We ordered from Lieferando, and I've never eaten such disgusting sushi. Too much, completely overcooked rice, no flavor other than that of cheap fish. I really wouldn't recommend it; the reviews must be fake.

I didn't receive a delivery even though I paid with PayPal! Then I call and they say they rang my doorbell and no one answered? I was home the whole time, waiting hungry for my food. To this day, I haven't received my order and I haven't received any money!

We ordered there via Lieferando and experienced unacceptable behavior from the delivery person, both in terms of hygiene and humane behavior. Our sushi order was initially correct, but the driver accidentally brought additional crispy tuna rolls, which he stated were intended for another customer. Since our order was large, we didn't notice right away and only ate two. Later, the driver called, yelled at me on the phone, demanded that we stop eating immediately, and personally picked up the opened rolls – apparently to give them to the intended customer. This is a clear violation of applicable hygiene regulations (Sections 42 and 43 of the Infection Protection Act – prohibiting the distribution of already opened/opened food to third parties). Particularly controversial: I had a gastrointestinal infection a week earlier. The fact that these foods may have been passed on to other guests despite my warning is absolutely unacceptable from a health perspective. When we pointed out this serious violation to the driver, he simply responded with "yes, yes, yes...", showing no insight, no apology, and zero customer service. Food that has already been on someone else's table and partially consumed should never be shared – that's not only disgusting, but dangerous.

Absolutely catastrophic, never again. I specially got a taxi and paid €10, only for the employee to disrespectfully fob me off and not want to work, even though the shop was still open for four hours. He said there was no menu and that I should please leave the shop because he was alone. After I found the menu on the counter and said that I had taken a taxi here and that I wanted to order something, he aggressively took the menu from my hand and threw me out of the shop. I will never go to such a crappy shop again.

Food was delivered quickly. However, the sushi tasted so fishy that it was not edible. The tuna in particular seemed to be of poor quality due to the strong fishy taste (and smell), so we had to leave it alone. Absolutely not recommended - the quality should be right, especially with raw fish.

The sushi was very good. I can't agree with the negative comments. We were there in the evening, but everything was still fresh and warm (crunchy rolls and ebi). The salmon plate was fresh and delicious. Great for the price.

I can't recommend the food. The curry was extremely poorly prepared. It tasted diluted. The sushi had the filling hanging on the side. I would never order from there again.

The tuna and the salmon smelled so bad that we unfortunately had to stop eating. I hope we don't get food poisoning. Underground - I can't recommend it at all!

I ordered a sushi bowl with raw salmon there, which apparently wasn't good. The next day I was lying flat with food poisoning. The last order was there, no greetings were sent out.

We ordered two different main dishes on New Year's Day (Chicken Panang Kaeng and Peanut Sate Veggie). Unfortunately, the food wasn't convincing at all. Mushy, totally overcooked vegetables, tough chicken, soggy rice. Based on the consistency and packaging, it seems reasonable to assume that these are pre-cooked convenience products that are warmed up in the packaging. What a shame! We can't say what their sushi skills are like, but we won't test it after this experience either.

Kudos to your sushi. My kids love it and so do we. No matter what external wishes we have, they fulfill them. I can 100% recommend this, we order it almost twice a month because it is so delicious. Many thanks to the Sushi Werk.

We ordered from Sushiwerk for the first time today. The chicken sushi on the menu made us skeptical, but otherwise the selection appealed to us. The website also advertised a €10 discount when ordering online. This turned out to be a perfidious customer deception later in the ordering process, as the discount was divided into three orders (see photo). It's questionable whether this is legal... At the time of pickup, the hot food was already ready, but the sushi still needed to be prepared. The order was packaged in a lot of plastic, which other restaurants do in a more environmentally friendly way. We had hoped that we would now be convinced by the quality of the food, but unfortunately this was not the case. The tofu in my bowl was obviously so improperly prepared that it had the appearance and consistency of a dried sponge - I didn't know it could be done like that. The crispy veggie sushi had a distinct meat flavor as it was obviously cooked in the same deep fryer as the questionable chicken. Overall not recommended for vegetarians. The salmon makis taste predominantly of fish, which is not a sign of quality. Only the edamame really convinced us. Overall, we will not order again under any circumstances.

