I was in this restaurant for the first time today with my son. My child ordered a kebab plate and I ordered a börek with salad. Döner plate came full of yogurt and sauce. This is not mentioned on the menu!! I suffer from lactose tolerance and cannot tolerate normal yoghurt. I asked the woman with the condition "Please bring this kebab plate without sauce and yoghurt" she said okay, took the kebab plate and brought it back in just 1 minute with the statement "THAT'S NOT WORKING, WE'LL MAKE A MESS IF WE THROW THIS AWAY NOW". ..Ehhhmmm Hello, what is this cheek?? You won't become poor with 1 kebab plate! Please let the customer decide for themselves whether they want sauce or yoghurt on the kebab plate or not!!! No ketchup, no bread next to the kebab plate?! But charge over 10 euros for it?? The salad I ordered was also full of yogurt at the bottom!! I suffer from lactose tolerance and only noticed it after trying it a few times!!!! Why can't you see on the menu that there is also yogurt in it?? No oil, no vinegar in the salad or separately on the table??? Nothing just nothing but pepper and salt on the table!!! Phenomenally delicious kebab shop, unfortunately the portions have shrunk absolutely disproportionately despite the increased prices. Inflation and generally more expensive purchasing prices - all understandable, but if I order a large plate of kebab for a whopping €13.50, then I want to be completely full afterwards, unfortunately this is no longer the case. There is virtually no difference between the small kebab plate (€3.50 cheaper) and the large one. The taste is still absolutely delicate and therefore worth a visit every time! :)

But at Mediteran Tuana not only has it become more expensive, the portions have also become noticeably smaller. I used to get full from one kebab. This is no longer the case in this restaurant. It's okay that food has become expensive. But I think raising prices and reducing portions is bad form.

Great team, the food always tastes really good and fresh. You don't have to wait long to eat on site. Always my pleasure. Especially as a vegetarian, I like to eat there because the Vegiedöner is filled with many different alternatives.

Schönes Restaurant im Zentrum von Ulm

Wir hatten zu zweit einen Dönerteller, das war für uns die perfekte Größe um zu teilen. Das Fleisch war sehr gut und zart, dafür werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt.

Mega Portionen und super lecker!

Wir kamen von sehr weit her für nix . Bedienung unfreundlich ! Mit Kindern ist man hier leider nicht willkommen!

Wir waren hier spontan Dönerteller essen und ich muss sagen, lange nicht mehr so gutes Dönerfleisch gegessen. Es war alles frisch und sehr lecker. Der Service war gut und freundlich. Das einzige Manko ist, wenn man auf Toilette muss, da fühlt man sich absolut unwohl, sie ist einfach nicht einladend und man möchte schnell wieder raus. Keine Möglichkeit die Hände abzutrocknen und man muss durch das Treppenhaus.

Ich habe leider keine guten Erfahrungen hier gemacht. 1. Geschmacklich nicht empfehlenswert 2. Service unter aller Sau! Kurze Beschreibung damit ihr es nachvollziehen könnt. Habe einen Dürüm bestellten: bei der Anfertigung dessen wurde das fertige Yufka (was auch überhaupt nicht geht wenn man schon zwei Öfen im laden stehen hat, bei Bey Kebab in Vöhringen wird alles frisch und per Hand hergestellt vor deinen Augen!) Brot kurz zum erwärmen in den Ofen gegeben und danach meinte der Mitarbeiter allen ernstes das Yufka Brot wie eine Frisbee Scheibe auf die Arbeitsplatte vom Kollegen zu werfen, welche sich gute 2m entfernt befand. Dieser war im Umgang beim belegen des Dürüm auch nicht besser. Der Umgang hier mit Lebensmitteln ist absolutes NO GO! Keiner hatte Handschuhe an bei 5 Angestellten hinterm Tresen, ALLE Angestellten scheinen gestern den Aufenthaltstitel genehmigt bekommen zu haben. Waren diese auch beim Gesundheitsamt? Machten nicht den Eindruck ehrlich gesagt. 3. Das Management. Als ich dem Kassierer (Geschäftsleitung)die Situation schilderte fragte er nach dem MA und nach dem ich ihn Identifizierte meinte er nur: Ah der... auf die Art das ist normal bei dem. Tja leider ist dieser Umgang mit Lebensmitteln hier nicht normal und daher musst das gesagt werden.

Es ist nicht zu Empfehlen, Döner war kalt und fast verbrannt kein Fleischgeschmack viel zu viel Tomatenmark, würde nie wieder hingehen Schade für das Geld

An sich sind wir immer gerne dort was essen gegangen. Aber die Mitarbeiter die mittlerweile dort arbeiten sind sehr unqualifiziert . Der Döner wird in einer Schnelligkeit und Lustlosigkeit belegt unglaublich. Der Mitarbeiter der den Döner macht schmeißt wortwörtlich die Zutaten auf das Brot . Auf Wünsche wird nicht eingegangen er hört nicht zu ich sag ohne das mit jenes trotzdem wird nach Lust und Laune belegt auch noch vor meinen Augen . Also so schlimm das einem das Essen vergeht . Das war jetzt die letzten 2 mal so das ich mich gezwungen gefühlt hab diese Rezension zuschreiben . Also geschmacklich ist wirklich nichts auszusetzen eigentlich . Aber Mitarbeiter sollten sorgfältiger eingestellt werden.

