Mutlu-Et Restaurant in Bad Säckingen

Sehr schöne Ambiente, gutes Service und die Bedienung auch sehr freundlich

Wir hatten Dönerteller, einmal mit und einmal ohne Pommes. Das Fleisch war perfekt auf den Punkt. Die Pommes crunchy (aldente) und super gewürzt. Der Salat war frisch und nicht ausgetrocknet wie man es leider immer öfter erlebt. Also wer in Bad Säckingen oder Umgebung ist und Lust auf einen Döner oder andere Spezialitäten hat, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Ich kann Mutlu-Et wärmstens empfehlen.

Leckere türkische Küche mit nettem Service. Der selbstgemachte Ayran ist zu empfehlen. Einzig die Lage des Restaurants mit Blick auf die „karge Landschaft“ bestehend aus dem Netto-Parkplatz und Bahnhof stören das Erlebnis ein wenig. Ein paar Pflanzen würden da nicht schaden.

Zweimal dort Suppe gegessen, zweimal starke Bauchschmerzen bekommen. Nach dem ersten Mal dachte ich noch an einen Zufall, nach dem zweiten Mal sicher nicht mehr. Für mich stimmt die Qualität überhaupt nicht. Nie wieder.

Mein Lieblingsrestaurant schon seit 1-2 Jahre. Ich würde es jeder empfehlen ( probiert mal Süsskartoffel :).

Service ist sehr gut das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker hier, das Essen der türkischen Küche kann man nur empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Der Laden ist im Vergleich zu früher immer schlechter geworden. Zum Essen gab es alte Pommes. Früher bin ich total gerne hingegangen, aber jetzt werde ich nicht mehr so ​​schnell wieder hingehen. Es ist, als würden wir umsonst essen; selbst der Kellner scheint nur widerwillig zu arbeiten. Früher kam der Tee sofort, aber jetzt fragt niemand mehr, ob wir etwas brauchen oder Wünsche haben. Echt schade!

Früher war ich hier Stammgast und es war gut, aber jetzt war ich dreimal dort und das Essen ist jedes Mal viel zu salzig. Gestern hatten wir Döner Kebab, und es war der schlechteste Döner, den ich je gegessen habe. Ich werde nie wieder hingehen und kann es auch nicht empfehlen.

Wir waren inzwischen viermal in diesem Restaurant. Mal war es sehr voll, mal eher ruhig. Leider konnte der Service uns jedes Mal nicht überzeugen. Wir mussten sehr lange warten – mindestens 20 Minuten, einmal sogar 40 Minuten. Besonders irritierend war, dass der Service mehrfach an unserem Tisch vorbeigelaufen ist, ohne sich zu wundern, dass wir noch nichts hatten. Dass so etwas einmal vorkommen kann, ist kein Problem. Leider haben wir diese Erfahrung nun aber mehrfach gemacht. Das Essen ist gut, trotzdem werden wir nicht mehr hingehen. Dafür ist uns unsere Zeit zu schade.

Wir sind durch zufall hier gelandet und ich bin absolut überrascht und sehr positiv von der Bedienung und auch generell dem Service und auch dem Ausgezeichneten Essen. Ich bin sehr froh das der andere Döner keinen Platz mehr hatte 😊 Ich werde jetzt öfter dss tolle Restaurant besuchen kommen und die Türkischen Spezialitäten genießen ❣️ Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend in ihrem Restaurant.

Top, war alles fein, portionen waren recht gross

Verrechnet Grosse Getränke,zmb man kauft eine Dosen Cola,der Mitarbeiter verrechnet die 0.5 Liter Variante.und denkt man merke dies nicht.und dazu noch Sehr unfreundlich wenn man einen Kundenwunsch hat.Hoffe der Chef ist zufrieden mit den 60Cent mehr einnahmen die im Endeffekt zu dieser Recession führte.

Es war wirklich alles gut, Personal war super freundlich etc… nur das Spiessfleisch wurde kalt serviert, dass ich ziemlich schade weil ich für die Platte 20 Euro bezahlt habe…

Längere Wartezeit. Essen ist lecker

Wir haben 45 Minuten am Tisch gesessen und auf unser Essen gewartet. Uns wurde immer wieder gesagt, dass es sehr voll sei, aber nach uns kommende Gäste haben sich angestellt, ihr Essen sofort bekommen und sind wieder gegangen. Nur weil wir am Tisch saßen, hatten wir anscheinend keine Priorität — das fanden wir sehr unfair. Dieses Vorgehen und der Umgang mit uns haben uns leider gar nicht gefallen.

