Every time I've ordered from there, something has been missing. I gave it another chance, but yesterday I received a completely wrong order, and on top of that, the food that arrived was totally inedible. Very poor quality. When I called back, the guy on the phone was very nice and helpful, but the guy in the kitchen who prepared the food was completely unwilling to admit he'd made the wrong order. That's the last time I'll order from here. Sushi isn't cheap, so you expect a bit more quality. The delivery times, however, were very fast.

We often order from Sushi for You because we always find everything delicious. However, we'd like to address our recent experience with their delivery service. The driver called us before setting off to inform us that we lived too far away! While we did receive the food, it was handed to us without a word. Therefore, we urge Sushi for You to look into their delivery service. As customers, we are not the appropriate contact person for this sudden problem.

I've ordered sushi here several times and can highly recommend the sushi burger (especially the vegetarian option)! Unfortunately, the sushi I ordered recently was terrible. I had the impression it wasn't very fresh. Since I couldn't really eat it properly, I can only give it 3 stars.

Despite a "no mail" sticker on my mailbox, I received another flyer. This is illegal, so I advise everyone to avoid this company! Please train your staff/flyer distributors!

The sushi burger 🍔 was a highlight! Breaded burger, incredibly delicious. They definitely hit the spot for me. The place itself is small, so be prepared to most likely get takeout. There's one table in the corner with about 5-6 seats.

I ordered tempura sushi and was simply shocked. My grandma used to fry schnitzel with less breading! This was a nightmare. Just look at the amount of breading on two pieces – it's completely excessive. There simply shouldn't be that much batter. And it's not just the quantity that's a problem: they're barely chewable, and all you can taste is old, stale oil. Absolutely disappointing. I really wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Order somewhere else – it's just a waste of money!

The sushi arrived pretty much on time, but the taste wasn't great.

In June, the (chicken) sushi burgers were still really tasty and large; you could taste the cucumbers and cream cheese, the chicken was juicy, and the sauces were perfectly balanced. Unfortunately, these days they're much smaller, spicier, and significantly drier, especially the chicken. The cucumbers are wafer-thin, everything seems over-fried and not fresh at all. Plus, they take forever to prepare, and it's annoying that you can only pay with cash. It's a shame; Dortmund used to taste even better than Bochum, even though the burgers there are bigger.

Took over 2 hours for our food to be delivered after ordering, meaning we ended up eating dinner after 10pm on a Sunday. The food was cold and rubbish, do not recommend at all!!

The food is always very, very good, the staff is super friendly, and special requests are accommodated. The ambiance is quite small, unfortunately not large enough for on-site dining, but I don't find that a bad thing 😊

I ordered through Wolt. The food was delicious. The delivery took two hours! I called the restaurant, and they said it was busy and the food would arrive in 15 minutes. An hour has passed! I can understand it if it's busy, but at least they can send a notification that it will take a while. Sorry, but I won't order from there again. The delivery time alone is enough.

I think the sushi 🍣 is delicious. But it never arrives on time. Lieferando says it's almost here, and then, like today, it doesn't arrive for over 30 minutes. That's definitely a drawback. But otherwise, there's nothing to complain about.

This used to be my absolute favorite sushi place – unfortunately, things have changed dramatically. The quality has deteriorated significantly; almost every order contains errors, and if you point it out over the phone, you're treated rudely. Delivery times are now twice as long as they used to be, and the taste of the sushi has also deteriorated considerably. It's a shame, because I used to really enjoy ordering here.

The sushi chicken burger was a true explosion of flavor! The tender, seasoned chicken breast harmonized perfectly with the fresh sushi rice. The best thing I've ever eaten!!!!!

I'm absolutely thrilled! The sushi was not only fresh and delicious, but also beautifully presented. The staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive—you immediately feel welcome. Such lovely people with a genuine heart for their guests! 🌸 I'll definitely be back.