I do not recommend this place, I got stomach pain after ordering here, something was not in good state. Next day after ordering, I went there and told this to the man in charge. He did not comment anything or propose any solution

Ordered for pickup and I wasn't impressed. I've arrived at an empty place. A big bowl of rice ready to make sushi looked really dry and couple of flies enjoying their time in the rice. The Edamame where welked, dry and not salted. The sushi tasted average. Great avocado, I need to highlight that. So not all bad. The rice tasted old, the salmon in the Makis tasted odd, I think it was spoiled already and didn't finish it. What I was hoping for was good sushi, what I got was a disappointment.

Price performance is great. Suhsi are great. We were given a bottle of Coke as a gift. Thank you very much 👍👍

1st order: Rudest driver ever. 2nd order: Was delivered incorrectly and when I asked, I was told that I had ordered incorrectly and they wouldn't exchange it... Conclusion: rarely seen such bad service. I will never order there again and can only advise against doing so

Ordered via Lieferando, it was delivered in less than 20 minutes (20-45 minutes were specified) 👍 Poké Bowl was generously stocked, looked fresh and tasted delicious 😋 1 star deducted because a single fruit fly came out of the bowl 🙈

Please no advertising. It sucks! What don't you understand about it?

As another user complained about a year ago, the whole city is being littered with unwanted advertising. That means: “Please do not insert advertising” signs are brazenly ignored! Bad! The owner hoped 1 year ago that this would not happen in the future. Well, either the boss didn't care or the people in charge don't give a damn what the boss says and wants - both options are bad. Long story short, will you stop putting your trash in our mailbox or do you think we'll order something from you if you don't even comply with this simple request???

I ordered a baked duck with fried rice 🍚 here last Sunday. The delivery was almost there within the specified times. The prices for the minimum order were also absolutely fine. The quality of the duck was good. The only thing is that water was a bit too expensive 3.50 for a 0.25 L bottle is too much!

That was the best sushi I've ever eaten.

Ich bestelle bei euch immer Online und bin mehr als zufrieden. Immer lecker und eure Fahrer super freundlich. Bitte schaut euch mal euere eigner Homepage an, da kann man seit Wochen nicht mehr bestellen. Es läuft nur die Startseite mit dem Extras auf, aber nicht mehr der Menüreiter. Musste echt über Lieferando auslösen um euer Essen zu genießen. 😖

Wir haben Sushi, Garnelen und Frühlingsrollen bestellt, alles hat wirklich hervorragend geschmeckt. Wir bestellen wieder!

Wir haben telefonisch Sushi bestellt und selbst abgeholt. Wir mussten kurz warten, weil noch ein Teil frisch zubereitet wurde. Finde ich prima. Bei Selbst-Abholung gibt es etwas Rabatt, was auch klasse ist. Das Sushi (mix für 2 Personen) ist sehr lecker gewesen und die Menge genau richtig für 2 zum Sattessen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für einige kleine Kritikpunkte: - man kann nicht mit Karte zahlen - es ist zu wenig Sojasoße dabei - die Chrispy Chicken Rolls haben mir nicht gefallen, weil nichts frisches dabei war. Das wirkt wie ein zerschnittenes aufgerollter ChickenNuget. Das würde ich beim nächsten Mal in der Box gegen was anderes tauschen.

Ich bin "Wiederholungstäter"! Habe schon oft online bestellt. Zum "Ambiente" kann ich daher nichts sagen. Lieferdienst war immer freundlich, das Essen kam heiß an und schmeckte immer lecker! Preise für Sushi finde ich gerechtfertigt, weil es moderne Kreationen mit guten Zutaten gibt.

Immer nett und schnell. Qualität und Preis passen auch.

