I ordered through liferando at 6:10 p.m., it's 9:10 p.m. and I'm still waiting for my food. I called the restaurant twice and each time I heard that the courier would be there in 10 minutes. The sushi finally came after more than 3 hours but without soy sauce. This review doesn't even deserve one star.

The food took a long time to arrive and it was filled with a lot of rice and little fish. We thought for €30 per person that the quality of the restaurant should be a little better and especially with the sushi we found it a shame that they were almost only filled with rice and had a lot of mayo and sauce on them, which made you feel sick The crispy was no different and also very oily that you could hardly eat any more. We think it's a shame to pay €60 for something like this - the price is not justified at all.

I really enjoy eating here, and I can especially recommend the ramen noodle soup. The food comes relatively quickly and beforehand there is a greeting from the kitchen. The furnishings and ambience may not be for everyone, but it's not important to me personally. Compared to other sushi restaurants, the prices here are also cheaper.

We were there on April 8th. The three of us ate there around 6 p.m. on a Monday. We were previously told on the phone that all you can eat was offered and that you didn't need to make a reservation. When we arrived we were the ONLY ones in the entire restaurant and stayed that way until about 15 minutes before we were ready. The ambience is austere and not worthy of an Asian restaurant. There are snack bars that have more flair. But it's about food, so the environment shouldn't distract us too much. You order using your own cell phone using a QR code at the table. This system is not really fully developed; for example, the maximum order quantity and time are not regulated. Unfortunately, the staff was very difficult to explain because they didn't speak either German or English. Basically it means that you can order 5 items per person every 15 minutes. So after 45 minutes we had ordered a total of 45 items and by then we had only received 7(!) pieces. And these 7 pieces were each served individually with this silly robot, with a person always running alongside to put the plate on our table. It wasn't until we noticed that a number of excuses were found as to why things unfortunately wouldn't go any faster. Among other things, it was said that the orders had not fully arrived in the kitchen. As proof, they wanted to show me the relevant receipts, but I was able to show on my cell phone how many orders and what else was still outstanding. I'll shorten it: we finally noticed that the obviously cheaper dishes came relatively quickly and sometimes twice, higher quality ones usually didn't come at all and when they did there was hardly any fish in the sushi rolls, but a lot of vegetables wrapped in a noticeable amount of rice. The tactics behind it were therefore clear. At the end, we had to use the order in our cell phone to discuss what we hadn't received yet but still wanted to get. Visibly annoyed and offended, the things were brought to us, but as already mentioned, there was noticeably little fish in the contents. And last but not least, we were charged the full Saturday and holiday evening price because there is no weekday course, so the three of us had to pay €110. Hopefully this store won't be around much longer, which I firmly believe will be the case.

Let's start with the fact that when we walked in the employees were screaming in the kitchen. After we drew attention to ourselves several times, an employee came and said that we should sit down somewhere without looking at us. After we decided on all you can eat we ordered. The food actually came very quickly. Sometimes the employees served us, sometimes the robot. However, what we got wasn't sushi, but rather sushi rolls. The sushi tasted like old fat and almost everything arrived with more dough than the actual food ordered. However, you can't say anything about the price.

This was our first time at this restaurant and we are VERY happy with everything. The staff was very friendly and nice. We received an appetizer as a welcome gift on the house. The robot was amazing 😁 I still get a kick out of his singing 😅