We ordered from Sushi for You for the first time at work today because we were actually looking forward to a delicious sushi lunch together. Unfortunately, we were disappointed – quite significantly. The taste of the sushi was unfortunately not at all convincing. The rice was completely unseasoned, mushy, and overpowering – it practically overpowered the entire flavor. There was significantly more rice than anything else in every single part of the order. The so-called "sushi burger" was a real disappointment: a tiny piece of cucumber, a small piece of chicken – and the entire rest was stuffed with tasteless rice. That wasn't a sushi burger, it was just rice with a few ingredients hidden inside. I don't need to order for that – I can honestly make it myself at home. Especially with sushi, we expect freshness, quality, a good ratio of fish/filling to rice – and, of course, flavor. Unfortunately, none of that was really present here. What makes the whole thing even more annoying is the not-so-cheap price. For what we got, the price-performance ratio is completely unjustified in our opinion. The only positive thing to note is the delivery: After about an hour, the food arrived as promised – on time and well packaged. The driver was friendly, that was fine. But everything else – especially the things that matter most to a sushi restaurant, namely the taste and quality of the food – absolutely didn't convince us. Conclusion: This was our first and definitely last time ordering from "Sushi for you." It's a shame, because we were so excited – but unfortunately, it was completely disappointed.

Sushi was super delicious, and the side dishes were also good. I once had a ramen bowl, which I personally didn't like at all. The fried For You rolls are amazing!

I waited for hours, and the sushi wasn't that great. When I called to ask where my order from 2 hours ago was, I got rude answers. I won't order from there again.

We ordered via Uber Eats at 6:29 PM and didn't receive our food until 8:50 PM, over two hours later!! The food wasn't particularly tasty. To our disappointment, we discovered that two items were missing. We finished our food in peace and called an hour later to request a refund. Now comes the icing on the cake. I've never experienced such utter rudeness. They accused us of only calling two hours later because we'd already eaten everything and wanted our money back 🤣 It had only been an hour. We simply didn't want to eat our food ice-cold after a delivery time of over two hours, and we were starving. Then we heard in the background a person saying to a colleague, "I told you the avocado sticks and prawn crackers were missing." But they told us that this couldn't be 100% true and that we were lying. The service is truly abysmal. Arguing with a customer and accusing them of lying is pretty outrageous. Then they told us in a really snarky way, "We're definitely not going to send a driver for two things." I really hope they replace the staff. We come from the restaurant industry ourselves, and that's not how you treat customers!

I had the food delivered to my hotel. It was incredibly delicious and fresh, even though it was close to closing time. The staff are super friendly, they'll call if you have any questions, and they're flexible with special requests. I especially love the chicken sushi, and the sushi burgers are a must-try. I can definitely recommend it if you want to order good, tasty sushi in Dortmund!

Sushi arrived on time, but the flavor was barely there... Small spring rolls from the freezer, you can also make them yourself at home.

Unfortunately, the staff is very unfriendly and treats their customers like criminals. You get called and yelled at for a misunderstanding, and the call ends with, I quote, "Now I've let off some steam." Unprofessional. It's a shame that communication is so poor.

Extremely unfriendly. We were delivered the wrong food, and almost half of it arrived spilled. They didn't respond to us at all on the phone, and when we asked for a refund for one dish, they rudely replied that a driver would come and pick everything up. We could hear the manager ranting at us in the background.

Perfect meal. We had the sushi burger which really surprised us. Simply brilliant. Unfortunately only for take away, but there is a small park directly opposite.

Unfortunately the food did not correspond to the description. I ordered fried noodles, but what I received was mostly peas and carrots, with hardly any noodles - and the few noodles that were left were extremely thin and didn't fit the dish at all. The glass noodles were completely mushy and had hardly any taste, more like they had been soaked in water. In addition, the delivery came 40 minutes later than announced. If there is not enough pasta, it would be better to communicate this beforehand instead of stretching the dish with peas and carrots. So it seemed more like a vegetable casserole than what I ordered. Ordered a bowl yesterday. Some things were missing. e.g. No avocado. The taste is very dry because mostly rice was used as the filling. The cucumber salad for 4.90 euros consisted of just 3 ingredients. Cucumbers Chili flakes oil Then it's not edible because it's way too spicy. Rip off

I wanted to redeem a New Year's voucher online today and ordered a special menu and a normal menu. The voucher wasn't deducted from the shopping cart so I took it with me to the store. Of course it's clear that it doesn't apply to promotional products, but the gentleman wasn't willing to give me the discount on the normal menu, which was in one order. 0 Customer service and accommodating customers. Sad.

