Disrespectful restaurant, closed belongs to the dirt. You're supposed to get a coke for 30 euros or more, and even that didn't arrive. Meat tastes absolutely horrible and gives me the feeling of eating poisoned garbage. Close the shop and leave it alone, you don't seem to have anything on it lmao

The place has nothing to do with Istanbul. You can eat dsha delicious food even in any imbi in any town.

Disappointing experience - portions far too small for the price I was really excited about this restaurant, especially because it looks very inviting from the outside and inside. The ambience is undoubtedly beautiful - stylishly furnished, comfortably lit and with a certain charm that invites you to linger. Unfortunately for me the positives ended there. As for the food, I was really disappointed. The portion was extremely small - so small that after the main course I felt like I had only eaten an appetizer. For the price you pay here, you definitely expect more - both in quantity and in the level of saturation. I'm definitely not someone who needs excessively large portions, but this was simply not enough. I left the restaurant hungry, and that simply shouldn't happen at a restaurant in this price range. In addition, the taste of the food was okay, but it wasn't a highlight - i.e. nothing that would justify the mini portion in any way. You just don't get the feeling that price and performance are in a fair relationship here. If I spend that much money, I would at least want to leave the restaurant feeling satisfied and full - unfortunately that was absolutely not the case. All in all the experience was disappointing. A beautiful ambience alone is not enough if the heart of a visit to a restaurant - the food - is not convincing. It's a shame because the potential is there, but I won't be coming back like this.

On our first visit to Dodenhof Posthausen, my boyfriend and I were very hungry after shopping, so we spontaneously decided to stop by Aykut's. The selection of delicacies was so tempting that it was difficult to decide. We ultimately opted for a doner kebab, a Turkish pizza, and a doner kebab plate—each with veal—along with two fried rolls, one with cheese and one with minced meat. Everything was freshly prepared, the service was extremely friendly, and we both enjoyed the food. I highly recommend a visit to Aykut's ✨

The food is incredibly delicious, and the cleanliness is exemplary. The service is always top-notch. I've tried other kebab shops, but Dogan's remains the best. I'd be happy to go back anytime!

There have been new owners since June, none of the previous ones!!! The sauces are fresh and homemade, as is the dough. It really just tastes so good. We are happy to have a great kebab again in hellwinkel. A definite recommendation 👍👍

One star is too many for this crappy place. They can't listen properly and make the food wrong every time. Then they want to discuss with me what they wrote down, which no one can read. Simply a terrible place with very bad staff.

We tried sitting upstairs but it was too loud so we had to sit outside in the cold , the food was overpriced and lacked salt spices and taste , one of us ordered a falafel that came with more salad in the sandwich than the actual falafel and again no salt or tomatoes , the drinks came in the original packaging and no cups , the server was with an additude like come on hurry up

The food was okay, but if I choose rice instead of French fries as a side dish for the Adana skewer, I don't want just a handful of rice and FOUR slices of toasted bread. For just under €18 it's cheeky.

So, I can't understand the bad reviews. It's not a 4 star restaurant, but the service is always very friendly and the food is really tasty. And if I can point out the spelling errors in the reviews, nothing surprises me.
