The food is always freshly prepared and therefore very tasty and healthy.

Environment is quite noisy, but the food is very good!

For an all-you-can-eat meal, the price/performance ratio is okay. ✅ The ambiance is a bit simple, but not uncomfortable. ✅ The sushi selection was okay. ✅ The service was quick and friendly. ☑️ The hot buffet was already sold out by 7:30 PM. All in all, a good 4 stars. ⭐️

Fuji Sushi on Deworastraße in Trier is always a little highlight for me. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating – they recognize you and even ask how you are, which I really appreciate. The warmth remains even when you leave: a friendly word, a genuine smile. And in between? Truly delicious food – exactly to my taste. I go there regularly, and it's always a pleasure. Five stars.
