Lunch menu is extremely cheap and quite good

Excellent food for a moderate price in a somewhat uncomfortably seated restaurant. The staff is a bit brittle but still kind. The menu is very long and needs some time to get the read. The ambience in the restaurant is frankly said stifling and not cozy. The prices are very fair, the ingredients very fresh and the portions large.

The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. The service was very friendly and we were served quickly. The food was ready super quickly and really tasty. The main courses were a reasonable size, so we were able to order a delicious dessert. The price-performance ratio is really good here and the restaurant is recommended.

I was invited to a family celebration shortly after the reopening/reopening. The food was tasty, the service staff were friendly and tried to accommodate all requests. Apparently processes still need to be established, there were definitely longer waiting times. I would definitely visit the restaurant again. Especially because of the “Ca Phe”!

The Bun Cha tasted exactly like in Vietnam. The pork was very juicy and smoky, the herbs crunchy and fresh. The sushi was also very tasty. Above all, the price performance is simply unbeatable. The ambience doesn't really invite you to linger, but since the food is served quickly, you can leave quickly. We would be happy to come back the next time we visit the Theater des Westens.

Delicious Vietnamese food. Lots of varieties. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. There’s manu in English and they also speak English. Payment by card or cash. Toilets could be cleaner. Parking - with payment in front of the restaurant.

The food was really good! Unfortunately, the service staff didn't really pay any attention to us and only responded after we called, even though only two other tables were occupied. The atmosphere seems a bit cold and some of the Christmas decorations were still standing around. But it was very clean and the food was impressive.

There were four of us in front of the theater. Everyone had different dishes and everything tasted very good. Come again.

So I actually went to the store regularly because it's next to work. Food is ok and affordable But for months now people have only been able to pay in cash and the same excuse is always given. But yesterday I was there with a friend and we were served an already opened water bottle without a lid. It tasted like tap water, so I asked if we could get a closed bottle. The waiter then freaked out disproportionately and loudly made a scene and asked us to leave. I've never experienced anything like that and he wanted to explain to me that this is how they do it in Germany, without a lid. Incredible!!! Then I went to the Italian restaurant around the corner where I got my water bottle opened at the table and there was a lid on it, like always. The reaction from the waiter from Hanoi was so unprofessional and cheeky that it took me 30 minutes to process the situation. Unfortunately never again!!!

Landed here for the second time and was pleasantly surprised again. friendly, fast service. As requested, my food was extra spicy, crunchy and full of fresh herbs. the icing on the cake: jasmine tea with real buds*** I'll be back

Nice looking place, always empty though. Messed up both orders with out meat. Annoying to have to keep calling waiter to u. They all hang out in the back.

The food is solid, but it could be a little more seasoned. Irritatingly few alcoholic drinks and only bottles on offer... you have to look closely at the menu. I thought the store itself was really nice... you could give away the seats outside... you sit right on the sidewalk. If you want to grab something to eat quickly in front of the stage theater, the location is ideal.

Came across this restaurant by chance as part of a training course in Berlin and was really impressed by the quality of the food.

EC card payment works great. We were there spontaneously and got a free table. The shop looks small from the outside, but there's plenty of space inside. Extensive menu of Vietnamese dishes and sushi. Toilets are clean, staff is very nice. The food came quite quickly. Clear recommendation - the iced tea and the summer rolls. Still affordable with a drink, starter and main course.

My first experience of Vietnamese dishes as far as I can remember. An excellent choice and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the food.

Update: there is a 5% fee for foreign credit card that is not disclosed upfront. Knocking stars off for this since this is not acceptable. Great pho. Wish they had air conditioning tho.

The food was good, but the rice paper on the summer rolls was a bit dry at the ends. The guest room is rather large and furnished with simple dark wooden tables and chairs. Vegetarian dishes are not listed separately on the menu and their number is rather small.