We ordered food from work today. I ordered fried noodles crispy chicken. I received cooked pasta crispy chicken with no taste. I didn't like it.

Unfortunately the delivery time was extremely long (1 hour 45 minutes). Overall we had the impression that the food wasn't entirely fresh. The “Crispy Chicken” Maki were not “crispy” and the spring rolls were also flabby instead of crispy. And then we discovered that the ginger slices were moldy. Makes you wonder how fresh the raw fish on the sushi was... We won't order here again.

6:06 p.m. Order placed online. 7:45 p.m. still nothing arrived. Called there and was told the driver was leaving soon. The boys could have contacted us and pointed out that it was taking longer. After 2 hours, i.e. 8:08 p.m., the food arrived. I don't know if I'll order from there again...

Frustrating. Fast delivery and food was warm. But sushi doesn't taste quite as good, let alone the glass noodle salad (photo attached). It was neither tasty nor attractive.

Delivery faulty, no apology on the phone, instead willing to discuss and rude answers, never order from there again. Ps It's not worth the one star either.

Price/performance for the food is great. However, it is very annoying when there is a checkmark for "on-site dining" but then you are sent out. The pictures of the tables in particular make you think you can also eat inside.

I found this disgusting thing in my food it's very hard and I don't know exactly what it is but it looks like plastic and the food tastes like it was cooked 2 days ago. I will never order here again.

Quite ok for a pure delivery service. The prices are also reasonable. But you have to check your order because we already had it twice that it wasn't correct. But overall we were satisfied.

I ordered through liferando and it was stated that the waiting times were 35 to 60 minutes, but I had to wait an hour and a half. The sushi looked okay, but tasted sour and the shrimp were strangely discolored. Something I saw for the first time. I called to get a refund of my money. However, I was only offered to get a new dish, which I didn't want because I was a bit disgusted. In the end, I didn't get a refund or a new dish, definitely not recommended for me

Ordered from Lieferando. Supposedly 60 minutes delivery time… Called after 1.5 hours and was told that the order hadn't even been prepared yet. It seems to be a known problem here, but apparently nothing is being done about it. It doesn't work at all.

We waited over 2 hours for our food. When we asked over the phone we were told that the food would be ready soon and would be delivered straight away. From then on, we waited 45 minutes. Unfortunately, the quality of the food wasn't good either and the sushi stuck strongly to the packaging. That was our last order there.

The sushi is delivered quickly and is the best in the area, but generally average. The "fried" noodles are unfortunately boiled noodles with some vegetable stalks and tasteless chicken.

We ordered online at 6 p.m. via the website and received a confirmation saying that the food would be there in 30-50 minutes. 2 hours and 2 calls later, we were still being told the food was still being made. A disgrace, in my opinion :(

Ordered via Lieferando at 7:51 p.m., scheduled delivery at 9:14 p.m. We called around 9:50 p.m. (after closing time) and said delivery was on the way. 10:45 p.m. Lieferando says that it has been delivered, no delivery person to be seen, we are sitting here hungry and waiting for over 3 hours for food, the evening is over. First and probably last order from me.

We waited over 2 1/2 hours for our food. If you were hungry, you lost your appetite. No matter how good their sushi is, I won't order from them again. If delivery on time is not possible, you should state this and not extend the delivery time by 1 1/2 hours.

Great offers, for example we got 28 sushi rolls in the menu for 17.90. The prices are really great and it was really really good, delicious sushi. Will definitely come back! Top shop, really.

Simply order online. If you wish, pay online, have it delivered or collect it. What we ordered was absolutely delicious. My most delicious sauce would be HouSin. There is also a bonus program. Heart, what do you want more. 😊 There is only “to go” or pick up. The ambience?? Great order counter🤣🤣

Seit vielen Jahren bestelle ich hier immer mal wieder Sushi oder eine der rice bowls. Sie Qualität stimmt einfach immer. Vor allen Dingen die For You rollen sind Mega zu empfehlen und die Rice Bowl mit Lachs.

Wir lassen uns es immer nachhause liefern. Lieferung mit Zeitvorgabe klappt gut und uns und den Kindern schmeckts.

