The staff isn't particularly friendly and doesn't respond directly to customer requests, the food doesn't taste particularly good, the sauce is very runny, but oh well
Şahin is very caring, he loves his job. Tolga Aydın Sergen, the waiters are very fast service and friendly, they are master chefs and his son is excellent, whether it is grilled, doner kebab or the food they cook. Whatever I enjoy eating in Istanbul, the same applies here. There is no such place in Germany or Switzerland. Those who give low points do it for nothing.
I usually get my food, the boss is really nice and quick.
Employees can be expanded...but still within limits.
I don't understand the negative reviews, even in German restaurants or elsewhere there is poor quality.
Maybe the meat was bad in some places.
The operator can't see inside either.
You can also talk badly about everything... complain at a high level.
There are much worse kebabs but there are also better ones.
I am satisfied and can only recommend him.
Bon appetit everyone
For me the ideal Norfall kebab. Otherwise nothing special. Something should be changed in the concept. The kebab is very flat and not particularly well filled. Cheese on the pizzas is more like a cheese cream, which I personally don't like. I don't come often anymore, but I always give the kebab a chance.
Ordered a Dürüm. “A bit spicy?” "Yes gladly". At home, bitten off twice, mouth burned, lips burned, stomach hurt, circulatory problems.
Personally, I eat really spicy food. What is normally put on it in the store is more of a decoration for me. But this here and now bordered on bodily harm! My husband tried ONE piece of meat and ran out of the room panting - then ate half a kg of yoghurt and had to throw away the kebab. I find it not only a shame but also dangerous...
