Tastes great and fits very well into the Manifesto concept

I could only rate the service because it was extremely terrible. I came in as one person for lunch and they would not see me. Actually they tried to see me at a table for four and I would be the fourth person they kept on sitting people after me that were two persons. I finally asked and they said no we won’t see you. I was amazed. I come from New York City, where they certainly can be abrupt and are all about bringing people in and out and turnover. But I didn’t expect us in Berlin. I’ve been here for two months and this is the first time this has happened. Just terrible, terrible rude people.

We came because of the good reviews. The restaurant was freezing cold (perhaps also the reason why the waitress was obviously sick; constantly turning up my nose ruined my appetite). Vegan dishes were not clearly stated on the menu and when asked, for example, egg rice with tofu was recommended as a vegan dish. Of course that doesn't fit. Unfortunately, the spring rolls were completely tasteless, which is why my companion and I only had an appetizer before we left the restaurant. All in all very disappointing - but I still give it two stars because I don't want to damage anyone's business. Maybe this will give you reason to improve the product quality and turn on the heating in the restaurant when the temperatures are below zero

The food was okay but it was extremely cold so I didn't take off my jacket and the others were eating it too

Eine gute Option, gut vietnamesisch zu speisen. Einfaches aber schmackhaftes Essen, nette Bedienung, sehr günstige Preise.

On our last visit, my partner ordered a daily special from the daily menu. "Unfortunately" that was the menu that had already been written for the next day and a different dish came, which wasn't a problem for us and we accepted it. Shortly afterwards the waiter came and apologized again and brought us the dish we originally ordered, which was only available the next day (at no extra charge). I've been going to Miss Saigon for years. The water chestnut tofu ("engagement menu") is particularly worth trying here. I haven't found it in Vietnam or in other Vietnamese restaurants. The only wish for improvement would be vegan Banh Cuon.