On a weekend evening, the two of us chose the sushi all you can eat on site. Before choosing this restaurant, we read through the reviews here. The vast majority of 1 star reviews (~80%) were from people who ordered for home delivery and complained about waiting times of over 2 to 3 hours. We neglected the other 1 star reviews because everyone can never be satisfied. We therefore assumed that it was very unlikely that we would be affected. First impression: Weekend evenings at the best time and there were hardly any guests on site. The kitchen also seemed very quiet (3 employees), which seemed unusual but that doesn't mean anything. We were welcomed straight away and given a table and the menu. So far so great. The ambience seemed very cool: blue-white lights (cold light) and a room temperature that felt like a maximum of 15°C. We were actually freezing. It wasn't comfortable or inviting. The tables, floor and cutlery, however, seemed very clean and well maintained. We were able to order directly. The drinks came quickly. Sending all-you-can-eat orders via your cell phone was a bit tricky at first, but it actually worked out very elegantly. The operating robot was very funny but seemed reliable. We ordered the first round. 5 smaller dishes per person per round were ordered. And we waited and waited and waited... After about 20 minutes the first three dishes came to the table. And then nothing came for the next 20 minutes. We ordered the next round and nothing came for another 20 minutes. After a full hour, 2-3 dishes came successively before we waited again, but ordered again. After 2 hours we ate a few bites but still hungry. Parts from the first round from 2 hours ago were still outstanding and the sushi from the second round hadn't arrived yet either. When we asked, we were told that the orders had been partially overlooked and that they were taking care of it. Then two smaller plates of sushi came again followed by another wait. Customers kept calling who had ordered and had been waiting for their food for 2-3 hours. Paradoxically, the kitchen didn't seem to be in a hurry. The 'boss' watched videos while cooking and often complained to her only employee. Nobody seemed motivated or quick. The waiter or 'boss' quickly became a delivery person, had to deliver and disappeared from the kitchen area. After at least ~2.5 hours, shivering and still hungry, we wanted to pay. The 'boss' was puzzled as to why we wanted to leave 'already' and whether we couldn't wait because she would do it after all. To say something like that after almost 3 full hours of waiting is really cheeky. We paid the full price (without complaining) even though we were still really hungry and many parts of the first order from 2.5 hours ago still hadn't arrived. The fact that they didn't agree with us in terms of price and they still said that we could wait is evidence of very poor service. We felt quite uncomfortable. The only positive thing was the food, when it came. A lot of things, for example some of the spring rolls, seemed to be homemade. The same goes for the dumblings. That was tasty. The sushi wasn't outstanding either, but still quite good. Conclusion: The food was quite tasty so far and I would come back for that. The ambience and service was subpar. Dealing with employees and customers was also very bad. Overall, unfortunately, I wouldn't go there again and unfortunately I can't recommend it to anyone, despite some good food there.

We have eaten here many times. They make everything fresh. It'll take some time, but we can talk while we wait. Then the robot brings our food and everything is very fresh and delicious. This is the place we recommend if you live in Hilden or if you come to Hilden. The restaurant is clean and well decorated, I mean just comfortable to sit and eat, even with children. We have tried many dishes here and have always been satisfied, never disappointed! Although our children are usually picky and we are also critical with food.

Heute hat man uns das "All you can eat" im Kyoto angeboten. Ein Erwachsener zahlt dort 29,90€ und Kind 15,90€ egal welchen Alters. Getränke zahlt man extra. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass das Konzept noch nicht wirklich ausgereift ist. Wir haben teilweise sehr lange auf die einzelnen Bestellungen warten müssen, obwohl wir alleine im Restaurant waren. Nach 2,5 Stunden waren wir mit gerade mal 15 kleinen Vorspeisen-Häppchen nicht wirklich zufriedengestellt und unsere Bestellliste noch lange nicht serviert worden. Alles in allem, sehr enttäuschend. Wir hätten und das Geld (hier fast 100 € für ein paar Häppchen exkl. Getränke) sparen und normal was bestellen können. Schade, es war lecker aber es lohnt sich nicht!!! Auf die Frage warum alles so lange gedauert hat, hat man damit begründet, dass so viele Lieferbestellungen reinkamen und das hat sie überfordert. Ich möchte hier nochmal betonen, dass wir die einzigen im Restaurant waren. Es ist an sich ein tolles Konzept, man bestellt am Handy und die Katze liefert aber es funktioniert nicht!!! Wir haben den vollen Preis bezahlt, obwohl wir nicht alles, was bestellt worden war, geliefert bekamen und sind hungrig nach Hause gegangen.

