Die besten Restaurants mit Sushi restaurant Essen in Nordrhein-Westfalen

Auf der Homepage wirbt man mit "Liebevoll zubereitet" und einem euphorischen Text. Ich habe mich wirklich auf mein Asien-Erlebnis gefreut und wurde sehr enttäuscht. Schon als mir der Fahrer die Schale übergab, merkte ich, daß es nur lauwarm war. Beim Öffnen der Schale wurde ich noch mehr enttäuscht. Auf der einen Seite war lauwarmer Reis, auf der anderen Seite alle Komponenten aufeinander geklatscht. Das Essen war tatsächlich lauwarm, einiges sogar kalt.Liebevoll zubereitet sieht für mich anders aus. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, daß, wenn ich um 20:14 Uhr verschiedene gegrillte Speisen bestelle, diese bei Lieferung um 20:40 dermaßen abgekühlt bzw. ganz kalt sind. Für mich sah daß alles überhaupt nicht frisch aus. Eher aufgewärmt in der Mikrowelle. Beim Veggie-Mix stand nicht, daß er scharf ist. Ich darf nichts scharfes essen (mag sowieso nicht scharf). Das hat mir dann denn Rest gegeben und 18.90 € sind in den Mülleimer gewandert. Bevor ich öffentlich eine schlechte Rezension abgebe, schreibe ich zuerst immer den Dienstleister an, mit der Bitte um Stellungnahme. Ich habe leider keine Antwort bekommen.

The food was really good, but the waitress seemed annoyed.

DANGER!!! We were with you yesterday afternoon at 5 p.m. Short and sweet.. The entire sushi was not fresh but very old, the rocket on the sushi was already cross... And the tuna was gray The chicken was 100% warmed up.. Probably from the day before.. Like everything else, even the tomato bacon skewers were cold and greasy and also probably from the day before.. The sushi was taken out of storage boxes. New sauce was put on it and brought to the table If you like sushi, go here... *****..... Not... there... This is more of a case for food... Please don't carry on like this!

IT'S CLOSED NOW! :( I had once a great experience here, better ramen than in Düsseldorf, but went to eat there today and it's closed for renovations to make way for another restaurant! Shame, it was great!

Despite reservations everything was totally chaotic. None of the staff knew where to go. Unfortunately, the food arrived every 5 to 10 minutes, which was very annoying since we were there as a small group. The food was excessively greasy and not tasty. The refrigerators are in the middle of the entrance, which I don't think is nice because there was a big queue there and I couldn't really get to it. Dessert was also an absolute disaster. Nothing freshly made, everything bought cheaply. The shop is really poorly done, copied too much from others and hasn't developed its own proper system.

Very tasty sushi, I currently only order here. I can only recommend!!!

Ich war vor ein paar Tagen dort Essen. Preis Leistung war überragend - für 13,80€ den Magen vollgeschlagen, alles hat super gut geschmeckt. Allerdings war der Kellner mega langsam und fragt auch nicht nach Getränken wenn das Getränk leer ist. Wir waren der einzige Tisch und trotzdem hat er überfordert und lustlos gewirkt.

I was at this restaurant recently and was unfortunately disappointed. We had to call ourselves every time to place orders - no one ever proactively came to our table. I actually really enjoy eating sushi with salmon, but the salmon used wasn't high-quality sushi salmon, but rather ordinary breakfast salmon, the kind you'd normally expect on bread. The ambience was also not convincing. Everything seemed disjointed and the renovation seemed superficial - you can tell by simply sticking cheap foil over the tables to change the appearance. One positive aspect, however, was the miso soup, which I really enjoyed. But overall, I was unfortunately not impressed by the experience.

Super good food and good quality that you can taste

I love the food there. Even when I made a mistake when ordering. And when I called there, it was changed immediately at my request. Without any problems. Deliveries always very hot and good portions too. Thank you all!!

We have ordered here very often and the sushi is usually very good. But what was really unbelievable today was the way we were treated and an order that didn't come. Because we had guests, we asked when the food was coming after a 15 minute delay. They said it was coming soon. After a delay of at least 40 minutes, no one answered the phone and when we called from another number, someone answered. The employee's statement was: The driver was held up, he can't do anything about it, next time we should just order somewhere else. Thanks for the tip, we'll do it from now on and be happy to spread the word.

The food is always good...However, the organization is a disaster. Ordering food on Sunday evening is really difficult. Despite pre-ordering, far in advance, waiting 30-45 minutes is simply not possible. Then assume less or plan differently. As described above, the food is simply good. Keep it up

I very rarely write a review, but this was subpar. Waited over an hour and 45 minutes for the order without getting any updates. No one answered the phone. Sushi fell apart and what was supposed to be warm was cold. Unfortunately, it was also the worst sushi I've ever tasted. Extremely disappointed and not recommended.

The delivery was good but the quality of the food wasn't as tasty as I expected. The seafood portion of the sushi was not enough. If they could work more on the taste and quantity of the portion. Maybe I'll order again next time.

The tastiest sushi I've ever eaten and all the staff are super nice. I'll always come back here