Super tasty food, very friendly, warm service

Ordered a wantan soup, they brought me baked wantan. When I pointed out the mistake they threw the baked wantan into the soup and said that this is my soup now 😂 Told them that this is not how you do Wantan soup, but they just insisted this is how they always do it. 5 minutes later they admitted their mistake, but still - ridiculous. Main course was chicken, was ok.

Nice shop, lunch menu is great value for money, 25 euros for two including homemade lemonade/iced tea and a tip is unbeatable. The food was ready very quickly, the peanut sauce was delicious, the chicken was good, the fried noodles were also delicious. Ambience is okay-ish. Not a particularly fancy place but you feel comfortable.

Terrible... The tofu cubes in the noodles are already sour. Nobody wants to get food poisoning after eating, right?

We will go there again because the food was fresh, the atmosphere was nice, and the prices were very fair. The coconut curry with crunchy vegetables and duck was great. Likewise the wonton soup, which was supposed to be a starter but came with the main course. On the other hand, the (or that?) Pho with chicken was disappointing: not very seasoned, just a bit of spring onion (more of a decoration), no vegetables. We also found the lemonades rather poor: they tasted like iced tea from a bag, way too sweet, no notable difference between the peach-lime and mint-lime lemonade. But there are many other dishes on the menu to try.

The waiters are always not so reactive. We had to wait for a while after we called them until they came back to us. The food is also too sweet and the curry was simply a sweet soup.

We ended up here by chance on our way through Berlin. Fortunately!!! The friendly staff warmly welcomed you and patiently explained the culinary differences. The food was amazing. Definitely 5 stars!!! We recommend!!!

Absolutely the best Vietnamese restaurant I've ever been to! Very attentive and friendly service. The food is to die for. I can especially recommend the starter soup with chicken and coconut milk (N03), the main course N36 and the iced teas (Hanoi Special and Mango) to everyone. Okay, everything perfect. One might think that the catch is definitely the price. But no, the prices are really very fair. Unreserved recommendation!

January 2024 - We were looking for something to eat around 8:30 p.m., it was relatively full but we spontaneously got a seat. Eating didn't take long and the price/performance was great! We had fried noodles with chicken and a sushi platter! Delicious 😋

Preiswertes, sehr leckeres Essen, sehr freundlicher Service. Gegrillter Lachs, frisches knackiges Gemüse, Reis...für 15€... der Wein war auch ok. wo gibt's das sonst noch um Zentrum von Berlin.

Very slowly service unfortunately. We were waiting for main over 40minutes, then not everything arrived. Waiting for a bill another 30min. Local was full of people waiting for food or bill as only one person was doing service.

Excellent rapport qualité prix et plats à tomber par terre. Beaucoup de clients mais service rapide. Serveurs un peu débordés mais très efficace. Les plats de viandes sauce cacahuète et sauce mangue sont absolument incroyable. Je recommande cette adresse sans hésiter.

It’s a nice cozy Vietnamese restaurant. I had the ‘N36’ dish. It was pretty good and I felt like the serving could have been a bit more for what I paid but oh well. It’s a prime location in Berlin so what can I say.

Best Vietnamese food ever. I’m from Poland but live in the UK. I’ve tasted a lot of Asian cuisine and can say it is easily the best and freshest food I’ve had! Insane value too! Highly recommend. Would definitely come back.

We had the Pho Bo and the spring rolls with tofu. They soup was delicious as well as the spring rolls. At the end we had the fried banana which was good as well.

Es ist da eine richtig schöne Atmosphäre aber das Essen kommt nicht warm an es kommt nur lauwarm an und das ist richtig schade ich hatte nur einmal eine heiße Suppe aber sonst war es immer lauwarm. Dafür ist aber das Personal richtig nett, Aber trotsallerdem gebe ich Hanoi 5 Sterne Ich entfehle das Restaurant.

Essen war sehr lecker. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und schnell. Waren zum Business Lunch da. Trotzdem alle Plätze belegt waren, wurde für uns noch schnell ein extra Tisch bereitgestellt. Kommen gerne wieder.
