The salmon and tuna are sliced ​​too thickly and tasteless. If you can't even look friendly, you shouldn't be working as a waiter in a restaurant. The ambiance is very questionable... (bamboo wallpaper on the wall, not a single plant, questionable music). The bottom line is: it's overpriced and tasteless.

Nice little restaurant. I had to wait for my train, so I walked there from the station. Ordered a takeaway and it was ready in 5 minutes. The quality is okay. If you want to be full, you'll get enough, in my opinion. The price/performance ratio is absolutely reasonable.

We were there as a family. I love Asian cuisine, and so does my child. We eat moderately spicy food. The menu included soups, both spicy and not. Before ordering, I specified that one soup was for the child, so it should be either mild or not spicy. They said not spicy. In the end, they served a soup that was too spicy even for me. Naturally, no one finished it. What a waste of money.

It's a shame they're stingy with soy sauce and side dishes. With six portions of sushi, it should be normal to have six soy sauces. Only after asking did they get two soy sauces to take away.

Ate here today and had to write a review to worn others. Went there because most reviews were very positive. I wanted to order a sushi box that was shown on the menu, but the waitress said that the pictures were not accurate to the menu items and gave me no recommendation based on the picture i wanted. Me and my boyfriend both had basic maki and nigiri, and as a sushi lover i have never been this dissapointed. The salmon wasn't great but the tuna was downright disgusting, we had trouble keeping it down. The mochi i had as desert was hard as a rock from the freezer im guessing. Definitly not going back.

Me and the person I went with eat sushi at home around once a month and both of us felt ill and even threw up after eating here. Miso soup was too salty.

I visit Sushi House every time I'm in Cologne. It's an affordable restaurant with delicious and always fresh food. Because of the high customer volume, the ingredients are always fresh. It's best to avoid coming at lunchtime, as it's quite busy. I particularly like the high-quality miso soup – light, aromatic, and balanced. I also enjoy the fried rice or the noodles with meat and vegetables. The portions of the main courses are really large – we often take leftovers home. I usually order two appetizers (like miso soup) and two main courses – that's easily enough for two people. My wife loves the bowls – with lots of fresh fish and well-balanced ingredients. It's important to us that we eat four dishes between the two of us and still stay under €35 – the value for money is excellent. The service is very friendly, and the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant outside of peak hours. Reservations are recommended for lunch. We'll definitely be back.

Wir waren dort nach einem Messe Besuch! Das Essen war auch lecker aber die Art und Weise wie die Bedienung mit dem Koch umgegangen ist war einfach sehr unangenehm. Er wurde regelmäßig zusammen geschnauzt von ihr er sei langsam , was witzig war denn der Laden war neben uns und einer kleinen Familie leer und der Fahrer auch nicht vor Ort… daher war es recht unangenehm da zuzuhören… die Toiletten will man gar nicht nutzen! Diese sind alles andere als schön anzusehen, wir haben sie lediglich dann nur fürs Hände waschen genutzt und selbst da haben wir uns schon etwas geekelt. Daher nur 3 Punkte von 5

The best were the salmon maki (large, with lots of salmon, little rice) and the delicious chicken yakitori. The portion of yakitori (with rice) - although only intended as a snack - is enough to fill you up if you are not very hungry. According to the waiter, the photo on the menu (with avocado strips) is only intended as a symbolic image. But I would be happy to get avocado with it, even at no extra charge. In the end, the receipt said “DIVERSE” for 1€. Still a fair price for a relatively large portion. Tuna was tasteless. But the other types of fish were okay. The nigiri are made with a lot of rice, so the fish/rice ratio isn't right.

Haben hier bestellt und es war die reinste Enttäuschung. So was ekeliges habe ich bisher selten in meinem Leben gegessen. Gyoza und zwei Bowls haben 40€ gekostet und sind am Ende im Müll gelandet. Lieber wo anders essen.

I have been a frequent guest at the Sushi House for over ten years and have to say that the restaurant is one of my absolute favorites. The sushi is incredibly tasty and you can order from a good and varied selection. The only drawback is the constantly changing staff, who, depending on the person, don't always seem that motivated. But the most important thing for me - the food is always right! I really enjoy eating at Sushi Haus Deutz and can recommend it to everyone!

Food and prices are good. The portion is good and filling. The toilets are not recommended, mini small, not that clean. The restaurant is more suitable for taking food away, as there are very limited seats and it is a bit uncomfortable. The service is very nice.

Portion sizes are generous, service is great and food is pretty good. We liked the Thai dishes better than the sushi and ramen, but that may be a personal preference. Most of the dishes could use a bit more sharpness, but that may be because spicy food is underappreciated in Germany. All in all a pretty good food stop in this area. I recommend the Thai soups.