Top Qualität! Wir hatten einen Dönerteller und einen Yufka – der Yufka könnte etwas mehr Fleisch vertragen, aber Qualität, Inhalt und Saucen sind sehr gut. Sehr freundliche Bedienung – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Essen und Personal sind Top. Wir kommen als Familie sehr gerne👍👍👍

Wunderschönes Restaurant. Hervorragende Qualität, der Geschmack des Fleisches ist großartig. Das Personal sowie auch der Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und der Service war perfekt. Das gegrillte Fleisch ist wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes, und das hausgemachte Brot ist einzigartig. Die Knoblauchsauce war eine zarte und sehr leckere Creme. Ich kann dieses Lokal wärmstens empfehlen.

Auch für Vegetarier ein schlichtweg positives Erlebnis. Jeden Donnerstag seit 3 Jahren und ich werde wieder kommen 😍

Heute habe ich einen Döner-Teller zum Mitnehmen bestellt und war sehr enttäuscht. Es gab nur eine winzige Portion Salat und überhaupt keine Soße. Das Fleisch war trocken und hart, als ob es alte Reste vom Spieß wären. So einen schlechten Döner-Teller habe ich schon lange nicht mehr bekommen. Für den Preis erwarte ich deutlich bessere Qualität. Leider kann ich dieses Essen wirklich nicht empfehlen.

Ich war im Restaurant und musste über 40 Minuten auf mein Essen warten, obwohl kaum etwas los war. Der Grund waren offensichtlich Unstimmigkeiten zwischen Service und Küche – leider wurde das Problem aber komplett auf dem Rücken der Gäste ausgetragen. Das Personal war sehr unaufmerksam und rücksichtslos. Niemand kam auf die Idee nachzufragen, warum ich so lange ohne Essen dasitze, während Gäste, die nach mir kamen, bereits bedient wurden. Geschmacklich war das Essen wirklich gut, aber alles andere war enttäuschend. Bei so einem Erlebnis hätte ich zumindest eine kleine Entschädigung oder ein Zeichen der Wiedergutmachung erwartet. Leider kam nichts. Schade – hier wäre viel Potenzial, aber so ist diese Bewertung absolut verdient.

Service SEHR unaufmerksam. Essen zu teuer für das was es ist... Positiv: grosse Portionen Die Suppe und der Kaffee war sehr gut. Negativ: Essen nicht heiss serviert. Geschmacklich mittelmässig. Service kommt jedesmal jemand anderes und kein Nachfragen wie: Zucker zum türkischen Tee, Ketchup zu den Pommes oder ob das Essen schmeckt... Mitarbeiter weiss nicht was ein türkischer Kaffee ist. Obschon er mir dies angeboten hat... irgendwie lustig...

Bin schon seit vielen Jahren immer wieder gerne Kunde. Seit dem Umbau vor einigen Jahren auch zum vor Ort essen sehr gemütlich und bequem. Döner und Yufka immer top und daher für Bad Säckingen gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Die Pommes auf meinem Döner Teller waren kein Highlight ich würde Sie knusprigen Bevorzugen. Auch mehr Salat wäre schön gewesen. Aber ansonsten wie immer sehr lecker gewesen und freundlicher Service. Werde bestimmt noch oft zu Gast sein.

Wir kommen fast täglich in dieses Restaurant – und das hat einen Grund! Das Essen ist jedes Mal unglaublich lecker, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Der Chef ist wirklich top: freundlich, aufmerksam und man merkt, dass er seinen Job mit Leidenschaft macht. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr nett, schnell und höflich. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl, fast wie zuhause. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für die tolle Arbeit – wir kommen immer wieder gerne! ❤️🍽️

Leider haben wir diesmal vergessen Trinkgeld zu geben! Wir gehen gerne hier essen. Das Essen ist super lecker und der Service ist auch super. Mittlerweile ist das hier unser Stammladen geworden, wenn wir Lust auf Döner, Pide etc. haben :).

Went here today after almost 2 years to redeem a voucher...I haven't been there since because of the sharp increase in prices. What I ordered looked delicious and arrived after a wait of about 30 minutes. I immediately noticed that the bread served was old and only toasted. This was confirmed after it cooled down. The Coke was almost non-carbonated and quite warm. The liver plate was quite tasty but lukewarm at best. The darum with lamb was surprisingly tough, unusual for lamb. It must have been grilled, which made it almost inedible because it tasted very strongly of barbecue lighter fluid. In my opinion, of petroleum. What was shown in the picture cost me 35 euros. After ordering, no one came to the table for just over an hour to ask if I wanted anything else or to pay. I then went in to redeem the voucher, which the cashier refused to accept. After another 15 minutes standing at the checkout, I was assured it would be accepted anyway. All in all, the way things went was unsatisfactory, and therefore this will be my last visit. The price/performance ratio simply doesn't match.

