I almost feel bad calling this a snack. It's simply incredibly tasty and likeable and it's a dish that I've only rarely seen! Lots of vegan options and for me the best falafel in Mannheim. 100% recommendation!

I eat here fairly regularly during my lunch break and the food is very tasty and always fresh. The staff is also very nice.

We celebrated a family celebration with around 60 people and I have to give a lot of praise to the friendly owner. All guests were served in a friendly and attentive manner and the food was brought to the tables one after the other, fresh and warm, as requested, and everyone was served in less than 30 minutes. Simply top performance! There is not much to say about the food, no matter what you order, it tastes really delicious and authentic. Starting with the various starters and ending with the grilled meat, which was prepared perfectly despite the high number of orders. So we have found our favorite restaurant in Heidelberg and are already looking forward to our next visit. I can only warmly recommend Palmyra's to everyone else.

Whoever tries this restaurant should not repeat it. Oh God, how much you created. 44 euros on two plates of bulgur, two bananas, a piece of not pure meat mixed with bulgur, two plates of lentil soup, and 6 pieces of sweets. I swear I didn't want to comment, but after I read the comments, I noticed that you are responding to customers in an unkind way. As if the customers were not being honest. I hope to improve the quality of the food and be honest with the customer regarding the food ingredients, for example pure meat and thick eggplant chips. Eating requires generosity. I was on a bus trip with my practice for two days in Colmar and Strasbourg, with an overnight stay in Karlsruhe. When we spontaneously looked for a place to eat, I did a quick search and found a Syrian restaurant. Despite a last-minute request, we luckily got a table. The restaurant is beautifully decorated inside, the service was first class and the food tasted great - it suited everyone in our group. The boss, Mr. Hanna, was very attentive, explained the individual dishes to us and was always there for us. We tried Lebanese wine with the food, which we also really liked. A big thank you to Mr. Hanna and his team. I can highly recommend the restaurant to everyone

Amazing food and amazing owner 💯💯

Pleasant atmosphere. I walked into the store and was initially pleasantly surprised by the pleasant atmosphere. The music put me in a positive mood. Then I went to the counter and was greeted by an extremely friendly employee who made the falafel box very tasty. I then ate this and it really impressed me. The mix of different salads made my taste buds explode. All in all, I would recommend the store.

I always enjoy ordering here and can only recommend every dish here. If you don't like it here, you simply have no taste at all.
