We went for dinner with a group of 8 people. It was really better than my expectations. The food arrived more or less at the same time, even though everyone had ordered something else. It's fresh and delicious, and the place is clean. The waiters are very friendly and willing. So, if all is summed up, this place gets a very good recommendation from me.

It's a great shop in itself, everyone is nice and baklava, tea, coffee etc. everything tastes good. But when it comes to cakes, tarts and everything that is on the left side of the counter as seen from the entrance: Unfortunately, it tastes like cardboard. So typical Turkish pastry shop. I believe it means Turkish cream aka krem santi. These products use a lot of this cardboard cream. We work a lot with sugar so that it still tastes good. They do things differently at Cuca. Eclair tasted really disgusting and had to throw it away. There was no cream in it and the dough tasted fishy. The chocolate didn't taste good either. Except for these goods, you can go there for a snack.

I was there in October 2024, a very dirty shop, doner kebab doesn't taste good, salad stinks, the price is cheap but everything is rubbish. Such a shop usually has to be checked by the public order office. Floor dirty, walls have never been painted. No, no.

Unfortunately a pure disappointment when it comes to service. Since the portions were large, we asked for our food to be packed. The “shells” were then placed in front of us to transport and we were told that we would pack them ourselves. So the three of us sat at the table and scraped the leftover food off our plates in the middle of the restaurant. When we said: this is the first time that we have to pack our own food, we replied that other restaurants don't even offer packing. Apart from the disastrous hospitality, it is more than embarrassing to be handling plastic plates among the other guests. Tea and other things weren't offered anyway. It is definitely the last time in this restaurant, and I will also advise against this restaurant from now on.