Leckere Auswahl an Sushi. Alles ist super frisch zubereitet und schön angerichtet. Die Platte für 2 Personen ist perfekt für ein füllendes Mittagessen. Edamame & Gyoza sind als Vorspeisen zu empfehlen. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht & stylisch bis bald wieder

Thunfisch schmeckte im Bowl nicht frisch. Auch das Aussehen und die Zusammensetzung waren mittelmäßig. Für extra Soya Päckchen verlangt man 50cent. Woanders bekommt man es nachgeschmissen. Gesamteindruck "nicht gut genug"

Leider das schlechteste Sushi, was wir je gegessen haben. Frittiert mit schlechter Panade, nicht gut gerollt, keine Variation in den Geschmäckern. Hatte nicht wirklich was mit Sushi vom Japaner zu tun.

Hatten gestern Bowls beim Sushiwerk bestellt. Geschmacklich waren die ok, aber für den Preis doch sehr sehr klein. Musste danach nochmals was anderes Essen was mir bei anderen Anbietern von Bowls sonst nie passiert.

Es war alles sehr gut. Man merkt die Cooperation mit Mezis. Die Rolls waren sehr lecker und nicht zu viel Reis. Auch der telefonische Kontakt sowie Lieferdienst waren sehr nett. Kann man eigentlich eine Bestellung zwischen Mezis und Sushiwerk koppeln oder kommen dann 2 Autos? Unsere Empfehlung

Wir waren an einem Samstag Abend bei Suhsiwerk in Köln essen und sind begeistert. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr schnell, das Essen sehr frisch (TOP QUALITÄT) und das Ambiente war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Habe über Groupon einen Gutschein bekommen. Angerufen und einen Termin vereinbart. So wie am Telefon und auch persönlich sehr freundliche Menschen. Habe schon sehr oft Sushi gegessen und viel mehr bezahlt. Aber noch nie so leckere und frische Sushi gegessen. Es war total frisch und sehr lecker. Ich hoffe es bleibt so und ich werde öffters dahin fahren. Ich habe nicht alles alleine gegessen, das war eine Platte für zwei Personen.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort und sind einfach nur begeistert. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, wirklich sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Geniales, mit Liebe zum Detail zubereitetes Sushi, schmeckt einfach nur köstlich. Der Laden ist sehr gemütlich und modern ausgestattet und man fühlt sich direkt sehr wohl. Auf Hygiene und Coronabedingungen wird stets geachtet und das Essen wir vor den Augen der Gäste Zubereitet. Alles in allem wirklich absolut empfehlenswert. Hier kommen wir definitiv öfters hin.

Hatte diese Woche den Flyer im Briefkasten und mich heute dazu entschieden, mal zu testen. Meine Frau und ich haben uns für warme Küche entschieden. Die Aufnahme unserer Bestellung lief schon super und wurde sehr nett und höflich entgegen genommen. Dann kam das Essen zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit und auch hier lief alles super freundlich ab. Jetzt komme ich noch abschließend zum Essen. Es war sehr ansprechend angerichtet und die Menge sehr großzügig. Der Geschmack war sehr gut und das Gemüse sowie das Fleisch so wie es sein soll. Sehr sehr lecker. Meine Frau und ich haben jetzt endlich einen sehr guten Lieferservice für asiatische Küche gefunden. Bis bald.

Preise sind fair. Das Sushi ist geschmacklich ok. Gut gerollt ist leider anders. Bei uns sind die viele Makis beim Essen auseinander gefallen und die Crunchy Rolls waren auf jeden Fall zu lange in der Fritteuse.

Sushi ist ganz ok. Den gebratenen Reis kann man nicht essen. Schmeckt nach nichts und trieft vor Fett. Schade.

Beim spazieren ist mir dieses neue Geschäft aufgefallen und es sah sehr einladend aus. Ich habe mich spontan hingesetzt und bin vom Essen einfach nur beeindruckt gewesen.
