbst okay, aber dafür komme ich nicht mehr. Sehr schade.

Ein spontanes Essen zu einem besonderen Anlass. Die Empfehlungen waren hoch, also schauten wir Mal rein. Auswahl an Gerichten ist ausreichend, Preise leicht erhöht. Geschmacklich war es dabei jedoch sehr lecker. Serviceleistung war ein wenig ausreichend, aber freundlich. Nur wer keine aktuellen Geldscheine bei sich hat, wird hinterfragt und zahlt mit Karte :D :D Bringt eure alten Scheine besser zur Bank, statt nach hier ;)

Hervorragendes Essen (der Fisch war der Beste, den ich seit Langem gegessen habe) und das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend und erklärte uns mit einem Schmunzeln, aber sehr höflich, wie das mit dem vietnamesischen Kaffee funktioniert, den wir noch nie zuvor getrunken hatten, aber einfach mal ausprobieren wollten. Unser absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant! Das Essen ist wahnsinnig gut. Man wartet nie lange und die Bedienung ist freundlich. Wir gehen regelmäßig bei Madame Tam essen und wurden noch nie enttäuscht.

Essen wieder einmal sehr lecker und Mengen allemal ausreichend. Service unaufdringlich, schnell, aufmerksam. Preise angemessen. Ambiente im hinteren Durchgang etwas dürftig. Natürlich kommen wir immer wieder gerne!

Sehr leckere Vorspeisen - wir hatten 3 verschiedene - Hauptgericht Garnelen sehr gut. Gemüse frisch und knackig. Einziger Abzug fürs Ambiente, da wir vorne in der Nähe des Eingangs saßen und jetzt im Winter oft eiskalte Luft hineinschwappte.