The food is always delicious and fairly priced. The owner and staff are always friendly, although it sometimes takes a moment to be served again. The only real negative point are the tables. These are very small and relaxed sitting is only possible to a limited extent. When two tall people sit opposite each other, things quickly become problematic.

Nice little "Indian" Japanese guy. You definitely shouldn't expect authentic Japanese food, but the quality and price/performance are top. There are now also Thai dishes. The service is always very nice, the ambience is okay, but it is more of a small snack bar.

Came here because of Tony Robbins event and this place is just across the street. I’m very happy with the sushi as I didn’t expect much and just wanted to try. The restaurant is modest but they give reasonable portions of what a sushi should be. Not stuffing too much rice like other places. Good quality of fish and rice is well made. I will visit again when I have event at the Lanxess Arena. Comparing the prices, food portion and quality, here’s quite satisfying.

We've been ordering sushi for about 10 years. Today we were very disappointed with the quality. Miso soup: totally dried out tofu in the soup. Tuna Sushi: full of fiber Chicken skewers: Mini small pieces, dried out and full of chicken hair and for 5 euros!!!!! We spent a hefty sum on food today and were disappointed. We'll probably have to look for another store in the future. What a shame!!

"If you want to cut the relationship with Japanese people, here's the place" -that was what me and my friend agreed. Gyoza was definitely not the gyoza you expect, and the meat inside smells bad. All the other menu we ordered was below standard. But service was friendly.

The service was very friendly. The price-performance ratio is pretty good. There is a large selection of sushi, appetizers and various other dishes such as ramen, so there is something for every taste. However, I have to say that the spring rolls were a bit too greasy for my taste. Still, they tasted pretty good with the sauce. There are no criticisms for the sushi. Conclusion: Definitely worth a visit.

Small but nice! A really centrally located sushi restaurant on the Schäl Sick (on the right bank of the Rhine). Very friendly service and incredibly good food. We've been coming by often for years and it's always a great culinary experience. In addition to sushi, there are various other typical Asian dishes from ramen to various bowls to fried noodles. There is something for everybody. We would like to come again!

Had sushi there last night on the recommendation of a friend. So for us it was the best sushi we have ever eaten. The salmon and tuna tasted fresh and the maki's were larger and well filled than in other stores. The variations were all very tasty. We will definitely come back again. Unfortunately I have to share my recent experience with the Sushi Haus in Cologne, which was anything but satisfactory. I ordered through Wolt and the delivery arrived without the basic sticks. After my Wolt order was delivered without the essential chopsticks, I immediately called the restaurant to report the problem. Unfortunately, I met an extremely unfriendly lady on the phone who showed no understanding for our disappointment. Not only was her response rude, but she shifted the responsibility onto us by claiming it was our own fault because we didn't explicitly state that we wanted cutlery or chopsticks. It is unfortunate to see that instead of being responsive and solution-oriented, the blame is placed on the customer. As a paying customer, I expect respectful treatment and a willingness to respond appropriately to problems. The lack of cooperation from the staff only exacerbated an already disappointing experience. Disappointing that even such simple requests cannot be fulfilled. The absence of chopsticks significantly detracted from the dining experience and raises serious questions about the care and attention in preparing the orders. The sushi rolls themselves were below average in terms of freshness and presentation. It's a shame to see a restaurant that specializes in sushi unable to maintain basic standards. I hope this review helps Sushi Haus improve its quality of service. Customers should be confident that their orders are complete and carefully prepared. Unfortunately that wasn't the case in my case.

Very good food, excellent sushi, nice size, very fresh. Ramen is also highly recommended. Above all, the possibility of frying the sushi with the breading is divine. Prices are very very reasonable for the size and quality of the products/food. We'll come back the next time we visit Cologne. Greetings from the Black Forest

Extrem schlechtes Sushi! Ich würde hier nicht nochmal was essen. Ich bezweifle an der Frische und Qualität der Zutaten. Personal nicht besonders freundlich. Ich empfehle dieses Sushihaus nicht weiter!

Es schmeckt fürchterlich! Ich hatte noch nie so ein schlechtes Sushi! Der Lachs hat so gestunken, dass ich mich danach sogar übergeben musste. Ausserdem war meine Bestellung nicht mal vollständig und das trotz einen leeren Laden! Nie wieder werde ich diesen Drecksladen betreten.

Nic nadzywaczjnego ,a już na pewno nie przypomina to kuchni chińskiej, bez blizej okreslonego smaku, Chyba tylko nazwa chinska nic po za tym.Sok z kartonu a cena prawie jak za sok własnej produkcji. Kucharz powinien zacząć odwiedzac chińskie restauracje i zobaczyć jak powinna smakować.

Ми з чоловіком замовляли суші, а також рис із овочами, лососем і креветками. Суші і манговий сік сподобалися. Рис не дуже засмакував. Як на мене, хороше місце щоб поїсти саме суші. Персонал не надто чемний, в цілому непогано.
