Quality has deteriorated significantly! This has been my favorite kebab in Ulm for years and I went there regularly and without exception it was always very, very tasty. Unfortunately today it was catastrophic. The ingredients were slapped onto it completely carelessly and there was just an excessive amount of sauce slapped onto the kebab. Plus it wasn't as fresh anymore. Unfortunately it tasted more like run-of-the-mill standard sauce. The Turkish Tuana touch of the last few years was completely missing! I don't know what's going on with you right now, but this was the second time in a row that it was a very poor experience. Unfortunately I've heard this from several sources. Urgently need to get back to the old quality. Otherwise you will lose some regular customers.

My standard sentence at the beginning: taste can be debated. I had a lentil soup and the pide with minced meat here. A little note: The minced meat pide is served gratinated with cheese. If you don't like that, you should mention it when ordering. The taste was great and the prices were also very reasonable. The lentil soup tasted like it was in Turkey.

One of the best kebab shops I've ever visited! The meat was super juicy, the sauces were homemade and really tasty, and the bread was fresh and crispy. The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. Particularly positive: The staff is very friendly and quick - you immediately feel welcome. I'll definitely be back!

5 stars – highly recommended! I've been to this kebab shop several times now and I'm completely satisfied every time. The kebab is super tasty, the meat is juicy, well seasoned and the ingredients are fresh. But I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the pizza – crispy base, plenty of toppings and really good taste! To be honest, I wouldn't have expected this in a kebab shop. The staff is friendly, the prices are fair and the waiting time is completely acceptable. Whether it's for a quick snack or a relaxed dinner - I'll definitely be back!

We ordered a large kebab plate, but this time we were very disappointed because the portion was disappointing. Since I come here often, I asked the waitress if it was a small portion, and she said, "It's a large portion," and then left immediately. No one came to our aid, nothing. Unfortunately, the nice young man wasn't at the counter today; he certainly wouldn't have allowed it. Disappointing for the price; you'd have to think twice about coming here again.

I had to go to the toilet so much and didn't want to go outside... so I came to you and asked if I could use your toilet. Your employee asked me if I could If I was a customer at all, I said yes, I eat with you on a regular basis. Then he asked me if I had just eaten at the competitor across the street. I said yes, because I'm a very honest person. Despite you, he then meant that I did In any case, you are not allowed to use the toilet or go. For this reason, I have decided never to eat with you again and to advise everyone against the idea that hospitality only exists if you pay for it. It's a shame you really disappointed me

Very cheeky employees! Never again

Today we ordered pide with kebab meat, unfortunately it came separately, so pide with cheese and kebab meat as a side dish.. also pide was at least 2-3 hours old and the cheese was very hard and didn't taste fresh.. The employee couldn't explain to me why the pide wasn't freshly baked... never again!

Every time I go to Ulm I have to go to the Tuana Restaurant. The food is simply delicious. The kebab burger was simply awesome and highly recommended.

We tried the kebab at Tuana Kebab and really loved it. The meat was super juicy and well seasoned, and the fresh ingredients gave the kebab a great taste. The portions are generous, so we were definitely full. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and inviting, and the service was friendly and quick. All in all, a great place to enjoy a classic kebab!

I just wanted to enjoy a lahmacun, but unfortunately things turned out differently. Instead I got a Dürüm filled with lots of salad. I've never eaten a lahmacun like this before - it wasn't crispy at all, but completely soggy and cold.

I bought chicken kebab a while ago and it was very cold and there was a lot of salad. Unfortunately it was a bad experience.

The service and taste were great, I recommend the Döner Burger and kunefe.

Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was anything but great. I went there for the first time yesterday with friends. The ambience is a bit unusual but after all I wanted to eat. You have free choice and can put your own food together. Unfortunately, what I ate was dry from standing in the display case for so long and really wasn't a treat for the palate. Even though they warmed the dishes in the microwave, the food was still cold. Even after bringing it back to warm up it was still cold. It was a disappointment for me because I was looking forward to the food and was also hungry. It's a shame, I would have loved to give it a better rating. It wasn't just me. My friends, including a 70-year-old man, felt the same way.

My family really liked this restaurant. The staff. the meeting. the food. the service. everything was at the highest level. We would be happy to visit again if possible..

I was in this restaurant for the first time today with my son. My child ordered a kebab plate and I ordered a börek with salad. Döner plate came full of yogurt and sauce. This is not mentioned on the menu!! I suffer from lactose tolerance and cannot tolerate normal yoghurt. I asked the woman with the condition "Please bring this kebab plate without sauce and yoghurt" she said okay, took the kebab plate and brought it back in just 1 minute with the statement "THAT'S NOT WORKING, WE'LL MAKE A MESS IF WE THROW THIS AWAY NOW". ..Ehhhmmm Hello, what is this cheek?? You won't become poor with 1 kebab plate! Please let the customer decide for themselves whether they want sauce or yoghurt on the kebab plate or not!!! No ketchup, no bread next to the kebab plate?! But charge over 10 euros for it?? The salad I ordered was also full of yogurt at the bottom!! I suffer from lactose tolerance and only noticed it after trying it a few times!!!! Why can't you see on the menu that there is also yogurt in it?? No oil, no vinegar in the salad or separately on the table??? Nothing just nothing but pepper and salt on the table!!! Do I have to call out the conditions for every little thing and wait or what? Well, I've visited a few Turkish restaurants and have never seen the kebab plate come full of sauce and yoghurt without asking!!! We were absolutely NOT SATISFIED with my child! I quickly ordered a kebab plate to take away. I'm relatively satisfied with the taste, but I would have liked a little more seasoning in the meat. The 3 stars are only there because the others prepare it much better. ------------------ Reasons for the 2-star rating at the time: Has continued to diminish over the years. It just tastes the way it can taste if you throw it down in 20 seconds. Dürüm consists of a tablespoon of lettuce and two handfuls of “meat”. In addition, the portions are becoming smaller and the “meat” content is increasing. This work of art is then wrapped in such a way that you get completely dirty while eating because the lower end of the Dürüm is not wrapped properly, even if you explicitly ask for it. It's best to eat at one table so that all the sauce spills onto the table. Before I eat here, I go to the Asian restaurant or get a pizza. I only come here when everything is closed at night. Plus it's always very hectic and your left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and you have to repeat your order with every kebab man. I only eat here when everything else is closed and even then I always regret it.