Portion war am ersten Tag gut wurde aber zunehmend kleiner. Getränke überteuert. Letzter Döner war nur hälfe Fleisch andere Hälfte Salat, wollte gemischtes Fleisch hab aber nur Rindfleisch bekommen. Geschmacklich grundsätzlich gut. Bedinung freundlich aber zu langsam.

Waren heute das erste mal zur Abholung dort. Der Service war sowas von freundlich, wir wollten es kaum glauben. Das Essen selbst war hervorragend und frisch zubereitet. Die Portionen wirklich groß, kaum zu schaffen! Absolute Empfehlung!!!

Üble Döner am Fließband. Trotz wenig Betrieb klatschen zwei vollkommen übertrieben hektische Mitarbeiter das Zeug in kaum geröstete, labbrige Brote, sind in ihrer Hektik gestört, wenn man auf die Frage "Salat mit alles?" nicht Ja antwortet; danach scheint das Zeug noch liebloser draufgeklatscht zu werden. Qualität der Salatbestandtiele sehr mäßig (Tomaten sogar eklig), Soße auch nicht gut, das Fleisch scheint ebenfalls der Gewinnmaximierung zu dienen - wird laufend automatisch geschabt, egal ob geschmackvoll durchgegart oder nicht. Es gibt in der Frauenstraße noch drei weitere Dönerläden - alle um Welten besser.

Ist in meinen Augen doch mehr als ein einfacher Döner. Es gibt jeden Tag verschiedene Tagesgerichte, einen Antipasti-Bereich mit leckeren eingelegten Spezialitäten, Süßigkeiten etc pp. Aber klar, ist primär ein Döner. Essen ist immer sehr lecker und viel. Der vegetarische Döner ist zu empfehlen

Wir sind hier öfters in der Mittagspause zum Essen. Der Ansturm ist um diese Uhrzeit meistens groß. Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht schnell zu bedienen, was in der Regel auch gut funktioniert. Der Döner schmeckt "normal", es ist nichts besonderes. Das Brot wird nicht selbst gemacht und man kann zwischen zwei Sorten Fleisch entscheiden Kalbshackfleisch oder Putenfleisch. Die verschiedenen Pidesorten sind schon vorgebacken und werden nur erwärmt, wenn man es bestellt. Sie sind dadurch ungenießbar. Die Pizzen, Manti und das Tagesessen schmecken gut. Wobei bei dem Tagesessen mehr Abwechslung nicht schaden würde. Fazit: Wenn man in der Nähe ist und in seiner Pause Bock auf einen Döner oder eine Pizza hat, kann man hingehen. Zum Abendessen gibt es sicherlich Alternativen.

Der Keller hat uns nach dem Essen regelrecht rausgeschmissen, weil er den Tisch sofort wieder belegen wollte. Sowas unverschämtes habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Wir waren am Sonntag gegen 17 Uhr zum ersten mal in diesem " Restaurant " und mit Sicherheit zum letzten mal. Wir sind in das Restaurant (was man eigentlich nicht Restaurant nennen sollte) und fragten ob Selbstbedienung ist, sie meinten wie sie möchten wir können auch ihre Bestellung aufnehmen. Nach meine Frage ob sie eine Speisekarte haben, habe ich einen Flyer in die Hand gedrückt bekommen. Mein Freund hat sich später einen Tuana Spezial bestellt und ich Iskender. Iskender wird normalerweise mit türkische Tomatensoße namens salça zubereitet, dies war bei meinem Iskender nicht der Fall, es war eher eine feuerrote künstliche tomatenpaste die auch dementsprechend schmeckte. Zudem wird bei Iskender das Brot geröstet dies war auch nicht fall. Der Dönerfleisch war nicht durch und schmeckte miserabel. Es hat ca 3-4 min. Gedauert bis wir unsern essen bekommen haben, ein solches essen ist normalerweise nicht in dieser Zeit machbar. Und trotzdem war das Essen wirklich sehr sehr kalt! Gehe aus den genannten Gründen davon aus, dass das essen nicht frisch zubereitet wurde. Wir haben zudem 2x 0,5L Getränke bestellt, die "Bedienung" stellte uns einfach die Getränke in der Einwegflasche auf den Tisch. Nach Anfrage auf einen glas reichte er mir durch das Fenster einen Glas der dreckig war, welches er in der letzten Sekunde bemerkte und aus diesem Grund ein sauberes holen ging. Als wir mit unserm essen "fertig" waren,was wir natürlich nicht leer essen konnten aufgrund den oben genannten Gründen, kam die Bedienung und nahm einfach die Teller mit, ohne zu fragen ob es schmeckte. Schließlich standen wir auf und gingen zur Kasse dort wurde auch nicht gefragt ob es schmeckte. Als ich zahlte habe ich den Mann an der Theke angesprochen und gesagt, dass das essen nicht schmeckte und es für iskender falsch Zubereitet ist, es kalt war und die "Bedienung " auch nicht freundlich ist. UND BEKAM NUR DIE ANTWORT BEI UNS WIRD DAS ISKENDER "SO" ZUBEREITET! Er nahm schließlich das geld was auf der theke lag (ohne einen Nachlass oder sonstiges Angebot) und gab das rückgeld. Wir gingen in das Restaurant aufgrund den guten Bewertungen, welches ich aber keineswegs nachvollziehen kann! Empfehle niemanden diesen Laden!
