Since we had to wait 45 minutes, we lost points. Unfortunately, we weren't informed beforehand or during the wait that it might take longer.

This is the best kebab I've had so far, nice and friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this place

I ate at this superb restaurant today. The doner kebab plate was perfect. Whenever I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stop by again.

AUGUST UPDATE: I've updated my review! We ate here again with the family, and the young waitress was much more organized this time and offered us good service. Everything arrived at the right time. And we all had a wonderful time at Mutlu-Et. (Thank you for upgrading my suggestion for improving service. We'll be coming more often now!) July I've eaten here very often with my family and friends. Unfortunately, I get the feeling that the service from the wait staff is becoming increasingly lackluster. We ordered food, drinks, and tea in advance. -The tea arrived after about 20 minutes. (5 teas -The food arrived after about 35 minutes (2 daily specials, large fries, lamb skewer, flatbread.) - The drinks only arrived after repeated requests and only after the food had already arrived. The flatbread with dip and sauce only arrived when we were almost finished... I mentioned it when paying and was told it was supposedly busy, even though the restaurant wasn't even half full and there were no students there for takeaway on a Friday afternoon. "Please, please, please, dear owner... Train your employees in service, because through them you'll get back the added value you had years ago. " I would like to give you 5 stars again... But for that to happen, the service needs to become more efficient and not work apologetically, but with structure and joy.

I eat there often. No visitor parking, minus points. You should park next door at the Netto Market and don't forget to set your arrival time, otherwise you'll get a 30 euro fine. Today I had a sandwich with little meat and lots of vegetables. And the prices have gone up. What I like is that they connected to the WiFi mode with an HR code. I beg you, for a sandwich with 8 euros, that you give more meat. The waitress today was also unhygienic; she touched fries, and there was ice cream on the white service plate; she put her finger in it. Very hygienic!! I won't eat there again.

I can't recommend the kebab shop or the staff who prepare it. They're completely unfriendly and slander customers who have special requests in their foreign language. I threw the kebab away after three bites. The bread and meat aren't good. The salad is stale and is kept "fresh" with water. But old is old. Everything in the kitchen is completely unhygienic. Never again!

Here on holiday and saw this restaurant on google. Was very busy but they managed to seat us down. Food was very good, because it was busy they forgot one order and didnt mention that the bulgur was empty and gave fries. I would have liked if they communicated this before hand. When we were paying they asked if everything was oke and we told them that they messed some things up, they gave us free baklava because of this. The food was still 10/10

As of yesterday, entry was permitted without a test. Prices are reasonable. We had lahmacun and a mixed grill. The cleanliness and organization are excellent. The taste is an 8 out of 10. It's a newer establishment. The staff and owner are very attentive, and the lady taking orders was very attentive. Parking is no problem. All in all, I recommend it. I wish the establishment success in the future.

Most disappointing, however, was the wait: We waited a full 45 minutes for just three dishes. The only bright spot was the friendly service. Nevertheless, the value for money here is unfortunately not good, especially considering the long wait time and the poor preparation.

A few days ago my girlfriend and I were in this restaurant, at first glance everything is great, the atmosphere, the staff, but the food still needs some work. My friend and I ordered a hamburger and they brought me an undercooked hamburger, it was half raw. I was very sad because it was my first time visiting this place, and right after they brought the food, I said, "Thank you for your attention, take precautions."

I have visited this restaurant many times and have always been satisfied. But today I was there with my colleague and ordered another portion of baklava. Unfortunately it wasn't fresh. I only ate one piece and felt very bad the whole day afterwards. I was afraid I would get food poisoning. I hope something like this doesn't happen next time...

This was our third time there, always for takeaway. This time, unfortunately, it wasn't good at all. The fact that the price has gone up by €1 per yufka would have been fine if the contents had stayed the same. There was much less meat than before. The box was also smaller... and there was a very long wait of over 20 minutes (for two yufkas and some extra meat in one box) when there was hardly anything going on... and all without gloves... (The last few times they wore them, but the staff were different). Unfortunately, we didn't really get a greeting either... We probably won't go there again, which is a shame.

Be careful when paying. We were quoted a different amount, we paid blindly, only later did we understand that we had been ripped off. Of course, that leaves a bitter aftertaste. The waiters generally make a lot of mistakes and yes, if you speak Turkish you will be served faster and better.

Ordered a kebab pizza over the phone and picked it up after 20 minutes. My wish was to get it with extra meat, mushrooms, onions and sauce. I got: Doner pizza without onions, without mushrooms and without extra meat. But I was allowed to pay for the pizza as an extra meat. I didn't get the sauce until I asked for it. Apparently my order was completely lost. They were asked to make a new pizza, but I didn't have the time. Otherwise I wouldn't have ordered on the phone. Well, next time listen a little more closely or automatically give the pizza cheaper :)

The best address for very good Turkish/Oriental cuisine in Bad Säckingen! We have been eating here regularly every few weeks for almost three years and the quality has always remained the same/perfect. We always use very fresh food, you can taste it. Also very good baklava.

