Delicious food, beautiful location.

Damascus in Crailsheim is a real discovery for me. I tried shawarma there for the first time some time ago and it left a lasting impression on me. Since then, I've compared every shawarma I eat elsewhere to that of Damascus - and so far none have been able to compete. The two brothers who run the restaurant do it as a hobby and are only open on weekends. But you immediately notice that passion and quality are in the foreground here. Everything is freshly prepared and the ingredients are excellent - you can taste it in every bite. If you are looking for authentic Syrian specialties, you should definitely visit Damascus. For me a clear 5 out of 5!

The kebab I had was great. The flatbread was fresh and smelled delicious. DD Vegetables were also fresh, the meat was juicy and overall the taste of the kebab with the sauces was really great! Absolutely recommended.

I can only recommend it. Very tasty and authentic shawarma. Prices are great, ambience and service are also fine.

I almost feel bad calling this a snack. It's simply incredibly tasty and likeable and it's a dish that I've only rarely seen! Lots of vegan options and for me the best falafel in Mannheim. 100% recommendation!

I eat here fairly regularly during my lunch break and the food is very tasty and always fresh. The staff is also very nice.

This restaurant is not there anymore and had been taken over by another middle eastern restaurant serving okish food.

I was on a bus trip with my practice for two days in Colmar and Strasbourg, with an overnight stay in Karlsruhe. When we spontaneously looked for a place to eat, I did a quick search and found a Syrian restaurant. Despite a last-minute request, we luckily got a table. The restaurant is beautifully decorated inside, the service was first class and the food tasted great - it suited everyone in our group. The boss, Mr. Hanna, was very attentive, explained the individual dishes to us and was always there for us. We tried Lebanese wine with the food, which we also really liked. A big thank you to Mr. Hanna and his team. I can highly recommend the restaurant to everyone

Unfortunately it's very unloving and Schwarma doesn't taste like Schwarma at all. Way too expensive, dry and not tasty.

I always enjoy ordering here and can only recommend every dish here. If you don't like it here, you simply have no taste at all.
