from Hanoi with Love in Berlin

I visited this small Vietnamese restaurant for the first time today and I'm absolutely thrilled! The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful – the pho, in particular, had a wonderful depth of flavor and tasted homemade. The portions are generous, and the value for money is excellent. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive without being intrusive. You can tell that they cook and prepare everything with love. The atmosphere is also cozy and inviting. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back!

If anyone's interested, for me it's important to be greeted warmly and feel welcome; if the food quality is also good, then it's perfect! So far, my favorite restaurant in Neukölln.

I agree with the other reviews regarding the noodle soup. Unfortunately, it had absolutely no flavor and the beef was very tough. If you want a good noodle soup, I recommend going to Mr. Noodle Chen instead.

I've been a regular here for years. I always feel comfortable and welcome. The dishes are consistently delicious and affordable. ♥️♥️♥️

After the good reviews, I had high hopes for the pho, my favorite dish! Unfortunately, it was completely oversalted, and the meat had a greenish-blue shimmer. I threw it away after a few spoonfuls. Sadly, it was inedible!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend them, and I can't understand the positive reviews at all. We had the flat rice noodles with chicken in tamarind sauce and the glass noodles with soy sauce. There were no vegetables in the dishes, just a lot of iceberg lettuce. The taste was like a lot of flavor enhancers and sugar, and the soy sauce, in particular, was inedible.

From Hanoi, perhaps, but I didn't feel any love there. The fried dishes weren't good.

A cosy place with adorable Vietnamese dishes, friendly service, comfortable for setting outside with friends in summer time or inside the well heated and lighted interior in winter time.

If you like Vietnamese cuisine, this is definitely a place to visit.

We ordered two Green Curry Ga and a Phõ Bò soup through Wolt. At first, we thought it wouldn't be enough, but we were both incredibly full. We personally highly recommend it! I ordered a Pho & Wonton. Pho was really very tasty, but unfortunately far too little, 5 wafer-thin slices of beef, price/performance is really a bit cheeky! The same goes for the wontons, the taste itself is okay but the price is absolutely ridiculous for the quality!

Small, sweet, inconspicuous, cheap, extremely tasty. I would recommend eating there, simply because the shop is still young and ordering can be stressful, especially on the weekend. The dumplings go crazy.

I wanted to try Hanoi With Love because they're new – but unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. I ordered a soup that, according to the description, was supposed to contain meat and other ingredients. What I received was simply a tasteless broth – or rather, water with a few spring onions, some rice, and a small piece of meat. No flavor, no seasoning, absolutely unloving. The soup also had an unpleasant smell, as if it were no longer fresh. They really shouldn't serve something like that – especially not at that price. Definitely the first and last time I'll order it.

I have ordered here twice now and it tasted really good. You immediately notice that everything is prepared fresh and, above all, healthy (without frills glutamate etc.). I particularly enjoyed the coconut rice curry. Since I ordered I can't rate the ambience. Definitely highly recommended 👍

A very nice stay. Great food. Very fast. I would like to give ♾️ stars for service. The decor was also good. It's not very loud in the restaurant even though it's on a very busy street.

I particularly like the dish from the specials with the lemon sauce, you have to have the courage to try it, but you definitely won't be disappointed and the dessert Che is super tasty, I can only recommend it ☺️ The owner is very warm and the restaurant is simple but still cozy. I love this place. They offer great Pho and also a good selection of other dishes. The people who work here are very nice and welcoming. Don’t go by if you are hungry, they will do their best to serve you and you will not regret!

Super fast, affordable & delicious! Love the green curry & red curry chicken (8.50€)😋 The atmosphere is very cozy and embracing, and totally the opposite of the vibe outside at Hermannstraße. The decoration is so well and makes you feel at home. There is no other place on earth where you can get such a delicious and healthy meal in under 5 minutes for this price.

This is the best Pho Bo you can find anywhere. Really incredibly tasty, how do they make it so delicious. No matter where I've eaten this so far, it's never as tasty as it is here. I don't live in Berlin anymore, but when I'm in the area I come here to see for myself that it's the best Pho Bo.

Authentic cuisine, tastefully balanced dishes, good ingredients, no flavor enhancers, lovely team, vegan dishes too - really good Vietnamese food!

The pho and flat rice noodles with a lemongrass chili sauce are some of the best in town, in my opinion. The service is always friendly and the prices are absolutely fair. Many dishes still cost less than 10 euros. The menu is about quality over quantity: only a handful of dishes, but they do them really well. The orders are always ready really quickly.

Ordered to take away... unfortunately it was completely packaged in plastic and there was also plastic cutlery. Authentic, but not contemporary 🌏 (Hence 1-2 stars Alman deduction) Food was good Berlin standard and served everyone.

Ich hatte keine Ahnung was mich erwartete, aber es war super Lecker. Tolles Essen, lecker, leicht und sättigend. Preis-Leistung stimmt und die Anzahl an Besuchern zeigen, es schmeckt mir nicht allein.

Bin gerne dort. Habe schon fast alle Gerichte probiert und sie schmecken mir. Zum Glück haben sie sich wieder gefangen, nachdem die Qualität vor ca. 4 Jahren stark nachgelassen hatte! Die vegetarische Suppe und Tofu in Tamarindensoße sind meine Favoriten.

Ich gehe seit über 5 Jahren immer wieder zu Hanoi und ich wurde nie enttäuscht. Personal ist immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Essen ist sehr natürlich und lecker. Nur zu empfehlen!! :)

Very good food and nice atmosphere.

