Wow. Super super delicious! I had the flat rice noodles (which are even thick, because other restaurants now have thin ones), fried tofu in a very tasty dressing with peanuts for €12.

Delicious pho. The owner is very enthusiastic and cute. Highly recommend!

Were there as a couple around 6pm-ish. Service was ridiculous. Startet (Saté-Chicken) was okay/good. Udon-Duck was really not good. Duck looked grey and was not really tasting like anything cardboard, watery sauce, dead veggies. Partner had (at least was supposed to have) the Tofu Curry - what came was more watery-soupy-something that tasted like nothing. Don’t understand the good reviews- it’s bad.

Visit December 11, 2021 The noodle soup tastes different compared to last year. The carrots are not cooked through. There was too much fish sauce and makes you thirsty. Duck was good, but good quality fragrant rice was not enough. No card acceptance. The prices are not correct (1-1.5€ more than online). Should be updated. ———————————————— Was there before lockdown and am very satisfied. Everything freshly cooked and carefully prepared. There are wide options for vegan/vegetarian and are actually not tasteless as one would normally imagine. The veg broth was tasty and there were lots of vegetables in it (also MSG free). Tofu was delicious. My colleague (vegetarian) was pleasantly surprised. However, after eating you feel very thirsty. There was probably too much salt. Mango sauce curry looks small but it fills you up nicely. They used very good fragrant rice for food!! Mango sauce is homemade and nice and thick. You have to try this! They also made the topping sauce themselves. Two chili sauces with two different spicy flavors - very good! We also tried spring roll. The fish sauce with crispy rolls are unforgettable Price very competitive compared to other Vietnamese store. Hygienically it is very well taken care of and the condition is friendly and compact. I'd love to come back after lockdown!

For anyone looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, Good Morning Vietnam is a real insider tip!! Small and inconspicuous from the outside, you end up in the culinary heart of Vietnam. Both the starters and the main courses were fresh and perfectly seasoned! We were more than thrilled and will definitely come back! Ps: Don't forget to bring cash!

Great taste, they know how to make good adaptation tastes in spite of not being 100% Authentic. Id enjoy more if they can make curries more concentrated and less watery. But I get why, because German almans cannot eat them.

I love the summer rolls and Pho Bo there. I find them to be the best ones in Aachen. It's a simple, family place (cash only), but I'd definitely recommend it!

The food was of very good quality and was really a feast for the palate. The restaurant is rather small and you have a live cooking experience. And in addition to a very good price-performance ratio, the portions are completely sufficient.

I really recommend this pho shop! First, the beef pho is exquisite. There is no smell at all, the soup stock is strong, and the flavor of the soup spreads out. Once you try the crunchy sweet and sour fried chicken, you'll be hooked. Another good point was that the juice was reasonably priced at 1.5 euros. ^^ The staff was also very kind, and when I told them that I didn't speak German, they kindly explained it to me using a translation app. Although the store is busy, it has a homely atmosphere that makes you want to stay for a long time. Overall, the price was reasonable and the portions were plentiful, making me very satisfied. It's also close to Aachen's famous hot spring facilities, so if you're a pho fan, be sure to give it a try ✨

There is a large menu with dishes of different tastes and colors. As always, I took the soup called "Ramen", but it included not only noodles, but a choice of: dumplings or chicken. I took dumplings. And also took rice in mango-curry sauce with vegetables and chicken. The atmosphere is cozy, compact (it's a pity there is no toilet, or maybe we didn't notice) We will come back again🩷

A small restaurant beautifully decorated with small lanterns and plants, which gives it a very pleasant atmosphere. The service is also extremely friendly and open-minded and the chefs also know their craft. The curry was delicious every time and the fried noodles were the best I've eaten so far. Very small, simple restaurant with great cuisine that you wouldn't expect here. Highly recommended! Everything is freshly prepared, a variety of different dishes, lovingly prepared. Everything we've tried so far has tasted great. We like to eat here before an event at Eurogress. Also out-of-home sales.

The food at Good Morning Vietnam is truly outstanding! We were particularly impressed by the mango salad and the tofu with vegetables. The dishes were perfectly seasoned and freshly prepared - you can taste the quality and attention to detail. The only drawback is the limited space in the restaurant. It can get a bit crowded, especially at peak times. Overall, a great culinary experience that is definitely worth a visit!

Excellent food in a cozy atmosphere. Vegetables on point, duck perfect and the pasta including sauce also very tasty and not too dominant in taste. The shop invites you to linger and is not too big or loud. Bright space with lots of green plants. If you are in Aachen, you should stop by. You are missing in Düsseldorf!

Came from Düsseldorf because of the reviews. The shop is cozy and the food is super authentic. The owner still cooks everything himself and was super friendly to us. The journey was worth it. Happy to come back!

!! Bring Cash!! This is a small restaurant with room for about 12 people. Many people order for pick-up too. The food is amazing an authentic. I ordered the beef summer rolls and the creamy peanut chicken and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. When I come here again, I will probably not get a starter because the main dishes are very big. There was a small mix-up with our order but the staff handled it very well. Price quality ratio is out of this world. As stated, you can only pay in cash.

Small authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Aachen! We visited here while on our trip and had the most amazing food, and everything was very affordable. Especially the creamy coconut noodles with chicken were really good! Staff did not really understand English but luckily there was an English menu.

We always enjoy coming to GM Vietnam. The food is absolutely freshly prepared and really delicious. You write the order on a piece of paper. This means there is no miscommunication. Everything is kept a little simpler, but all the more carefree. It suits Aachen very well. The price is also totally reasonable - rather cheap and student-friendly. Collection is also possible. It usually takes no longer than 10 minutes for the food to be prepared.

——HAVE CASH—— It’s literally a small small mom and pop joint. With that being said bare with them on the small waits, it’s all worth it in the end trust me. This isn’t a massive kitchen spitting out junk so people really need to learn some patience which seems short of lately. The food is absolutely amazing super fresh and clean and obviously as authentic as they can be. It was an absolute pleasure to eat here while in Aachen I can’t wait to come back!!!

Wir haben auf der Durchreise einen kurzen Zwischenstopp zum Essen in Aachen gemacht und sind dabei auf das Restaurant gestoßen: Das Essen war unglaublich lecker und das zu einem top Preis. Wir hatten die Frühlingsrollen als Vorspeise und danach das Ga Curry Kokos (50) und das Ga Xao Cot Xoai (51). Alles war wirklich sehr zu empfehlen und war den kurzen Stopp mehr als wert :-)

We spontaneously went here for lunch today. Despite the few seats, you can sit and eat comfortably. We had the baked shrimp (which were freshly prepared in front of me), a warm rice noodle salad with salmon (fried to perfection), summer rolls and a pho soup. All dishes were fresh and very tasty prepared. The owners are very nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend Good Morning Vietnam.
