For me, Hakan’s Kitchen was always an absolute insider tip in Neu-Ulm! From the start I was impressed by the warm atmosphere and the exceptional service. The team was always friendly, attentive and really did everything they could to make you feel welcome. The food? Simply fantastic! The dishes were not only an absolute highlight in terms of taste, but were also lovingly prepared. You could immediately tell that they work here with passion and high-quality ingredients. Whether classic or creative, every meal was a delight and I always looked forward to trying new dishes. A special highlight was the free tea, which perfectly rounded off the stay with its warmth and aroma. This small but very personal gesture made Hakan’s Kitchen a place where you could not only eat well, but also feel completely at home. It is all the sadder that the operation has now ended. It's a real shame to lose such a culinary treasure and meeting place. I would like to thank the entire team from the bottom of my heart – for the great moments, the excellent food and the wonderful service. You will be greatly missed in Neu-Ulm and beyond! UPDATE: Unfortunately I was horrified recently. The staff wiped tables with black gloves, disposed of the trash and then “wrapped” a lahmacun with the same gloves. I have no idea how to give the stars. Dear owner, even if many people don't care about hygiene. We always enjoy eating here. 1. It tastes good. 2. Your staff doesn't jump from the checkout to preparing the food... and when they do, they wash their hands first. 3. Always very friendly and accommodating. Keep it up!

Food is very good, best Turkish restaurant in Ulm and the surrounding area. Price performance is also ok. The service is very friendly but unfortunately sometimes overwhelmed.

Lots of salad and very little meat on the kebab.

It used to be much tastier. Now it's way too expensive for the food. I have ordered a kebab plate there several times and the meat was always cold and the rice was unfortunately always undercooked.

I came in and was greeted very rudely, and the prices were a disgrace. I had ordered a meal that included 3 small chicken wings with a bit of mayonaise, two thin slices of tomatoes and 2 small, dark-colored lemons. I had the expectation that you could eat it without any worries. The first time I ate the tomato I thought it tasted very strange. (Broken) afterwards I ate the flights and saw that they weren't completely cooked through. I also wanted to smear the Jänchen flights with lemon while I noticed that they had changed color. I also took a picture while I was inspecting the lemon. The owner told me that it was just parsley. I tried to scrape it away but it was definitely mold. I will never go to this store again and I had to pay €9 for it afterwards!!