We ordered two doner kebab parcels. The man at the counter who was preparing the kebabs touched the meat with his bare hands when something fell down. Very unhygienic! Ingredients were missing, even though he asked us what we wanted on them. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I was just getting pizza, and the employees at the counter just kept laughing at me. The boss should give his employees better advice.

If you really want a kebab like you can't get these days, then this is the place for you! They don't skimp on the meat, and if you wish, they don't skimp on the sauce either. It's nice and warm and absolutely delicious! As always, very satisfied. The friendliness never leaves anything to be desired. Keep it up 👍

I've probably been to 50 kebab shops and would say it's one of the top 10. Around here, I'd put it in the top 3. But lately, the kebab shop has been spending too much time at the gym. It's lost a third of its weight. 😱 The price/performance ratio is no longer good 😉

And we all had a wonderful time at Mutlu-Et. (Thank you for upgrading my suggestion for improving service. We'll be coming more often now!) July I've eaten here very often with my family and friends. Unfortunately, I get the feeling that the service from the wait staff is becoming increasingly lackluster. We ordered food, drinks, and tea in advance. -The tea arrived after about 20 minutes. (5 teas -The food arrived after about 35 minutes (2 daily specials, large fries, lamb skewer, flatbread.) - The drinks only arrived after repeated requests and only after the food had already arrived. The flatbread with dip and sauce only arrived when we were almost finished... I mentioned it when paying and was told it was supposedly busy, even though the restaurant wasn't even half full and there were no students there for takeaway on a Friday afternoon. "Please, please, please, dear owner... Train your employees in service, because through them you'll get back the added value you had years ago. " I would like to give you 5 stars again... But for that to happen, the service needs to become more efficient and not work apologetically, but with structure and joy.

I eat there often. No visitor parking, minus points. You should park next door at the Netto Market and don't forget to set your arrival time, otherwise you'll get a 30 euro fine. I beg you, for a sandwich with 8 euros, that you give more meat. I can't recommend the kebab shop or the staff who prepare it. They're completely unfriendly and slander customers who have special requests in their foreign language. I threw the kebab away after three bites. The bread and meat aren't good. The salad is stale and is kept "fresh" with water. But old is old. Everything in the kitchen is completely unhygienic. Here on holiday and saw this restaurant on google. Was very busy but they managed to seat us down. Food was very good, because it was busy they forgot one order and didnt mention that the bulgur was empty and gave fries. I would have liked if they communicated this before hand. When we were paying they asked if everything was oke and we told them that they messed some things up, they gave us free baklava because of this. The food was still 10/10

As of yesterday, entry was permitted without a test. Prices are reasonable. We had lahmacun and a mixed grill. The cleanliness and organization are excellent. The taste is an 8 out of 10. It's a newer establishment. The staff and owner are very attentive, and the lady taking orders was very attentive. Parking is no problem. All in all, I recommend it. I wish the establishment success in the future.

Şahin is very caring, he loves his job. Tolga Aydın Sergen, the waiters are very fast service and friendly, they are master chefs and his son is excellent, whether it is grilled, doner kebab or the food they cook. Whatever I enjoy eating in Istanbul, the same applies here. There is no such place in Germany or Switzerland. Those who give low points do it for nothing.

A few days ago my girlfriend and I were in this restaurant, at first glance everything is great, the atmosphere, the staff, but the food still needs some work. My friend and I ordered a hamburger and they brought me an undercooked hamburger, it was half raw. I was very sad because it was my first time visiting this place, and right after they brought the food, I said, "Thank you for your attention, take precautions."

I have visited this restaurant many times and have always been satisfied. But today I was there with my colleague and ordered another portion of baklava. Unfortunately it wasn't fresh. I only ate one piece and felt very bad the whole day afterwards. I was afraid I would get food poisoning. I hope something like this doesn't happen next time...

This was our third time there, always for takeaway. This time, unfortunately, it wasn't good at all. The fact that the price has gone up by €1 per yufka would have been fine if the contents had stayed the same. There was much less meat than before. The box was also smaller... and there was a very long wait of over 20 minutes (for two yufkas and some extra meat in one box) when there was hardly anything going on... and all without gloves... (The last few times they wore them, but the staff were different). Unfortunately, we didn't really get a greeting either... We probably won't go there again, which is a shame.