Ich habe hier zum ersten Mal bestellt und war mit der Sushi Bowl rundum happy! Lieferung hat länger gedauert (ca. anderthalb Stunden) aber das war's wert. Ich werde hier definitiv wieder bestellen.

Sehr schneller Lieferservice und immer nett. Schmeckt auch alles gut, insbesondere die Rice/Poke Bowls. Ambiente kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich immer nur bestellt habe.

Ich hab mir immer alles liefern lassen, deswegen kann ich nur das Essen Bewerten. Das Essen war immer lecker und es hat nie etwas gefehlt. Mit der Lieferung gab es auch nie Probleme.

Sushi 4 You ist ein reiner Liefer und Abhol Sushi Laden. Man kann dort viele verschiedene Sushi Gerichte bekommen, aber auch verschiedene Bowls und mittlerweile auch gebratene Nudeln. Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker und die hauseigenen For You Rolls sind einfach klasse. Einziges Mankro ist das der Laden seit Jahren keine EC Zahlung anbietet. Aber deshalb werde ich das Essen nicht schlecht Bewerten.

Ihr habt mein Sushi vergessen. Ich hab 40 Minuten gewartet und ihr vergesst das einfach. Ich war so traurig ich hab geweint. Wir haben über 90€ bestellt und ihr vergesst die Hälfte was das

Das Essen ist meist gut! Da gibt es 4/5, beschweren kann man sich nicht. Den Laden von innen kenne ich nicht, daher 3/5. Leider dauern die Lieferungen in den letzten Wochen und Monaten deutlich länger. Erst eine halbe Stunde angegeben, dann waren es 90 Minuten. Da kann man es auch schnell selber holen. Service somit 1/5

Wir sind bislang sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen. Es ist frisch und wird schnell geliefert.

Eigentlich habe ich dort immer gerne bestellt. Heute aber zum ersten mal vor Ort bestellt und mitgenommen. Das war dann auch das letzte mal ich dort Kunde war. Was ist passiert? Das alle Mitarbeiter:innen Handschuhe tragen ist löblich, da es sich um rohe Ware handelt. Ich kann auch verstehen, dass wenn etwas übrig bleibt, dass die Mitarbeiteri:nnen dies essen und nicht wegschmeißen. Aber das man sich die Sachen mit den Handschuhen in den Hals schiebt, dabei mehrfach Mund, Zunge und Lippen berührt und dann sofort weiter zubereitet, ist meiner Meinung nach ekelig und unhygienisch. Schade, aber das war es bei euch. Am liebsten hätte ich dafür keinen Stern vergeben

Super leckeres Sushi - die "For You Rolls" sind der Hammer! Haben schon mehrmals dort bestellt oder Essen mitgenommen. Immer alles sehr lecker und die warmen Speisen noch richtig heiß, wenn sie ankamen. Dort wird alles frisch zubereitet. Das Lokal macht einen sehr hygienischen und sauberen Eindruck und das Personal ist freundlich. Der Preis ist fair und es gibt häufig tolle Aktionen. Also: eine Weiterempfehlung in allen Belangen!

Der Glasnudelsalat war wirklich ganz bescheiden. Die Nudeln waren trocken (wirklich wie Pappe) und dann war nicht mal eine Sauce/Dressing dabei. Die frittierten Sushi haben zudem irgendwie muffig geschmeckt, ich kann nur mutmaßen, dass das Frittierfett eigentlich schon hätte ausgewechselt werden müssen. Für den Preis der aufgerufen wird stimmt die Qualität wirklich nicht. Ich werde hier nocht nochmal bestellen.

Grundsätzlich sind wir eine gute Qualität gewohnt. Nur heute hat leider vieles nicht gestimmt. Die Sushi-Rollen waren alle unterschiedlich groß, auf den Sushis war keine bzw. nur sehr wenig Soße (obwohl speziell diese Sorte von der Soße lebt) und die Anordnung in der Box zum abholen war ein einziges Durcheinander. Sehr schade.

1 Stern für den rücksichtslosen Auslieferungsfahrer. Der am 28.07 18:22 Uhr durch die Palmweide (tempo 30 zone) gerast ist.

Schmeckt einfach Klasse. Tolle Preise!