Loved to come here, but today was a real disappointment. Both dishes tasted completely different than usual, the chicken wasn't cooked and the beef old and the opposite of tender. After our complaint we've been told that 'both cans' were empty. Good to know they serve canned food. No reimbursement nor any alternative offered. Wow. Never going there again.

Yeah, sorry but this was very mediocre food. I literally don’t understand the high ratings. The outside area is cute and it’s nice and close to Tempelhofer Feld, but all in all it was average (on the more underwhelming side). I could make something better myself at home… also, you have to order at the counter which is kind of annoying.

Bestellt wird am Tresen, geliefert wird an den Tisch. Die distanzierte Freundlichkeit und der Geschmack der Speisen deuten nicht die ganz große Liebe an. Mein Fazit: Das Essen erfüllt die geschmacklichen Vorstellungen eines durchschnittlichen Mitteleuropäers, das Ambiente ist eher schlicht und aufgrund der kleinen Räumlichkeiten auch nicht großzügig, eher eng. Wer die vietnamesische Küche mag, macht geschmacklich nichts falsch.

This used to be one of my favorite Vietnamese in Berlin however the taste is no longer as good as before and prices have of course increased(which is normal). Very average.

great place for locals to have nice Vietnamese food. almost always open when you need, simple menu and fast service. don't forget to bring cash.

Die Gerichte und Preise sind Berliner Durchschnitt für vietnamesische Küche, ein Gericht kostet zwischen 8 und 11 Euro. Die Hocker im Innenbereich sind nicht gepolstert, was mich persönlich aber nicht stört. Es ist zu beachten, dass das Essen am Tresen bestellt und direkt bezahlt werden muss, lediglich die Lieferung gibt es zum Tisch. Vor dem Restaurant befindet sich eine Hauptverkehrsstraße, was das Essen auf den Außenbänken etwas schmält. Die Anbindung ist in Ordnung, es befindet sich ein S-Bahnhof in Gehreichweite. Alles in allem eine ziemlich durchschnittliche Erfahrung. Das essen war nicht übel, die Portionen weder besonders groß noch klein.

Nice small restaurant with tasty food. Decent prices, but don’t expect something fancy.

Ordered tofu curry, and received chicken curry by mistake. Told the waitress, who took it away and brought me a new dish. Only it wasn’t a new dish, they had gone to the back, picked out the chicken pieces and put tofu on top, i only realized after taking two bites and saw there was still chicken in the dish. Returned the dish again and the woman said “here just give the chicken piece to me” not even denying what they had done. Asked for my money back since you pay in advance and she would only refund me partially, for a dish i never ate. Who knows what others corners they cut in the kitchen..

Amazing food for modest price. Green curry with chicken is the best! If you order it it usually takes 5 minutes to get you food. Awesome lunch option in the neighborhood 👍

Hanoi with love è un piccolo ristorante Vietnamita che Sa il fatto suo. Gli involtini NEM CUON TOM con gamberi sono buonissimi e cosi anche i piatti principali. Hanno pochissimi tavoli ed il prezzo è medio basso.

wir hatten gerade unsere Flüge nach Hanoi gebucht und wollten feiern. Das Pho, das uns serviert wurde, war miserabel. Es ist schwierig, mit einem so einfachen Gericht mittelmäßiger zu werden. Große Enttäuschung in diesem Restaurant nebenan, das wir immer noch gerne von Zeit zu Zeit für seine anderen Gerichte besuchen. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob wir wiederkommen werden.... .

Nur bar zahlung ist möglich. Food ist lecker.

Staff's rude and entitled, but I don't care because the food is good and that's only what i'm coming for. Their takeway packages are well thought of, so the dishes don't lose any of their flavour despite the presentation being all-shook-up. Their green curry is above the industry standard. Prices make sense too. No-nonsense.

Komme gerne, aber nur noch selten, da in den letzten Jahren die Preise mit scheinbar zunehmender Bekanntheit kontinuierlich nach oben gehen. War mit der Qualität auch bisher eigentlich immer zufrieden!

El restaurante vietnamita del barrio. Nos encanta comer allí porque la comida es fresca, rápida y el equipo es muy amable con nuestro hijo también. Le tienen mucha paciencia! ;-)

bohr mega Restaurant, voll authentisch und Preisleistung auch gut.

Das Hanoi macht alles richtig was es machen kann, das Essen ist qualitativ hochwertig und ansprechend angerichtet. Der Service ist freundlich und zuvorkommen aber nicht aufdringlich. Ein kleiner wermutstropfen den das Hanoi with love hat, ist dass es direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt. Und somit natürlich nicht mit einer der Speisen entsprechenden Umgebung punkten kann. Wem es nichts ausmacht auf den Bänken direkt an der hauptstraße zu sitzen der wird dort sehr gutes Essen und direkte Anbindung an das Neuköllner Nachtleben finden.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Das Ambiente ist schlicht. Die Bedienung eher effizient als freundlich. Absolutes Highlight sind die Currys.

Platos sencillos pero muy bien logrados. Servicio atento y ágil, precios muy convenientes. La opción con salsa de tamarindo está muy bien!

Yemekleri lezzetliydi, vietnam mutfagi. Fiyatlar makul.

Super recomendado! Muy rico, servicio rápido y barato, no mucho más de 10 euros por plato