Ich und mein Freund hatten heute eine wunderbare Erfahrung in diesem Sushiladen. Nicht nur war das Essen ausgezeichnet und von hoher Qualität, sondern das Personal war auch überaus gastfreundlich. Zu unserer Überraschung wurden gab es einen kostelosen Gruß aus der Küche, was zeigt, wie sehr sie ihre Gäste schätzen. Die Bedienung war zudem sehr schnell und effizient. Es gab sogar einen Service Roboter, welcher sehr schön gesungen hat. Ich kann diesen Laden nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und werde sicherlich wiederkommen. Ein absolutes Muss für alle Sushiliebhaber! 5/5 Sterne.

Heute das erste Mal dort bestellt und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Chicken Teppanyaki ist sehr lecker und auch nach 15 Minuten war es in der Box noch sehr heiß. Die Portion ist auch mehr als ausreichend um satt zu werden. Bento Rolls waren sehr sehr lecker. Wir werden auf jeden Fall öfter dort bestellen und auch sehr bald auch im Restaurant speisen. Eine Bereicherung für Hilden und Düsseldorfer Süden.

Mir hat all die Jahre ein richtiger Asiate hier in Hilden gefehlt. Kommt an die TOP Restaurants in der Düsseldorfer Innenstadt ran ! Aber wesentlich günstiger.. als lieferservice für die Firma wenn man mal was gesundes Essen will mit Kollegen was schmeckt .. auch zu empfehlen.

Das Essen war gut. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die gebratene Nudeln würde ich mit anderen Nudeln machen, und den überbackenen Sushi könnte man schon etwas besser machen. Ansonsten war das Essen lecker, frisch und schön angerichtet sogar beim mitnehmen. Der Service war sehr gut. Bei dem Service könnt ihr genauso bleiben, wie ich euch wahrgenommen habe. Die Preise waren für manche Gerichte etwas überzogen teuer. Für mich jetzt bezahlbar gewesen aber für eine Familie oder einen gering Verdiener nichts. Wenn ich mir die anderen Bewertung anschaue, besteht die häufigste Problematik bei den Lieferzeiten. Es ist so schade, dass dadurch der ganze Laden schlecht bewertet ist, da sie als Inhaber des Geschäftes keinen Einfluss auf die Mitarbeiter von Lieferando haben. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn das auch bei dem Lieferproblematiken mitgeschrieben wäre. Ich war sehr zufrieden 🙏 Vielen Dank.

In jeder Hinsicht der beste Sushi-Laden in der Nähe. Die Zutaten sind frisch und hochwertig. Da kommt nichts vom Discounter, sondern alles ist korrekt zubereitet. Wir waren zu zweit dort und die meiste Zeit die einzigen Gäste. Es ist schwer verständlich, warum dieses Restaurant nicht bekannter ist. Hoffentlich bleibt es noch lange. Die Qualität ist herausragend.

Das Essen war frisch und lecker. Der Service Roboter war mal eine schöne Abwechslung. Unser Sohn war begeistert. Die Inhaber/ der Service war SEHR nett und sehr bemüht. Einen Punkt Abzug gebe ich für die Schnelligkeit. Wir mussten hier und da ein wenig Geduld haben. Dafür war aber alles frisch und lecker. Wir kommen gerne irgendwann mal wieder.

Ich habe an meinem Geburtstag unser Essen per Telefon 📞 bestellt , man hat sich sehr bemüht alles perfekt zu machen auch mit einer extra Geschenke Platte zur Vorspeise und einer kleinen Geschenke Überraschung. 👍 vielen Dank das hat mich sehr gefreut.Das Essen war gut nur die Ente hatte fast keine Soße und ein bisschen trocken . Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Lieferung hat von der Bestellung angefangen ca 1:30 gebraucht. Lieferung war in Düsseldorf/Hassels vielen Dank und weiterhin viel Erfolg 🍀

Lieferzeit 1 Stunde ist leider sehr lang, Poke bowl hat leider nichts mit einer originalen Poke bowl zu tun. Reis mit Gurken, Tomaten, Mais und Zwiebeln ist keine Poke. Chicken Teriyaki schmeckt langweilig. Hat leider mit Japan nichts zu tun. Schade. Hilden ist leider eine kulinarische Wüste