As a place we have been going to for many years, I will never go again due to the situation I experienced this evening. Even though I made a reservation on a weekday, the treatment we encountered was that after our orders were taken, a waiter came and said that we have a problem, we only have 3 soup spoons, I need to give you a dessert spoon for the other soups and drinks. We already understood what was going to happen. Before the spoon problem was over, the other waiter came and said unfortunately we had no soup left, and as if this was not enough, another waiter came and said, I told you on the phone, pre-order. Giving it was a complete BINGOY for us.. What's the point, sir, if YOU are a well-known business owner, your menus have to be unlimited, not per person... You cannot say to any customer that this is not enough, Sir. Especially, you cannot treat a family that has come for Iftar in this way, and you cannot address a Customer with a harsh tone of voice…. Looks nice and clean. Unfortunately the kebab was drowned in the sauce on top and it was dry on the bottom. Bad mix: salad on top, meat on the bottom and wishes like only veal were not fulfilled. Only one person was asked what it was filled with and both kebabs were made that way. I will eat somewhere else in the future.

The food at Mutlu-Et Restaurant is simply great! The high-quality meat in particular stands out from the competition. In terms of taste, the food deserves a strong 9/10, which is the best rating I have ever given. Unfortunately, there are often errors in pre-orders and deliveries. I can understand that because it's always busy, but it remains a small point of criticism. However, when I order directly on site, the service is great - they even serve tea while I wait. The prices are a little higher, but for certain dishes they are absolutely justified as the quality is just right. A small minus point is the stamp system: you only get one stamp per day, regardless of whether you just buy a kebab or - like I often do - spend €30-50 or even over €100 with the family. This could be made fairer. All in all, Mutlu-Et is still worth a clear 9/10 - for me it is one of the best addresses in the entire Waldshut district when it comes to good food!

The food is excellent, the venue is very nice, but the service is unfortunately inadequate. We almost called from where we were sitting to order drinks. I don't understand how a place can act so indifferent. A place that serves such delicious food is brought down by the indifference of the service. So sad. This was our second time in this restaurant. On the first visit our daughter's menu was forgotten. The second time the wrong menu was brought and a drink was forgotten. Nevertheless, the food was always very tasty and fresh. On the first visit there was a small meze (Acılı Ezme), but unfortunately not on the second visit. Here it would be helpful as a guest to know clearly whether Meze is offered as standard or not. The friendly staff, who always made an effort despite the small mistakes, should be positively highlighted. And the clean toilets equipped with disinfectants. The changing table in particular is a big plus point for families. Overall there is some room for improvement, but the good food and nice atmosphere still make the restaurant recommended.

Trotz Reservierung und Bestellung zu 18.00 Uhr warteten wir eine Stunde auf unser Essen. Gäste nach uns bekamen innerhalb 15 Minuten ihr Essen. Auf Nachfrage nach 45 Minuten hieß es es, es wird später... Die obligatorische Vorspeise Dip und Fladenbrot wurde nach 55 Minuten gebracht, was uns entnervt das Lokal verlassen ließ. Sehr schade. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

I have visited this placr based on the google reviews, but i will say they definetly are not willing to work anymore. I have ordered two doners, and i had to wait for 30 minutes. Looked like they forget. And there were only two tables. They have only citrus flavour beer, cola in glass... i just dont like the complete service. The food was not so nice, because the meet was warm and the potatoes were cold... so overall not good.

Don't go here if you only know English because no one here does. I asked for a shish tawook plate and got a gyro roll instead and i asked for a side of french fries and they didn't even give me that.

There are better kebabs (very soft bread that was completely torn for me and not really spicy meat from the pressed minced meat skewer). The rest is brilliant. Open charcoal grill on which delicious skewers of all kinds (beef, lamb, chicken, minced meat) are prepared and integrated into many different dishes. Delicious sauces, fresh vegetables and salad. Friendly staff. In contrast to the interior, which has more of a fast food atmosphere, you can now sit comfortably in the newly designed winter garden even in the cold months. Absolutely worth a visit.

We have visited this restaurant a few times and had a good meal every time. Sometimes, however, due to the high capacity utilization, there are longer waiting times. Already for the 4th time there, for me it is clearly one of the best Turkish restaurants in the area. Yesterday I tried baklava there for the first time and I have to say that even in Turkey you can't get anything that fresh and good. The meat dishes that I have eaten so far are also great . The staff is very friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back whenever I am nearby and hungry.
